APP-PAY-06722-Can not classify Org as BG

While working on
Vision instance : 11.5.10.2
UK HRMS Manager/UK BG
I get the below error.( I created the Org hierachy and I was trying to mark the top most organization as BG )
Error is :
APP-PAY-06722 : Can not create Business Group, Organization is in hierarchy.
Cause: You have tried to create a Business Group and it exists in an organization hierarchy.
Action: Delete from hierarchy if possible or cancel the operation.
If i delete the Org Hierachy and come back to Org screen, I can classify it as BG. Its possible.
But again when i go to the Org hierachy to define the hierachy the BG wont be seen on the Org list So i cant enter the BG in Org Hierarchy..
Can anyone help me with this plz.

I believe you are not using the Hierarchy screen properly. There are a few points I would like to make here.
1. When you have an organization in a hierarchy, you cannot make it an business group. This is functionally correct. Hence you must delete any hierarchy before making an organization present in it a Business Group.
2. When you have a business group already created, which you want to use in a hierarchy, you must use it as the topmost node of the hierarchy. Of course you cannot have a BG below one of it's organizations, unless we are talking about Global Hierarchy, which I believe is not the case !!
Now to make sure that this is always followed Oracle does not show the BG in the lower block - the one marked as subordinates. But you can easily query (mind it! only Query) the BG in the block marked as Organization. Hence if you want the newly created BG to be part of the hierarchy, put your cursor in the field name in the block Organization. Query the BG here and then move on the block Subordinates to define child organizations to the BG.

    Finish the download on your computer in iTunes and then sync the app to the iPad and then delete it. You will probably have to let it fully download before you can delete it.
    You can try restarting the iPad and see if the download will resume - Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Yoy can try  this as well and see if the download will resume. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    Look in iTunes and see if there is a pending download in there that might be causing the delay. If there is a download there, try to finish that one first.

    While in Pages looking at the screen with all your documents, touch and hold a document until it starts to jiggle.  Then touch a document and drag it on top of another holding it there for a couple of seconds until a folder forms.  While things are still jiggling you can click on the folder name and change it.  And while still jiggling you can drag more files into the folder, or create another folder.
    Much the same as you create folders of apps on your home screen.

    i've downloaded an app that I can not find in my phone.  It's not even in itunes but when i go to redownload it, it says open.  i can't even download it again.  Does anyone know where it could be?

    I've did that and it doesn't show up in search. I went to download it again an it says open as if its already on the phone. But I can't even open in.

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    When I download new app, it show me I need to view my billing account, and I type it , but is show me security code is invalid, I chick my card and I m sure it s currect, now I can not update app and unable to get new one, so terrible.

    The security code could be correct but the credit card number is wrong.  Be sure you did not transpose digits of your credit card number.

  • TS3694 Error message in App Store saying "Can not connect to iTunes Store"?

    Just started using my iPad 3 that I just recieved for my birthday a few days ago. Last night went to download a new App from the App store, which was free. After hitting the "free" button and continuing on and hitting the "download App" button I received an error message saying "Can Not connect to iTunes Store" and the word "OK" under that to make it go away. I continued on with other games to see if it was just an issue with that one but no matter what i hit it says that same error message. I spent hours on the phone with Apple Support only to have the gentlemen have me save everything on my iPad onto my iTunes on my PC and then start to Restore to Factory setting and then was told if had any issues to call them back. I left the room for about 5 min. only to come back to have an error message saying "The ipad could not be restored, an unknown error occurred (3014). I was just wondering if anyone else is having any issues similiar to mine. Please advise. My next step is to call back up and ask to speak to a Support Specialist the gentlemen said..once it goes to the "restore" point regular tech support can not help he explained.. Just frustrated after spending over 1 1/2 hrs on the phone to have gotten nowhere and now have to call back and start again with something brand new.. I just think i got a lemon!!

    Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
    Update to the latest version of iTunes.
    Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
    Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
    Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
    An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
    Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
    Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.

  • TS1702 I have downloaded the Pimp my sounds App.  I can not get it to load on my phone.  I have watched every video and maybe I am not that smart.  Can someone help me please.

    I just can not get this App to work.  I have followed the video, I was just wondering if because I am using a later version of Itunes that is the reason.

    You might try to confirm that your messages are actually sending. I have the same problem, but my messages appear to be sending but are not actually being received.

    The blue dot means that it has been updated and it has not been used since it was updated. If you cannot launch the app, try a reset first and see if the app will launch.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    Please help, I updated some apps, I pressed update all, now I can not open or use those apps, they just say waiting.  I have deleted some and tried to download again with no success, also tried to download different app with no success.

    1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to update.
    2. Check for Updates (bottom right) in iTune. When download is completed, sync to iPad.
