App hung on "waiting"; during update, I lost my wifi connection and the app hung; now cannot delete to reinstall (no X), synching does not help; itunes app store says it is installed, therefore I cannot reinstall; deleting the app from itunes and synching does not reinstall the app on the ipod; the app developers have not helped and told me to check with Apple (which I am doing, since I am past my 90 day tech support). Hoping someone can help with this hung "waiting' app problem.
- First try resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next download the app on the computer and try to sync.
- Last, restore from backup.

Worse even. My credit card is not from The Netherlands, and the dutch store does not accept a creditcard from outside NL. So i used my french card to buy one app using France has my home country. Luckily the app's language remained English, but now the french store seems to be offering me frech versions of existing (free) apps which i dont want. So i cant use the updates.
i cant change the country back to Neterlands, without using a credit card. I can make a new ID, but the old one remains stuck with the french store, pffff It seems the only solution is to create a new ID via a "purchase" of a free app, but the older free apps all may need to be reinstalled that way.

Ever since I have updated my software to iOS 7, I cannot download anything from the AppStore app and I have tried resetting my password and updating ITunes, but nothing works! Also when I try to sink my mini with my iTunes account it says you cannot sync because the sync session failed to start.
It sounds like to me you're trying to sync using the computer.
Try these things and see if it helps before you try your next syncing session. If none of the things below work then you might consider trying to sync using iCloud only.
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

Hi. I cannot trash photos from an album. Options are "remove from album" or "trash" but both only remove from album not the library. The only way to trash photos is to go to the library/photos and trash from there which is a bit annoying!
If you click the arrow in the right lower corner of the photo in the album, you should see the Trash can. Is it not there?
Or use the key combination option-command-delete ⌥⌘⌫ . -
InDesign CC fails during update - issue has lasted approx 6 weeks - have deleted app, no change.
The update process for InDesign is broken.
Need this fixed.It's the same issue that - apparently - has existed for YEARS.
The installer can't find a file it thinks should be named a certain way and stops trying. Even though Adobe is the part responsible for naming files.
The programmers haven't included any sort of troubleshooting scenarios in their updater. And they haven't kept up with all the ways they name files in various versions.
It's this error from the log file:

Adobe knows about this issue and needs to update the software manager.
I'm extremely unhappy that I'm paying $600 a year for Adobe to write crap software and expect ME to troubleshoot their junk.
I don't NEED Adobe software. I'm on the verge of canceling my subscription.

not much response in here which surprises me...
Anyway... AS I am still looking for answers, I will share a couple of points that I realised...
in Airport Utility, I noticed that my iphone MAC address was actually showing as client connected, despite my phone network showing the spinning wheel next to the network name for ever and never actually connecting.
I am currently testing the router mode in Network to be on DHCP and NAT mode with a range from .2 to .200
My phone is now connected....
Everything seems to be ok and happy so far...
strange that this router and phone have worked together for at least a couple of years, the phone works everywhere else, and all other toys connect to my WIFI just fine. the list is as follow:
airport extreme
Zeppelin air
2x apple tv
2 ipads
iphone 4s
2 mac
1 pc
I have litterally just hard reset the router with a pin just now as a last resort... same...
I will leave the router as DHCP & NAT until a potential firmware or OS update... -
The app store says lion is installed. However it is not on my computer despite running and apparently successfully installing the downloaded package. Any thoughts? Obviously I cant download it again as the app store says it is installed. I cannot find the package on my mac, when I try and search for it!!

Once you download Lion from the app store you still have to install it. Its located in your Applications directory. -
hi..i use to able able to delete the apps inside my pc and when I sync to 2 of my iPads, the apps are gone in the iPad. Now after deleting from the pc, the apps still appear in both the iPads. Please assist. Thanks

I believe you will find you can again sync Photos if you delete the "iPod Photo Cache", but predict that any subsequent attempt will fail. In my case, the enxt sync removes all the photos again - I've seen other reports of error messages upon sync. Mine just fails silently. :-) -
CC says Flash is installed and up to date .... BUT ITS NOT !!!!!

I used the wrong password to join my new belkin wifi. Now that I have the correct password, I can not get the to the join screen with the space to type in the password. I continue to get the unable to join message. I have put the touch to sleep and I have turned on and off the wifi and join options on the Network screen page. Yes. Reset network settings. Head to Settings -> General -> Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
