App in Käufe - wenden Sie sich an den Apple support
Hallo!
Ich wollte mit meinem iPad ein app in Kauf "clash of clans" tätigen.
Hier bekomme ich die Meldung, dass mein Kauf nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte.
Ich solle mich an den Apple support wenden...
Kann mir jemand helfen?

Gleiches Problem beim iPhone. Musik, Apps konnte ich alles kaufen, nur In-Apps nicht mehr.
Wenn man die In-App-Käufe selbst auf seinem Gerät deaktiviert hat (beim iPhone: Einstellungen => Allgemein => Einschränkungen) sollte man sie aktivieren. Wenn es daran nicht liegt, kann man selber daran erstmal nix machen! Dann hat man die Möglichkeit entweder den iTunes-Support eine Email zu schreiben und schildert das Problem (https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action) oder man ruft die Hotline an. Ich rief bei der Hotline an, da ich lange keine Bestätigunsmail hinsichtlich meiner Anfrage bekommen habe. Nachdem der erste Mitarbeiter recherchiert hatte, wurde ich zur zuständigen Abteilung durchgestellt. Er benötigte die Account-ID zur Sicherheit und hat etwas im System umgestellt, dann hieß es 30 Minuten warten und alles lief wieder
Der nette Mitarbeiter meinte, dass so etwas hin und wieder vorkommt vor allem beim Wechsel zu einem neuen Gerät (bei mir der Fall: von iPhone4 zu 5). Laut Aussage des Mitarbeiters wird bei iTunes irgendwas blockiert und muss wieder freigeschaltet werden. Apple ist das Problem bekannt und es wird nach Lösungen gesucht! Laut Auskunft des Mitarbeiters soll es aber auch nach einiger Zeit vonn alleine wieder gehen. Wie lange das ist, weiß ich nicht!

How do I remove or at least "hide" unwanted purchased apps from my Ipad? Posed the question to Apple senior support this evening and we went to the Itunes store and removed all the unwanted icons from the collection of hundreds, one by one. Cleaned up the Mac Pro nicely, leaving about 10 apps I wanted to keep. Went back to the Ipad and they were all still there. Senior support hasn't gotten back to me yet. Any ideas? Thanks. kjbarnett
Since hiding them on your Mac (you did it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the store homepage ?) have you tried logging out and back into your account on your iPad ? I haven't tried it on the IOS 7.1.1, but with iOS 7 there was (or maybe still is) a 'feature' that meant that after hiding them you then needed to log out and back in on each iOS device for them to become hidden from the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it - tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and log out and then log back in.

Hallo, während des Updates auf ITunes 10.5 erscheit immer wieder die Meldung: Die ältere Version von Apple Software Update kann nicht entfert werden. Setzen Sie sich mit dem Supportpersonal in Verbindung. Es geht offenbar um die Version 2.1.2.120. Diese ist aber nirgends zu finden in dre Folge auch nicht zu deinstallieren. Ich habe nun alles versucht zu deinstallieren und die neue Version zu installieren. ohne Erfolg. Er bricht immer mit obgenannter Fehlermeldung ab. Vielen Dank für Infos!

immer wenn ich mich in der cloud anmelden will auf meinem mac , bekomme ich im cloudfenster gesagt "abgemeldet - melden sie sich an um fortzufahren". wo liegt dort bitte das problem, habe schon versucht mittels support-chat das problem zu beheben, jedocht hat es nicht geholfen. dort sollte ich eine datei löschen und das programm neu starten. hat nicht funktioniert, dann wurde gemeint das die adobe apllikation kaputt ist, und ich den support anrufen solle, doch dort ging keiner ran, auch nach mehrmaligem anrufen nicht. wenn jemand eine lösung hat, wäre das spitze!
Ich habe seit heute das genau gleiche Problem, hab gelesen, dass man einen neuen Admin Benutzer erstellen muss. Hab das gemacht, dort funktioniert alles, man kann sich anmelden und Updates machen. Diese funktionieren jedoch nicht bei meinem Standard Admin. Auf allen anderen Rechnern funktioniert die Creative Cloud mit den jeweiligen Benutzern (ein Mac Pro (Maverick), ein Macbook Pro (Mountain Lion), ein iMac (Mountain Lion)
Das Problem besteht ja bei einigen Usern schon seit Tagen, gibt es wirklich noch keine Lösung? -

For about three weeks I haven't been able to download any apps, not even the free ones. My apple id billing information says that my security code on the back of my credit card is invalid. I called apple support and they told me to go to the express lane website but I still cant find a fix for my problem. If you could help me out that would be superb!!!!
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

Help! My iPod touch won't let me download any apps. A message keeps coming up saying "This Apple ID cannot be used for the iTunes store. Please enter another Apple ID" I changed my ID to see if that would work but the same message still comes up.
Where are you physically located?
What country's Store are you using?
The two have to be the same and the payment method for your account also has to be associated (billing address, where iTunes gift card was purchased) with that country.
Has the ID(s) worked before for purchases for this country's store? -
When I try to update my youtube app, I'm asked to sign in with my apple password but the email it shows is my sons! In my settings it still shows my email. Nowhere in my settings on my Ipod or if I sign in to Apple with my computer does it show his email. Can anyone help???
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them. Thus it appears that yor sone purchased the app.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -
I'm ready to stop using itunes the ID change of email address is killing me! Help
Well, your first mistake was making a new Apple ID. You only needed to go into Manage your Apple ID and change the Apple ID from the Yahoo email to your new email. Then, all the purchases you made with that old Apple ID would still be tied to your updated Apple ID.
As it is, you now have a totally new Apple ID, but the purchases you made with that old Apple ID are still (and will forever be) tied to it.
Your best bet is to log into Manage your Apple ID with the old ID (regardless of what Yahoo did with it, it is still a functional Apple ID, unless you had that disable for security reasons). Once you have logged into it, change the password on it to match the password on your new ID. Then when you are asked for a password to update an app, it won't matter which of the two Apple IDs is displaying. You will just type in the same password and your app will be updated.

Hmmmm... would appear that you need to be actually logged in to enable the additional menu features.
Have you tried deletting the plists for MAS?

Hi all,
I am using Mail as a client to my Gmail account.
I am registered with such account to receive notification about new posts from Apple Support Communities on which I took part.
However when I receive a new mail notifications, I get a huge list of post, it basically seems the whole conversation.
Even if the grouping done by Mail App shows 1 message only, I can see lot of posts attached to the mail.
Apparently by deleting the group or the very latest mail, it deletes the whole conversation, but everytime a new mail arrives, the conversation shows again.
By doing a search for sender and subject on notification arrival, only one mail shows from the results.
When deleting the mail, the whole conversation gone from Mail App, did the search again with same criteria, and got 0 result.
Why this behavior ? Am I missing something ?*I figured it out!*
Simple fix, here is what you do - open Mail v4.2 > Preferences
Select your Gmail account with this weird problem (I say select, cause in my situation I have multiple Gmail account setup but was having trouble with 1).
Then goto > Advanced tab
and then just type "/" (forward slash) - and then wait for a minute, it should fix it and allow to receive all the ghosts messages again - which apparently were visible under my online (web based) gmail.com's account also on my iPhone. You might see double messages, don't freak out like I did - Quit Mail v4.2 and restart that should go away as well, like in my case. Strange? Definitely

I recently started my apple I'd account and used my wife's bank card for payment info. I then loaded $75 from iTunes gift cards on the account. I was able to make in app purchases, now its telling me to contact iTunes Store support to complete now? Help
