Does anyone know if the following apps excist:
1. all Dutch radio broadcasting stations
2. a personal 'secret' app where you can store personal information protected by a password
Like to hear from you guys.

You need to setup an account with them and download the browser version. Put your data in there and then sync with a Roboform Everywhere account. If you want a password app to use and live only on your iPhone, Roboform is not the way to go.

After I updated Firefox I started having these issues...my Facebook home page is missing the following items: Top Stories, Most recent, App request, Game request and Friends on chat. Also the posts are all outdated, out of order, and they repeat themselves.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Delete OS X Facebook App Request Activity

Hardware/Software:

I think it was created when I linked OS X Lion to Facebook. At any rate, I have removed the integration between any Apple device/software I own and Facebook. As you can see:

But don't you find it strange that this happens not only with the OS X Mail client but also with something as established as MS Outlook?
Actually, there's more going on with VZ's mail servers than we'd care to deal with; to wit,
- a friend on att.net frequently gets her e-mails to me blocked for no good reason; she then has to request VZ to put her - again - on their whitelist;
- and on the evening of Monday 13 Sep 2010, I couldn't send verizon.net mail anywhere; I could retrieve Incoming messages, but none could go out; this persisted for about an hour.

Mac Client App Request/Suggestion

Have an app request/suggestion I'd really like implemented into the Mac Client App. Would really like to be able to "Wake-on-Lan" computers. I can do this on my iOS device but if I'm on my laptop/desktop I'm forced to go to the web interface. This is just more time consuming. Thanks LogMeIn!-Tim

Could you use the current case system, and add a form to the display of the last case, so the reply is actually a new case?
I remember there was a tutorial on making a web app as a voting system, and you could get notified when your request was replied to. You might be able to use some of the information from that. It was the BC Wishlist from a few years ago. I don't think they use it any more, but I guess a search for 'web app wishlist' might find the instructions on how they build it.

Twc app "request timed out"

The TWC app doesn't work, it keeps showing the message "request timed out"

I think this is a Time Warner Cable website problem, not an Apple problem. After several contacts with Time Warner Cable tech help, I have now been told there is an on-going problem with the MyServices.TimeWarnerCable.com web page that the TWC TV app works in conjunction with. The MyServices page either doesn't load or won't accept login passwords. I have been told they are aware of the problem, but there is no estimate of when it will be resolved. Hasn't worked for me for a couple of weeks now.

Apps requesting access to microphone (iOS7)

This may be something with iOS 7, but I'm seeing our apps ask for access to the microphone at launch. What triggers this? We aren't using the microphone in the app. At least not that we are aware of.
Edit: We have 12 apps in the App store. All of them launch with a warning requesting microphone access in iOS 7. You can choose don't allow because the apps don't use the microphone, but we need to figure out how to remove this. Our apps range from air 3.5 to 3.7 I believe. It's affecting all them in the same way. They all show up under the privacy tab in iOS 7 with a toggle.

3613819 - [iOS7]on using Sound.play app asks permission for accessing the Microphone even when microphone API is not used in the app.
I updated air and tested in a new empty project. I still get the microphone request popup.
I'm targetting swf version 21.
CTAirSdkVersion tag is 3.8.0.1290 in app's Info.plist so I'm using the latest air sdk.
I'm testing on ipod touch 5g running iOS7 beta 6.

Screen recording small app requested

The Screen Recording toolbar in Android 4.4.4 is really helpful, but I would like to access it through the small apps bar. For instance, it is much easier to start the Screen shot function from the small app than through the power on/off button.
In the same way, I request a small app to access the floating Screen Recorder toolbar, instead of through the Power on/off button.
For the programmer who knows how to make a small app, that should be fairly simple.

Apps requesting I pay to download again after rese...

I have just had to reset my Nokia N8 to factory defaults, but have found that I have lost all of my apps and games. I have been working my way through my Ovi Store purchase history, but some premium apps are requesting that I have to pay again to re-download these apps, despite already paying for them before
What is the protocol regarding such items? Do I have to contact each app developer individually to attempt to waive the purchase fee? Or is here a simpler way around this?
I would have thought that items listed in my purchase history would be free to download again and again after every factory reset, but apparently not... I really don't want to have to pay out for these apps a second time, as the reason why I had to perform the reset was not my fault!

Equalizer App request

I just switched from a Verizon HTC Trophy to an AT&T Nokia Lumia 900 and am very happy. Many issues I had with the Trophy are resolved on the 900 but I desperately miss the HTC exclusive "Sound Enhancer" app. This application was fairly well done and really helped make some **bleep** MP3s as well as lower-end earbuds I have sound much better.
Can a mod please request this app of the Nokia programmers?
It seems that a special driver is required for an equalizer app to work right so only an OEM can create this for us.

