I used to have these old apps but can't find them no more in my purchases I tried looking for them and I still can't find them also I have some apps that did show up but when I touch to see details it just blank why is it doing that did they remove apps ?

Your problem is almost certainly connected with Softonic. IMHO it is a bad site to work with and many reports of malware seem to be connected to it. In my view you should use EasyFind to locate anything to do with Softonic (or the link you've quoted in your system) and delete it. Having the music in this case is something to acrifice.
But I hadn't picked up that you were talking about a phone either, and I have no knowledge of iPhone needs. It would be a good idea to fill out your profile and also be specific with your question ... place it in the appropriate Forum subject.

The compiler is highlighting the areas you got wrong, although the error messages are somewhat confusing.
Error 1: NSLog is a function and needs to be called as such, see e.g. the circleArea call on the line above. Functions are called using the function-name with its arguments in paratheses e.g. foo(12, 13).
Error 2: looks like a typo, defining a function is done as function-name(... <arguments> ...) { ... <body> ...}. In your code there is a ";" between the arguments and the body that should not be there, you probably copy pasted it from the forward declaration at the top of the source codde file.

I, for one, support this request - especially with the universal app situation and the developer tools available to help convert iOS and Android code to Windows, there really shouldn't be much blocking this app being released. By all means say you're not going to write a Windows Phone 8.1 app from scratch, but how about a Windows 10 Mobile universal app? This would run not only on phones, but also 3G/4G enabled Windows tablets. If your developers are not aware of these tools, please get them to take a look at developer.windows.com to be enlightened! Won't open projects

I’ve used my Elements 9 several times before, but not at all in the last couple of months. When I went to use it today, I’m unable to start a new project or load an existing project. When I try to do so, it will be almost all loaded in (the project) and then I’ll get an error message that pops up and says “Adobe Premiere Elements 9 has stopped working” with no other information being displayed that might point me in the right direction. As long as I don’t try to open a project or start a new one, Elements will load/run, but of course that doesn’t do me much good. I’m certainly not an expert in Elements by any stretch of the imagination and don’t have a clue as to where to start. System info – I’m using an up to date version of W7 64bit on an ASUS LGA1156 board with an I5-760 quad core and 16gb of RAM. I tried unloading the anti-keylogger, the anti-virus program, and the firewall. Nothing seemed to make any difference. Where should I look first?

Apologizes...I messed up with my typing fingers. The correct route for the BadDrivers.txt file is through Program Data not Program Files. Sorry about that. Corrected account appears below since I do not have privileges to get back into the post where the path originally appears and correct it there. I will see if I can get Hunt to change that there so that someone does not read that and not move on to see the following correction.
A far out consideration (stretching), how about deleting the BadDrivers.txt file if your video card driver is up to date. In version 9.0/9.0.1 and Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit, the path to the BadDrivers.txt file is
Local Disc C
Program Data
Adobe
Premiere Elements
9.0
and in the 9.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. The program will create a new BadDrivers.txt file when the program is reopened (if it can be reopened). You can always Restore the deleted BadDrivers.txt file in the Recycle Bin if necessary. And, be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path involved.
Files on the disc might have been damaged???, thus the rationale behind using another source for the files. Besides using the source suggested for the alternate files, you could also look at installing from copy of installation disc on the computer hard drive.
There is a recent thread here where a Premiere Elements 12 user can get the program to run only on another User Account with Administrative Privileges on the computer. So, you may want to give that a look....the possible damaged User Account drill.
I have been trying for many weeks now to get the Photoshop Elements 12 Full Editor to open on a desktop Windows 7 64 bit computer and have tried everything. No go. I am inventing things to try daily. So I know how you feel with regard to your present situation. I just troubleshot myself out of a bad wireless Internet connection issue for a TV/app situation when I was about to give up. So, today I encourage you "Do not give up."
Before exploring an alternate 9.0 source into which to place your purchased 9.0 serial number, you might just take a another look at your Scratch Files.
a. Go to Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks...Check out where each of the items is directed, how much free hard drive space is there.
b. Then direct them ALL to Libraries/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Elements/9.0. When you set up the project preset, set the Save In for that same 9.0 Folder. This Save In is the location for the project.prel file. With this arrangement ALL is heading to the same place. Is there a respectable amount of free hard drive space on that Local Disc C? As they say, this is just a test. I am not talking about a major project for this test. Just mini test run. Anything to get that new project file (project.prel) file opened all the way to the Premiere Elements Editor workspace.
c. I do not recall if I asked you....if you open to the Elements Organizer 9.0, can you right click one of the thumbnails there, select Edit with Premiere Elements, and get the Premiere Elements Editor workspace to open?

Alternative Sort Performance problem

Hi,
I'm trying to use alternative sorts with my cross-tab sheet. I created one column with decode statement and created an item class to use this column for alternative sort. Everything works fine in the administrator.
Unfortunately in Discoverer Desktop rewrite the queries using a "strange" outer join technique to get the rows in the correct order. With this strange oute join, my query doesn’t perform well (takes 7 minutes). With no alternative sort, my query returns data in couple of seconds
Could someone point me to the right documentation, article, etc. !

