App Missing in Application Manager

Question

An amusement I wrote to learn JWS is starting through a browser porperly. The Application Manager is not caching the application for a direct launch from the Manager or better from a desktop icon.
The only references I was able to easily find to fix this in the forums were references to needing an HREF arguement in the jnlp tag. This is present but the applicaiton is still not cached.

Stupid typo that I didnt notice till I reviewed my post a second time :)
It is working as expected.
