Hi,
Im teaching myself how to develop apps for android phones and im practicing on my lumia 610.
I'm using the program app inventor and its not picking up the phone when I plug it in.
I need to debug the phone first, is there a way of debugging it or should I wait and use my wife's Samsung.

App Locker for Lumia Devices

There is no proper app for App locker.. All other OS having Apps for app locker.. That only will help to prevent the messages and privacy from others. But for Windows there is no app locker softwares are available.. One of my frinds bought nokia lumia 730 and and returned to purchased show room and saying that this is not for security purpose phone,, So please enable the app locker for all the Windows phone

I have updated my nokia lumia 610 to 7.8 but yet i cant download bluetooth file share to my device, it telling me apparently that my device does not support this phone, that i should update or is not available in my region.
My zune says that my device is upto date, i need the bluetooth file share to work.

Non Availability of Apps in for Lumia 920 in Oman

I bought Lumia 920 in Oman where I Live. Sadly I can't find enough Apps on Phone Apps. These Apps are available on US marcket but not here. I tried to Install Twitter but it said that Apps is not available in this region. Without Twitter .In People app not all functionality of Twitter available.
Also tried to buy the App like Rowi. But failed because the non availability of app for purchase.
Please any one suggest how to buy apps from Oman or Middle East ?

Urgent Help Required for Lumia 610

Hi,
I updated my Lumia610 from Windows 7.1 to 7.5 a week back. Now whenever i am trying to connect to gmail it shows an error message which goes like this:-
We have a problem synchronising your information. Try again later
Last tried 7 minutes ago
Error code:86000106
My Gmail app wasworking perfectly until the day when i updated it. Now it's gone.
Please suggest me a solution as i urgently need to have access to mails on the go.

You should also consider removing the gmail account and set it up from scratch again if you haven't already done so.

Camera Extras app for Lumia Windows Phone

Hi all,
You can use this QR code to get the Camera Extras app from Marketplace if it does not yet show up. Press the search button, then the scan icon (it looks like an eye) and point the camera at the screen. Or use your favourite QR scan app. Make sure you have the latest OS and firmware versions installed as these are required to use this app.

I will inquire about availability for Lumia 900 and let you know.

Camera Extras app for Lumia 900

I can't find the Camera extras anywhere. I do appear to have the Play To (DLNA) and other features like tethering. Am I doing something wrong, or are those seperate updates that will come at a later date?

Lumia 610 doesn't display notification for Outlook...

Hello, My Lumia 610 doesn't display notification (unread messages) for outlook when the screen is locked. However it does display the notification such as missed calls, text messages, face book messages, Gmails, Yahoo emails, Windows live emails. But nothing for Outlook. Can some one please help. WIndows Phone 7.5 has a total of four positions where notifications can be shown on the lockscreen. If these are used further notifications are not shows. You can resolve this by clearing the existing notifications or link your inboxes which will result in the use of a single notification for new mail messages in any of the linked inboxes. I've used nokia wirelss builtin with n95 and it is perfect.
I feel struggle to print photo or attachment with lumia 900 and nothing worked.

ability to replace the print head if it ever clogs (that's
what always happened with the Epson's).
Actually, Epson's print head design is very different from Canon and HP. They put the "head" in printer not cartridge. This way you can keep re-using print head and save "resource", but it also means the print head nozzles would clog by dried ink or dirt. Indeed, the Epson cartridge is not cheap, it is because its ink can produce better quality of prints.
The alternitive way is to use Continuous Ink System, check this out -

Counter App for Lumia 820

Hi all,
There is counters app for lumia 800, why not this is available for 820 ?
There is no app which counts the calls dialed, calls recieved, total call duration, SMS counts like how many are sent/ recieved till now. Some one knows regarding this.
Please help me.
