App shown in "Purchase History" but not shown in "Purchase" tab
I tried syncing my Ipad2 to Ipad3. Only some of my apps transferred to the new Ipad3.
I checked Itunes purchase log "Purchase History" and it DOES show that I purchased the apps, but yet the app is not shown on the ipad3.
On the ipad3, went into App Store/ Purchased (tab at bottom).
My puchased app is not there. I only see the Free version.
I thought to try to see if I tried to purchase again, I would get a message that the item is already purchased.
It brought me all the way up to the credit card info page, so I stopped as I do not want to purchase again.
Question is...How do I get my purchased apps back ?
Purchase History shows it there and paid for, but everytime I try to restart and reconnect and re-sync and turn off then turn on, it does not come back.
I checked my Itunes apps, and the only app shown is the free version. What happened to the bought version?
I only have (1) Apple Id account.
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Does it also not show under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?

HT201272 Album in purchase history but not purchases
I recently bought a new computer and after downloading my previous purchases, I realized I was missing a album. The album shows up in my purchase history but not the purchases available for download. In the I-store it appears that I would have to buy the album again since I do not see a download button like the instructions say there should be. How can I get access to the album?
Since the title says "bonus track version" I have been going with the idea when in the store that I have to correct version pulled up. Since one can only download once, if the album is already been purchased and downloaded, how would I know if I have to correct album pulled up? Should it not say Buy? I have had issues in the past with Pink vs P!nk but this album is by a Gary so that is not an issue

Is there any way to keep apps on my ipod touch but not keep copies of them on my PC? I have space issues on my PC, so I don't want to have to keep copies there. I deleted the apps from my PC, but when I synced my ipod to add some photos, all my apps were deleted from my ipod. Is there any way to be able to just sync photos and music, and not apps? Seems I am able to manually manage music, which allows me to not have to keep my music library stored on my PC, but can't get the photos to sync without the apps syncing too.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I'm new at this.

Firefox 33.0.2 on Windows 8.1 64 bit. Since upgrading Firefox, it no longer accepts URLs in the URL bar - it works if I have a bookmark, a link or from History, but not if I enter or paste a URL and hit <enter>, in which case nothing happens at all.
I have found that issue reported for Ubuntu (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1011935?esab=a&as=aaq) but not for Windows. The solution there to change the keyboard is not feasible since it's a laptop with a built-in keyboard.
I did not have this issue with FF 28 (I finally upgraded because I was getting BSODs) and I don't have this issue with any other Browser on same platform.
Any help appreciated.

Flex mobile 4.6 app works inside flash builder but not in android emulator

I have a basic flex mobile 4.6 app and it works fully fine in the flash builder built-in emulator using an android device profile like aria...
It also launches fine in the android emulator but one particular view shows blank (and this view works fine in flash builder).
Before I get in to many details of the view are there any categorical gotchas that can be causing this?
I can't seem to get the trace statements from the app to show in 'adb logcat'. It seems I need to compile a debug version of the apk but I don't know how to do this. I use the 'Export Release Build' from the Project menu in flash builder and it doesn't seem to have an option for debug=true.
The problematic/blank view basically uses the stagewebview and iotashan's oauth library to call linkedin rest apis... A different (and working) view can make restful web service calls in the emulator fine, so it doesn't seem to be an internet permission.
The source code contained in the problematic/blank view is almost identical to the tutorial found at:http://www.riagora.com/2011/01/air-and-linkedin/
The differences are: a) The root tag is a View b) I use StageWebView instead of HtmlContainer c) I use my own linkedin key and tokens.
I would appreciate it if someone can provide me with some pointers on how to troubleshoot this situation. Perhaps someone can tell me how to debug the app while running in the emulator (I think I need the correct adt command arguments for this which matches the 'Export Release Build' menu but adds the debug param?)

I suspect that this has to do with connections to https:// api.linkedin.com and https:// www.linkedin.com. The only reason I can think of that the same code is not having issues inside of Flex Builder but indeed having issues in the Android emulator is something to do with certificates. I have created a project that clearly reproduces the bug. Here are the steps:
1) Create a UrlLoader and point it to https://www.google.com (HTTPS is important because http works but HTTPS does not)
2) Load it
3) Run in Flash Builder 4.6/Air 3.1 and then run in Android emulator. The former works with an http status 200. The latter gives you an ioerror 2032. I am assuming what works in Flash Builder is supposed to work in the Android Emulator and what what works in the emulator is supposed to work in a physical device (plus or minus boundary conditions).
I see a certificate exception in adb logcat but not sure if it's related...

