APP - PAY - 06153 error at step 40 while assigning job code to employee.

Hi,
I am getting error AP-PAY-06153 : System Error : Procedure at step 40.
When i save any changes made in the employee assignment, this error is displayed.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Hi Experts,
I'm finding the below mentioned error while I'm saving assignment with Salary Basis, Location and Payroll.
APP-PAY-06153: System Error : Procedure pay_us_emp_dt_tax_rules.insert_fed_tax_row - ORA-20001: &1 element does not exist or has not linked to pay at step 4.
Please note that I am able to save the record if I do not any one of Salary Basis, Location. Payroll. It is basically happening on creating default tax.
Can anyone pleas let me know if you have facing the above error and resolved?

when i selected that getting the below error.
APP-PAY-06153 System Error:Procedure INIT_FORMS STEP 1
cause: The Procedure INIT_FORMS created an error at STEP 1
ACTION: contact your system administrator quoting the procedure INIT_FORMS and step 1.

The return values which you have maintained for the decision parameter are not acceptable that's why it's throwing that error.
Your PPMOD feature is based on company code and functional area.
Try to maintain it as follows:

APP-PAY-07114 error while open forms

Hello everyone,
I have added a function in custom.pll and compiled using f60gen and then when i tried to open the form, i am getting the following error message.
APP-PAY-07114: Oracle error ORA-01115: IO error reading block.....
Please give me some suggestions.

The function which i have written does some calculations when i save the form. Below is the code.

Getting CI Error while Update Job Code Description :

Hi All,
Am getting the CI error (Error saving the component interface CI_CMP_RULE_DEFN for Rate Code Defaulting Rule) while try to update the Existing Job code description. But am able to add the new job code details .
The message catlog number MESSAGE_SET_NBR=1000 AND MESSAGE_NBR=1102 is getting trigger to throw the error.
Can any one help me on which scenario this error will occur.

This is called in JOB_CODE_TBL SavePostChange Function Update_Jobcode_Rule.

      ElseThe code is already passed the getci, so you do have permissions to start this CI, but the save was unsuccessfull.
See if you can try to find some more loggin in the appserver or run it in trace mode the see the actual error.

Not sure about 8.52, but in 8.51, I found the PeopleSoft.PeopleCode.Func class in PS_HOME/appserv/classes/peoplecode.jar, and CLASSPATH gets set to PS_HOME/appserv/classes by psconfig.sh
Not an answer, but it might give you some ideas on where to look.

Error Mssg: FI673 while assigning company code to FM area

Hi,
I have multiple company codes and only one company code (A) is assigned to FM area and another company code (B) is not assigned to FM area but some transactions have already been posted in dev client, I got the following error message while trying to assign the company code B to the same FM area.
"You must not change assignment to company code B
Diagnosis:
There is already actual data for FM area, which is assigned to company code B"
Please note that I have already deleted the FI transactions for company B thru t-code OBR1 but unable to delete the CO transactions as multiple company codes assigned to one CO area.
Please let me know how to overcome this issue of assigning the company code B to FM area.

I am getting below error message whenever I am trying to assign a service order type to requirement class.
This the error meassage:
Maintenance order type ZSC3 is either not flagged as a service order type or revenue posting is allowed for this order type.
System Response
The system does not allow any further processing.
Procedure
Enter a service order type that does not allow revenue postings.
Please help urgently.

Ya do same thing but I dont think using this FM will solve the problem...
You get the Update Terminated message when the normal course of the program has been halted by user intervention.
Now could u please check that are u calling any FM in your program.
If yes just list out all of them.

APP-PAY-07216 Urgent!!!!

Hi,
We are facing the APP-PAY-07216 error on employment termination. I checked metalink notes 295392.1, 373169.1 and 292358.1 but I do not know which one applies to me.
Here are the steps to reproduce and exact error message :
People->Enter and Maintain->End Employment. Here I enter the Leaving Reason and Termination Dates(Actual, Last Standard Process and Final Process). After this, Type is set to Ex-worker which is expected I believe.
After all these steps when I click Terminate it gives the following error :
APP-PAY-07216: The datetrack update has violated integrity rules
Cause: The datetrack update operation has cause an integrity error for people
Action: Contact you local support representative
The metalink notes are confusing(at least for me, I could not determine which one is suitable for me), please help me solve this matter.

-I open EBS home page and login.
-Choose the necessarry HRMS responsibility
-The opening page has the title : Oracle Applications - {SITE NAME} and contains the forms named Navigator - {Responsibility Name}
-After these steps I do what I mention in first post
Also about the security profile, View Employees, Contingent Workers, Applicants and Contacts are all set to "Restricted".
