App License - I am lost, any help?

Hello,
I am trying to get developer license for payed apps.
But I got really lost now...
So I got to point where I had to send fax.
I sent it.
I got no answer for a week, so I discovered contract page on ItunesConnect,
where I applied for payed apps, but havent finished filling the form.
In meanwhile, I got two emails,
first, there is problem with my payment and it requies actions on my side,
second, minute later, that I payed and got recipe.
On "Your orders" page, there are two orders for developer program, one
payed, one "Actions requied" in red
I checked my bank account, I payed those 99 bucks.
So I tried to upload an app and I got message that I am not able to
publish app in chosen price tier and I need to finish my contract
info. I did, now it says "Processing"
But as I browsed forums, I saw info that I should have chosen only one of the ways, eithe fax or do it online, but Im confused and I dont know if I should mail them and cancel one of them or what...
Any ideas what now?

If you can you can choose the None option and only put the card info in when you want to buy something. It also makes your account less suceptable to hackers as there is nothing that they can use to buy anything.

Content bought using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.
All you need to do is delete those apps belonging to your wife.
Check Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > your own Apple ID here. If not, sign out here and sign in yours.

I found Rxmindme 02.11.00 ipa, (ios App) in my computer but when I try to open it the itune program opens. Apps for the iPhone do not run on Windows. You will need the iPhone to run the app.

Try restarting or resetting the iPhone:

If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and synching your apps. You'll lose the app data and settings, but if the problem is due to a corrupt cache or settings file, that should cure it.

Word says there's no email program installed to email a document, but there's an app on Windows 8. Any help?

I have windows 8 on my laptop and love it so much.
I like using word, but sometimes don't want to have to save random files to email them.
I go to the save and send option in word, then click send as attachment. An error box appears:
'There is no program installed to send this blah blah blah. If there is already a program installed create a link in default programs'
HOW DO I GET TO DEFAULT PROGRAMS??!!!!!!!
I click OK and it says MAPI error. I saw that if you go onto 'fixmapi.exe' this is corrected, but that didn't help at all.
Plz someone help?
(the mail app works fine, but it would be so much easier to send straight from word)

as far as I know, for this scenario, an "app" is not suitable for this purpose, because word requires a "program", not an "app" for this function/feature.
I guess if you have Word, that means you have some kind of an Office installation in place, but, is it an edition of Office that doesn't include Outlook?

Randomly opening apps, turning pages...any help?

If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
In brief; backup the device, recover what you can from it, download other purchases from the iTunes Store, restore the device, add content, keep a backup of your library in future.

How did it get on your ipod in the first place if not from your comptuer?
Everything on your ipod should be on your computer and you should be syncing regularly.

that's an absolutely useless help to him/her if he/she has lost the remote. the apple tv can ONLY be paired with one remote at a time.
a far more useful solution would be to use the apple remote app for the phone, touch or ipad ... except itunes 11 and/or ios7 has that all botched up now, so ... that's useless for the foreseeable future.
to OP, in essence, you're hosed for right now.
