App not install after 3 days HELP

I bought an app called Day One on the 15th of July, it still did not install after 3 days.
Everytime I try to install it, this message comes up 'Day One failed to download use the purchases page to try again.'
This is what shows up on the launchpad.

Hey
Could you try updating to the latest version of iOS (8.3)?
Let us know if the problem persists.
Thanks

  • Market App Not Installed After 2.3 Update

I installed the 2.3 update on my Droid X and now the Market app is not installed.  This problem has been going on since the 2.2 update.  Why is it not fixed in 2.3?  I assume that a factory reset will correct the problem, but have not tried it yet.  I have lots of apps installed, including one app not in the marketplace and I need to make sure I can re-install them without paying again.
Are there any other options other than a Factory Reset?
    Thanks.

Just found this on another forum... solved my problem.
    If you have Astro file viewer then I have a solution for you;
Open astro, then click the up icon (Yellow Folder with green up arrow) till you get to the lowest level.
Then click the search icon and search for vending.apk, that's the real name for the Market app.
Click on the file name and you should be presented with the option to install it.
I had to delete my original shortcut as it no longer properly associated with the file, but it's easy enough
    to make another one.
Also, if market crashes and "Forces Close" just re-open it and you should be good.

  • Apps not installing after anna update

Non of the apps and not even themes are able to install from ovi store after updating my N8 to anna today. The apps download just fine but when it gets to the installation part it results in an installation error.
    My N8 product code 059c640
I have already done a hard reset 2 times together with a full format of my mass memory and memory card before resetting and then after installation process I updated everything through ovi suite and mobile update tool OTA again.
Helppppp.. What can i do????... I've tried many things already.

Now I can't even do a hard reset with full format anymore... After experiencing these problems with Ovi Store I tryed to do another full format and hard reset...
So this is what I did:
Go to offline mode, take my simcard out, take my mem card out, after fully formatting both memories.
    Then I did *#7780#  and  *#7370#
But after when the installation process is ready an rebooting.. all my contacts and widget with my facebook profile and Ovi Store and even my wake up alarmsare still set up. Everything is still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not connected to Ovi Suite during the whole process... it seems I'm unable to erase all data. What can I do to reinstall my N8 ???? I have also tryed the 3 finger salute... but it just gives me the same result.
    What can I do?

  • HT204266 iPad apps not installing...HELP!

Restored iPad (1st gen) (latest firmware 5.1.xx) hoping to increase speed. Worked fine but slow prior to restoration. Chose to manually re-install apps. After I click "install" (in app store), the icon appears on home screen with "waiting" underneath. Nothing happens. Connecting via wi-fi. Can connect to Internet and signed into iTunes store.
I have tried: rebooting ipad, deleting app and reinstalling, rebooted router.
    Help! Want my apps back!

Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to download apps.

  • Apps not installing after FW update on my 5800XM

    Hi All,
I just updated my 5800XM's FW to the latest version (40.0.005).
After the FW update I can't install any apps on the phone. When I try to install an app, it gives an error Unable to start operation. Installer already in use.
I tried again after restarting the phone, but still no change.
Would greatly appreciate any help on this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers,
    Gehan

Mine did that as well, but it did work again after I restarted the phone.
Maybe it's just a question of leaving the phone alone for a while. It could be installing stuff in the background.

  • Apps not installing... help?

I found that I haven't been able to upgrade my apps or download new apps since yesterday. This has happened before and a reset settings worked, yet this time it doesn't... The only way I the apps to finish upgrading is to go on iTunes or use my wifi and disable using cellular data. I have an iPhone 4 for Sprint. I have tried a hard reset, downloading iExplorer and deleting the downloads file, signing in and out of my account on my phone, reset all settings, reset network settings, and even a system restore to my last back up, which was yesterday when I realized there was a problem. I also have to mention that whenever I try to install an app using cellular data it goes on waiting, then loading, then it loads about a little more than half way through, and it repeats. It never finishes, it goes into a cycle until I get a pop up stating "_______ is could not be downloaded at this time." with options of "done" or "retry" and when I press done, it should stop trying to install itself yet it goes into that same cycle again where it goes waiting, loading, blue bar 1/2 way through, and then repeat again... I do not use podcasts so that could not be the problem, I have none in my downloads list.

This is a common issue with Sprint right now. My suggestion would be to contact Sprint's customer service to make them aware of your issue (explain that your data works but downloading apps does not work and everything you have tried). They are "looking into this" issue right now and hopefully the more people that complain about it will get them to a solution faster. I've been told that there is an issue with the relationship between Sprint and Apple's app store, but I'm not sure how accurate that is, although it seems right since everything else works.
I hope they find a solution, soon. Very frustrating not being able to download apps without using iTunes.

  • Why do Apps not update after installing iOS6?  They just hang there!

WHy do apps not update after installing iOS6?

Each time? every day? Just plain crazy! Updates happen automatically on your mac....why not the same thing on ipad/iphone?
If the app was purchased on my phone with my account, surely they do not need to "verify" my credentials each time. If my phone was stolen and someone purchased a $20 app surely my $300 phone is more important?
They need to come up with e better solution...when we all have hundred or thousands of apps on our devices what then?

  • Problem with new version 4.3.2 apps not working " after update to the new version "

Problem with new version 4.3.2 apps not working " after update to the new version "
i was in 4.3.1 then i do the update , but now after update i face this problem , so what i Supposed to do ?!!

