App purchased accidentally. Who do I contact to get a refund
My ten year old daughter who had a learning disability had a snow day yesterday and decided it was ok to use my iPad. She downloaded an app that said free in the title but it was actually $ 99.99. I was wondering if there was anyway to get a refund on it.
The app may have been free to download, but quite a few then allow in-app purchases to be made within them e.g to unlock features and/or levels. You can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
You can also turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and depdending upon what version of iOS that you have on it you may also have a Require Password setting onthe Restrictions screen which you can set to 'Immediately' (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered).

What do you mean by an "iCloud update"? iCloud is free unless you request additional space. Did you indeed purchase additional storage? If not, what it is that you're referring to?

If you've allowed your child to use your account, then you are responsible for what he/she purchases.

Help! I have a new iPhone 5s. My husband just lost his 4s, so I want to give him my 4s. We want to use same Apple ID so we both have access to itunes/apps purchases. Want to separate contacts, messages, mail, etc. I cannot change iCloud address on 4s iPhone. Also, when I tried to change iMessage I got a message that if I deleted my id (which seemed to be the only way to get my husband's I'd there), I would not be able to receive iMessages on any device.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. Try to do a in app purchase for knights and dragon and it gets rejected tells me to contact iTunes support. I checked to see if restriction was on. And I have done many in app purchases before

In case this applies, you must have a credit or debit card on file in order to utilize In-App purchases. In-App purchases cannot be made from the balance of a redeemed iTunes gift card.

Will customers who purchased an iMac after the 1st October get a refund on iWorks which was purchased at the same time?
As the titile says. I purchased an iMac on the 4th October and added pages, keynote and numbers to the purchase. Now I find out if I didn't purchase them I would have them free anyway (and to make it more annoying I haven't even used the apps yet so have had no use out of them until this point). I know Apple gave refunds for the same situation on iOS iWorks in September.There is an up-to-date program for those who purchased new Macs after October 1.

To amplify on roamingnome's response, the Apple warranty and Apple service are available only in the country of original purchase. And if you have a third-party open the phone in India (or anywhere), Apple will not provide service, even if it is returned to the US.