If Find My Phone has not been activated on the iPhone before being lost there is nothing more that you can do to locate it with iCloud. The only option is physical search for it.

There are two types of Backups that I can make for iDevice (for a example for iPhone - backup to iCloud or/and to the local PC/Mac.
Both are the current Backup, so my question is - Is it possible to save a several Backups of an exact iDevice, for example of iPhone (some history, but not the last one only)?ITunes keeps 1 backup file only.

How do I delete some history but not all without it crashing?
I remember that Firefox used to allow deleting of only some history but not the most recent. For example, I was able to go into Options and under the Privacy tab, I could choose for Firefox to remember the last 7 days, 30 days, etc. Now, it seems that I can only choose "Remember history", "Do not remember history", and the custom option does not allow me to choose how long I want Firefox to remember the history while deleting everything else.
When I press Ctrl-H to open up the history on the side, it shows all the history from a very long time. I remember I used to be able to right-click on a folder (say several months back) and delete it all. Now if I try to do the same thing, it takes a long time and essentially crashed.
I do not know why these features were removed but Firefox is very difficult to use as a result of that now. Could you please help me out with this?

Note that this will remove all history (you can copy/paste or drag history items to a bookmarks folder).

Current Firefox versions do not have a time limit for the history.
Firefox determines automatically how many pages can be kept without affecting the performance.
You can see the current value via the read-only pref places.history.expiration.transient_current_max_pages on the about:config page.

Need for Speed Shift is now available in Ovi Store for C7. It is named NFS Shift instead, and unfortunately, it is not free.
IMO, Need for Speed Shift is free only for N8 was as a form of sales marketing technique to differentiate the product (N8, as an Nseries is suppose to be a flagship device anyway) from other Symbian^3 devices. I'm not sure why they can't launch paid version of NFS for C7 earlier, probably technical issue maybe. I wanted to buy but I bought GT Racing instead, since it is available from the beginning.
I faced similar issue that certain apps are available to N8 but not to C7, you can email Ovi support to ask them why, basically I forgot what they replied me lol. -
App is running on simulator but not in Playbook device

I have developped an app that has been approved and it's present on app world.
The app is running perfectly on the simulator but customers write reviews saying that they can't save data on the device and no error message is displayed.
I have used AIR SDK and a SQLIte database.
As I'm in Europe and Playbook is not available, I can't debug the app on a real device.
Has anybody an idea about why the app work on the simulator but not on the real device.
Thanks.Scocam - that's not a particularly helpful comment. A great deal of the apps in AppWorld have not been tested on the PlayBook yet as there ard a number of developers still waiting to receive their PlayBooks.
If they live outside of North America then they have no other way of getting one except for waiting for RIM to ship them out. In the meantime, we use the simulators that RIM provide us and hope the apps behave the same on the real devices. This isn't always the case.

i downloaded advance cinema app from tha app store, but everytime i click on a movie, it takes me to the IMDB website and im not able to watch the movie. The app promises 4000 free movies, but not able to watch any new movies...
I have found the issue. I have not found an answer to the prob. I have put in a case with customer service. If it doesn't work right, I need my money back!!!

How to delete the apps in the purchased tab in appstore which i no longer have on my ipad. They still show in the purchased tab.
It's not currently possible to permanently delete any items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they don't appear in the Purchased tab : hiding and unhiding. If your iPad is on iOS 6 then you will need to do it via your computer's iTunes.

The scroll function on my mousepad is disabled when viewing a pdf file in firefox version 5.0. The scroll works on the pdf, but not on the other tabs. When the pdf is closed, the scroll function returns to normal. Any ideas?!

I think firefox changed the application lay out, as I used to be able to choose my PDF opener from the list at " Adobe Acrobat Forms Document' where I could choose Nitro-PDF reader, but it has now moved all the way to the bottom like you suggested to the obvious place of "Portable Document Format" section.
If someone didn't tell me , I wouldn't have scrolled all the way down to be able to find it... it really should be with all its cousins up the top...