    Hi There
Had the same problem as you. App would terminate when launched.
Solution to working You Tube app:
    -Go to playstore
    - Uninstall app (it doesn't remove the app, only removes the update)
    - "Et Voila", working again.
This doesn't correct the problem, it's just a workaround for you to be able to use youtube app again.
    Hope it helped.
    Best Regards

  • Company Portal not installing after successful enrolment

    Hey up guys,
    After some more advice please.
So I have Intune integrated with SCCM and the Company Portal App is signed using the Symantec Cert, then imported and deployed to my Intune User Collection. So far so good.
Now when we enrol a device (WP8 or WP8.1) it goes through ok and enrols successfully and any policies apply fine, however the company portal app never installs. I have tried emailing and installing and click "download hub" In workplace
both of which do nothing at all, no errors - I have looked through here
Company Portal not installed after enrolling but as I have said I don't get errors, the device enrols and policies apply just no Company POrtal App.
Has anyone else experienced this before, are we missing something obvious?

    Hi, Aaron,
You say you're using this with ConfigMgr, in what we call a Hybrid configuration. When you configured the Windows Phone MDM page in the Intune Subscription wizard, which did you upload- the PFX or the AET of your Symantec cert? Also, I'm assuming you're
using your own Symantec cert and not the trial cert, but correct me if I'm wrong there because it matters.
It sounds like you've tried this on at least 2 different devices, right? 8 and 8.1? Do you have a "clean" device you can try it on, one that hasn't been enrolled or unenrolled previously? If so,
without enrolling, try mailing the .aetx (generated using the AET generator in the WinPhone SDK) and the SSP signed by the same cert and see if you can sideload that way. Just trying to eliminate
as many variables as possible. If you take Intune completely out of the picture and just do the manual AET and SSP deployment and it
still doesn't work, then there's something wrong with your ssp.xap - try downloading it again, in case it got corrupted, and then try signing it again. I swear a few times I've signed something, didn't get any errors, and it wasn't working. I had a
tester sign it for me and it worked. Don't know why. You can even try signing any other .xap file you know works and see if you can sideload that.

  • TS1702 What to do when you get "iTunes library app not installed on iPhone; app could not be found"

What to do when you get "iTunes library app not installed on iPhone; app could not be found". None of the Apple suggestions fix the problem. For example, with Animoto, one of the problem apps, I have removed it, reinstalled it, and still get the eoor message.

    Of course.
First of all, this started when an external drive i was using died on me. I have no doubt that these apps indeed are off my system. I figure between the apps I've bought for myself and my kid, I have about 150 apps.
    Now. The issue.
When I sync my iPad with iTunes on my desktop, it goes through normally until it gets to the apps. When that happens, it get an error box that reads "Some of the apps in your iTunes library were not installed on the iPad because one or more errors occurred. For a list of appps that could not be installed, click on the triangle below."
Then I get a list of apps.
(Added note to any iTunes developers out there: The titles of the apps in this list do not always match the titles of the apps in the App Store. For example, one was called "MuseumGame" on my iPad. It's called "Museum of Thieves" on the App Store. I started out with a list of 60 apps. It was a major pain to track them all down. It would be nice to have everything the same so I can use the App Store search more effectively.)
    Anyway, moving on....
The error message stops my sync until I dismiss it. That, honestly, is what makes this whole thing annoying enough to seek out an answer. I can't let my iPad start syncing and walk out of the room. Yeah. I know. First World problems.
Once I dismiss the error, the sync continues and all is well.
I did the following to try to fix the problem. Mostly, I did a lot of searches:
My list of purchased apps on my iPad both using the search box and by going to every page
Searched the main App Store on my iPad using the search field. When that didn't work, I used wider searches and just scanned the page(s) for the little cloud icon that showed I had purchased the app.
I got on my desktop iTunes and searched the apps from there (without a lot of hope, but trying to be complete)
At that point, I came to the conclusion that a small number of the apps are no longer available on the App Store.
Fine. I didn't want them anyway.
I got into iTunes and went to the Apps page. None of the errant apps showed up there. I searched the iTunes help files. Nothing. I crossed my fingers, said a little prayer to the search engine gods, and tried Google. I found some things that sort of matched but they basically boiled down to "re-download the app from the App Store" or "Restore your iPad".
So I spent a couple of hours restoring my iPad. I got the error message again. I hit Google again and came up with this thread. It was as close to my problem as I found.
I think that brings us up to date.
My fundamental problem is that I seem to have found a scenario where if you have to restore apps (because, perhaps, your external drive died) and some of the apps are no longer available for download, there is an error generated that can not be permanently dismissed.
    Did I miss anything important?

  • My itunes has gotten error 7 (windows error 14001) itunes wont even open it just says itunes was not installed correctly. someone help please

my itunes has gotten error 7 (windows error 14001) itunes wont even open it just says itunes was not installed correctly. someone help please

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) (not for XP) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

    Hi...
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed  then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

You probably need to either uninstall and reinstall itunes or to download the apple application support by itself
you can download the itunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/ here
then to do a complete uninstall / reinstall follow these instructions http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923
you could also use 7zip to extract the individual installer for apple application support from the itunes setup file http://www.7-zip.org