Although I found the answer to common complaints about sound quality (http://nokiagadgets.com/2012/01/23/reason-for-lumia-800-sound-quality-problems-found/), please add an equalizer! So what if it uses power - make it optional, put a disclaimer, plus your phones had them way back when which makes it a bummer. Music lovers like me really care about best possible sound and an EQ might give you the "edge" on competitors. Have you read that some choose HTC cause it's the only smatrphone with EQ? Too bad I'm no programmer, so please help us out. Also might be useful to highlight the above article on impedance, spread the word to those hearing bad quality, which is totally avoidable (albeit with proper headphones). People even returned Lumias being unaware that the phone isn't to blame. Once again, we audiophiles are aware that your audio's fine, but also aware that it can be better yet. Thanks.

Is there a forum or community site where I can request dev's to make an app?
To be direct: I am a light engineer touring around Europe with a Nightliner. When our bus arrives in the next day's venue, we have to start working. Sometimes there is an hour which they tell us to get up and start working, but other days the bus arrives late and we are already awake in the bus for an hour before it arrives.
What I need is an Alarm clock which can be triggered by a GPS signal. For instance, we have to start working in Köln tomorrow at 7am. We are only leaving from Basel tonight at 2pm, so we won't make it in time. I would like to say to my alarm clock: wake me up 15 miles before we arrive in Köln.
Also a handy app for train travellers who like to sleep in the train ;-)

Paypal App - Requested Money Pending - doesn't show online

I requested money from a buyer using the Paypal Mobile app on my iphone. The customer asked me where his items were today and I had told him I hadn't received any funds. I went through my transactions online and there was nothing showing as being requested or having been received from a request for funds. I logged on to my iphones mobile app and it shows the $50 is "pending" but I did not receive any notifications of a payment having been received. I can't cancel the request, nor can I see any requests were ever made. It seems as this was lost in translation somewhere. I can not refund the money either if it was something that was actually received. I can't ship the item until the payment is complete either.... I have been doing business with paypal for over 15yrs so I am familiar with how it works, or ... used to.Any help would be appreciated.

This happened to me today. 2 MObile requests - no record of them when I log in from my laptop. I did receive the text on my phone that the requestor wants to be paid - but I can't pay it - when I log in the request is nowhere to be found. The second mobile payment I had a friend initiate (small amout) just to see if it was a fluke - low and behold it's the same scenario. Finally - I see posts relating to this bug that go back 2 years. Come on PayPal --- give us something that works.

Submit an app request

I'd love to have the option of submitting requests for apps for OS X but it doesn't appear the support page has that option. Find my Friends would be great for Mountain Lion.

Whats app requesting money to redownload

A friend of mine downloaded the Whats app long while ago, deleted it yesterday and then, tried to redownload it.
However, when trying to redownlod the app, it requests him to pay for the app.
We tried to reinstall the app from the purchase history list, but the app is not there, which is ackward.
As far as i know, if i downlaoded an app, it would be in the purchase list and i dont have to pay for it again.

Again, wrong. When a developer does replace a free version with a paid version, the release becomes a new release. So the free version may remain in your purchase list, but its moot if that release is no longer actually in the app store for download. The paid version, as a new release, will not be in your purchase list until you actually purchase it.

Apps request!

Is there a way in order to request certain apps be added to Blackberry World? I need an application for ETrade and my credit union (Pacific Marine Credit Union). Both have Android/IPhone apps, but none for the Blackberry 10 IOS.

You can sideload the Android app to the Z10. The steps are pretty easy, I found a tutorial on how to do it here. You can easily search and find a lot information about sideloading android apps to BB10 phones.

Family app requests not sent

I have charged both my kids Ipod and Ipad with iTunes gift cards.
Since then (not sure if its related to the charging) when they try to Ask for a purchase, even if its a free one, I don't get any notification. It used to work before.
Also, the "approve locally" option that appears on their device does not seem to work. It just doesn't open anything.
Is it a temporary problem ? Is there anything I can do on my device or on theirs ?

I don't have an answer, but can let you know you're not alone. My son got an iPod touch right as iOS8 came out. We hooked him up with a new iCloud account, and he was putting in purchase requests for me to approve- it all worked as expected. Then for magical reasons, it stopped.

Problems with iMessage and Apps requesting code verification

Hi all,
I've just bought an iPhone 4S and tried to activate iMessage and other apps like Viber and Whatsapp with no luck
Each time I tried to activate iMessage, i was charged an international SMS, and got an "Unsuccessful Activation" or "Error Occurred" message! Even with a great Wi-Fi\3G connections!
For Viber and Whatsapp, no verification code were receipt yet, I'm still waiting for ever!!
I'm not sure if it was a configuration mismatch\ or an internet connection or even a malware issue!!
Please Help!!
