how do I purchase an app for one of my playbooks but download to all three I own. Each Playbook is bridged to three different phones. All phones are connected to one wireless billing account

You don't, legally. It is my understanding that 'most' apps are licensed to the device, not multiple devices.
However, certain developers could have different licensing agreements, but that is up to the developer, not the BlackBerry nor AppWorld. As it is, AppWorld will ONLY install apps to the device using the BlackBerryID for which that app was purchased.

To disable that feature it will depend on whether or not you sync everything in the cloud using Apple's iCloud, OR if you both use the same desktop/laptop computer with iTunes. Yes, as long as the apps are still available - just log into the iTunes account on the iPad (Settings > Store) and re-download them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . If some of the apps are large then you could download them to a computer and sync them across to the iPads.

My iPod touch 4th gen 32gb verson 4.3.1 is downloading and updating apps very slow more than an hour. I just got it a day ago and I backed up all my apps music and pictures and videos from iTunes. Few months ago I had an iPod touch but I lost it and it was working fine. Luckily before I lost it i backed up everything to iTunes so now everything that was in my old iPod is now in my new iPod. Anyways, When I first bought it I straight away backed up everything and saw that i had many updates on my apps. Even when I download an app on my iPod now its take more that an hour. So i was wondering, is my iPod slow cause I backed up too many things when i just got it . I have about 120 apps 150 plus photos and 70 videos and I backed it up all in one night on the day i got my ipod. So now I'm restoring my iPod and updating it to IOS 5 and see what happens. Hopefully it will be faster then but I still need to know what is main problem of m iPod hanging and slow updating/downloading. Need a reply ASAP. Thanks

Still you can switch it off while syncing.
You can also do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)

Go to Settings/icloud. The Apple ID at the top of the screen is the only one you need to be concerned about. That one MUST be a working ID, and you must know the password for it, or you will be unable to use the phone if it ever crashes, you want to update it, or you want to sell it.

Import the CDs to iTunes one at a time, following these instructions.
Once the tracks are in your iTunes library, put them into a playlist, and get them into the order you want. Or if you by "scramble" you mean a randomly shuffled order, use the crossing arrows at the lower left to do so.
When you are ready, insert a blank CD, use the command File > Burn Playlist to Disc, and create an audio CD. I strongly suggest using CD-Rs rather than CD-RWs, since the latter often have trouble in normal CD players.

Not showing up on App Store with more than 200k downloads in last three days?

My app Flying Bieber HD has gotten more than 200k downloads since our launch on Saturday, but we are not showing up on App Store ranks at all. Iphone5 - Downloading application from app store takes more than 24 hours to download and install, even if the memory size of app is very small about 2 MB. WIFI connection seems to works well - because the webpages browsing using safari is very fast.

It is very worst to see such downloading performace with my new bought iphone5.
My WIFI connections seems to be very good. As I can able to open many webpages at very high speed.
I can able to see my many HD videos open and play immediately once I touch.
Though i cannot able to test the speed, as the www.speedtest.net also not working in my iphone5.
When i launch speedtest.net app i get the message "Finding closest server" forever and it is never showing the speed details.
My laptop shows the 10Mbps speed with speedtest.net on the same WIFI network
I got much frustrated with iphone5. Can someone help me to fix this issue ?

Your son probably inadvertently made an in-app purchase. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base game but charge for additional features; in the case of Angry Birds, things like "Mighty Eagles". First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your device. For more information, see:

As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

WebLogic Issue: Unable to download files more than 32 KB

Hi all,
When i am trying to download files which are having size more than 32 KB, i am getting the error " [WRITE_ERROR_TO_SERVER] (POST timed out to the server <IPAddress>:7006) raised at line 152 of ap_proxy.cpp
Uploading is working fine and able to download files having size less thann 32 KB.
The following is an excerpt from plug-in log file. I dont see any errors in the web logic logs.

Try to increase chunk size once and check you have issue still persist or not.
set JAVA_PROPERTIES=%JAVA_PROPERTIES% -Dweblogic.Chunksize=8192 -Dweblogic.utils.io.chunkpoolsize=8192

Need help on downloading apps that are more than 20MB in size

I can only download apps less than 20MB in size. If i want to download others that are larger than 20MB, i have to use wifi... But after I connected my phone to my home network and clicked on the app, I am still unable to download it... The only message that pops up is to prompt me to connect to wifi.... but I thought I have connected it already??! So now the apps are grey in colour and stuck at the "loading" stage... Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Thanks.

I have one that is 22MB, one 124MB and one 36MB.... but i have tried to download those which are above 40MB but they can work... I don't know what happened to thes 3 apps...
Oh my, I have just started using iphone for 2weeks and i dun suppose my phone is out of space already?!! currently there are less than 40apps...
And the problem is i can't delete these apps that are stuck? when i press and hold, there is no "cross" at the top left hand corner... and i tried to uncheck the boxes in itunes to "un-sync" them.... but the apps remain greyed out on my phone... do you have any other ways to delete them?

Can't login to App Store on more than one device

Since resetting my Apple ID password I now cannot fully login to get downloads for apps etc in the App Store. I have to revert to downloading on my PC they syncing, very frustrated with this one, I've tried everything including doing a full power down and restarting, resetting my password again, checking the time is correct, all the crap that the apple cust services suggested. Absolutely drained with it all!
both are running latest ios
on the phone I tap settings/itunes & App Store /Apple ID sign out, then tap password to sign in, so far so good.
GOto to the App Store and tap any free app, click install and then all I get is the blue spinning circle
this is on wifi and cellular
when I do the above on my iPad it's slightly different
tap settings/itunes & App Store. I don't have the option to sign out because it never is signed n. I tap the password and enter it, tap the sign in and the sign in text goes from blue to grey, then back to blue. That's all it does, keep tapping away at sign in but it won't.
Apple customer services are taking me on a long circular journey of despair and quite frankly they hadn't got a clue how to understand my issue nor resolve it.

trying to log in to itunes on either computer I get a 1008 error message.
on machine runs sophos antivirus, the other avast. disabling antivirus has no effect.
no 3rd party firewall is running.
repair disk permissions had no effect.
removing ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes* and com.apple.mobile.iTunes.store.plist* had no effect.
changed computer name in Computer sharing, no effect.
any ideas?
got the 10.8 update from the app store when it came out though i hadn't applied it, catch 22 prevents me from updating the system to see if that helps.

Same BB ID on more than one Playbook?

Just going to the store to get another PB (at £149 for the 32GB it would be silly not to)
Can I set it up with the same BB ID as the 16GB one I own ? And if so do I still get access to my purchased apps?

I decided to put in a new ID following the first advice, and also as I am making videochat calls between the two playbooks whilst a family member is on vacation borrowing my other one, so they need different IDs.
I would like to mark one answer as a solution but I have two diametrically opposed answers!
so I'll just have to wipe then try and set up my new one with the existing ID when the old one is returned to me and come back. It would be nice to have access to my purchases on both, as per Apple's practice.

As said, in this case it's apparently a bug / inefficiently written code in SAAJ, report it.
All what you can do besides reporting is to upgrade the SOAP implementation to a newer version or replace it by another -more robust- SOAP implementation.
This is by the way in no way related to servlets.
