App for PC to allow download of a Pages File, make changes and upload again
Is there an app I can purchase for my PC to allow me to download a Numbers file from iCloud and work on it in Pages, so I can make changes to it and re-upload it to iCloud? I do realize that one can down a Numbers file into Excel or PDF on a PC, however it does not allow upload of a new file into the Cloud after changes are made to that downloaded document.

couldn't you export from Pages ans MSWord, modify on PC, then open again in Pages?

Am I the only fool who clicked on update all when my iPad told me updates were available? Two updates loaded just fine, but the other four never updated and now lie useless and grayed out. I had 6 Apps that needed updating on my iPad original. I hit "Update All" and that ruined four Apps. They won't download the updates, nor will they launch and be useable either. I lost Splashtop 2, Bible!, and Mercury Browser! Suggestions?! I don't want to ruin my access to Splashtop 2 for sure.
I fixed it by going through a few steps using iTunes while hooked to my computer.

I am having trouble updating my CS5 Master's Collection Suite for at least a month now. I keep getting this message "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit now and try again later" every time and do not know how to fix it.

The user you are running with Visual Studio should have read permission on the pages of SharePoint web you are trying to deploying your app.
I suggest you add the login user to the SharePoint web in the “Site Settings”->”People and Group”.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with iTunes. I suggest removing iTunes and all related components and reinstalling iTunes for the issue you described. The following article has steps to do this(it is important to remove all components in the order listed):

If you have an idea please respond!You should never, EVER let a conputer hard drive get completely full, EVER!
With Macs and OS X, you shouldn't let the hard drive get below 15 GBs or less of free data space.
If it does, it's time for some hard drive housecleaning.
Follow some of my tips for cleaning out, deleting and archiving data from your Mac's internal hard drive.
Have you emptied your iMac's Trash icon in the Dock?
If you use iPhoto, iPhoto has its own trash that needs to be emptied, also.
If you store images in other locations other than iPhoto, then you will have to weed through these to determine what to archive and what to delete.
If you use Apple Mail app, Apple Mail also has its own trash area that needs to be emptied, too!
Look though other Apple Mail folders like the junk mail and delete the mail that is in there. Look through your sent items folders and see there is any mail in there that can be deieted.
Delete any old or no longer needed emails and/or archive to disc, flash drives or external hard drive, older emails you want to save.
Other things you can do to gain space.
Once you have around 15 GBs regained, do a search, download and install OmniDisk Sweeper.
This app will help you locate files that you can move/archive and/or delete from your system.
STAY AWAY FROM DELETING ANY FILES FROM OS X SYSTEM FOLDER!
Look through your Documents folder and delete any type of old useless type files like "Read Me" type files.
Again, archive to disc, flash drives, ext. hard drives or delete any old documents you no longer use or immediately need.
Look in your Applications folder, if you have applications you haven't used in a long time, if the app doesn't have a dedicated uninstaller, then you can simply drag it into the OS X Trash icon. IF the application has an uninstaller app, then use it to completely delete the app from your Mac.
Download an app called OnyX for your version of OS X.
When you install and launch it, let it do its initial automatic tests, then go to the cleaning and maintenance tabs and run the maintenance tabs that let OnyX clean out all web browser cache files, web browser histories, system cache files, delete old error log files.
Typically, iTunes and iPhoto libraries are the biggest users of HD space.
move these files/data off of your internal drive to the external hard drive and deleted off of the internal hard drive.
If you have any other large folders of personal data or projects, these should be archived or moved, also, to the optical discs, flash drives or external hard drive and then either archived to disc and/or deleted off your internal hard drive.

How do I disable any blockers.Despite the message does the site work? If so I'd ignore the messages. From the name of the site, perhaps you want to see the advertisements.
The most popular adblocking is the "Adblock Plus" extension which you can disable with the "ADP" toolbar button or in the extensions options in Tools -> Addons -> extensions.

ITunes Apps for iPhone/iPod Not Downloading Correctly
I apologize if this problem has been already stated and solved somewhere, because I could not find any help on the issue.
My problem is that when I checked for updates on iTunes it showed that I had 4 apps available for update. When I chose to update them all at once, the downloading menu shows all 4 apps queued for download. Now after all 4 apps have downloaded, my Update Menu for apps still shows that 2 of my apps are available for download. When I check it is the same 2 apps that I had downloaded the update for. I have downloaded them again 3 times already and each time still shows those 2 apps as still available for update. It is very annoying and isn't the first time it has happened. It started occurring last week for 2 other incidents.Many of us are having exactly the same issue. I have four Apps ready to download updates yet they still download the existing version. I think it is a problem with the App Store database not updating at the same time an App update is made available.

If you purchased back in June, you are not eligible. The free apps are available only for devices first activated on or after September 1.

Allow download of dynamically generated file

I tried to find the best place to post this, and I hope this is it.
I have following requirement: I need to allow dynamic download of data.
So I get a request for data with ID=4. I go into database, load required data
into string myData, I somehow set response headers for automatic download of the
data, with name=ID.txt and I return myData in response.
User upon clicking on the button gets Save As box with ID.txt File Name
(and preferably a:\ drive selected).
My questions: is this possible, does idea make sense, and how to do it?:)
- how can I set the header? response.setHeader(toWhat),
- how can I set the name to be ID.txt,
- how can I output myData? Or does it have to be a file on the harddrive
All help or pointer to some material that explain this is real appriciated

response.setHeader("Content-Disposition","attachment; filename=\"ID.txt\"");You have a servlet. Get its output stream or writer and write to that, the same way you always do. Binary data or text, it doesn't matter. You're still sending a servlet response, its just a file, rather than an HTML file you are generating.

As I mentioned, there is an error while trying to update photoshop, camera raw, etc. I receives message when you try to download the update, an error occurred. Exit and try again later.