I like the idea for creating a separate view, I must try this out and see what happens. If I get it to work using the same data as in my blog posting I will issue another one. I must point out that many organizations, big and small, make the adding of any database object a difficult thing to do and place this under the control of a DBA. Because these guys are so busy it makes any rapid turnaround an impossibility.
I knew the idea about including the item within the workbook but for many of my EUL's this wouldn't be of use. Let me explain. I use a separate LOOKUPS business area and use custom folders for all of my custom lookups and the users won't have access to this area. I'm thinking mainly of an Apps situation where I use SELECT statemments out of FND_LOOKUPS to get hundreds of different list of values. I just want to generate an LOV within and for the use of Discoverer that I can attach to items all across the EUL at will.
Thanks for the cool suggestion though. I'll definitely give it a try.

Final Cut Studio Only?

i found STP to be the wave editor i've always been waiting for. the workflow is amazing. i haven't touched Peak in 6 months. i'm scripting custom batches for myself and others. it's been a dream come true. now it's essentially gone. if i want it i will have to purchase Final Cut Studio. yes, it's a great deal but i have ZERO use for anything other than STP. this is disappointing. i guess no other non-video using musicians or sound designers bought STP standalone? it's a real shame because Apple could have had a class-killer app in the wave editor market. guess it's back to Peak for me and my clients. gross.

because i've moved to Intel processors and in order to use STP on them i have to upgrade to the entire Final Cut Studio. granted it is a great deal at $199 but i just don't want it. i'm not a video guy. STP is thee best waveform editor ever to hit the Mac and it's just a drag that Apple doesn't want audio people to use it. they really could have a killer app situation with STP and audio folks. the only real competition is Peak which i used for many years and dropped it like a disease as soon as STP came along. the AppleScript support, the amazing workflow, the whole thing just rules. but now i have to purchase a video production suite to use it. if they targeted this thing at audio people they would have had a huge user base. it's an incredibly useful, powerful and easy-to-use editor. not to mention the multitrack arranging capabilities. it's a real bad@ss.

Do Yosemite and Adobe CS5.0 play well together?

I'm a visual designer - both graphic and web. Adobe CS is how I do my work.
I had a disastrous time when I upgraded my (then) new desktop to Mavericks awhile back (it had just come out, right around the time I got my newest machine), was told by some Apple tech that "you can get a free upgrade of Keynote when you upgrade to Mavericks!!!" Was a knee jerk move on my part, caused almost every one of my apps to break since Mavericks was programmed to only work with the latest/bleeding edge versions of everything, apparently. Took me weeks and weeks to right my apps situation with the new OSX, not only my Adobe CS apps, but Powerpoint, my Epson printer drivers, zipping software, etc. etc. the list went on and on. Every time I thought I was good to go, something else broke. Ugh.
Now I've got a client working in the latest version of Keynote, and the latest OSX (Yosemite). I've been holding off on downloading Yosemite since the last debacle, although would be nice (I think - I've also noticed Apple's been denigrating Keynote lately ... tsk tsk) to have the free upgrade to the newest version of Keynote, as well.
My question is this - since I have INSTALLED (not cloud-based. Refuse to go to subscription based ... I want to OWN the copies of my apps) versions of Adobe CS 5.0-55 on my machine (only my INDD is 6.0), will Yosemite play nicely with those apps? And what about Office 2011 for Mac? (I only use PPT from this suite) Anyone have any experience with this, and can you confirm that you did NOT have a problem with these app versions when upgrading to Yosemite? I do not want to go through that mess again!

Sounds like the same thing going on with the new OSX as with Mavericks. Cannot afford to wade through hours of troubleshooting and catch up once again! (sigh)

Front b utton won t work

I am new to your community and have a problem with my 3 month old 3G iphone.
My front bottn no longer works.
I have tried to restore it 3 times and it boots it back to the beginning.
I am not allowed to get any free apps because they said I downloaded an app that was 1.99
and it wasnt on my credit card and it wasnt , but I certainly never had the app.
My daughter paid it with her credit card and I still couldnt use the a store.
She has an Apple account as well, perhaps this was the problem.
When I try to restore it, the app logo is marked with a curser of some kind so I think
they wont let me access help because of the app situation.
How do I habdle this?

Screen brightness on 808 - after timeout even brig...

I have set my screen (backlight) brightness on 808 Belle FP2 to minimal possible (and in the night it's still too much imho).
I have set the display timeout to 5s (minimum). However, after this timeout, the screen gets brighter instead of turning backlight off or at least keeping it minimal.
Is this a known bug? Can I do somethign with it?

Sometimes, a few seconds after the last touch on the screen, it becomes brighter. Touching the screen again makes it go back to the correct (=lowest) brightness level.
It shouldn't be too hard for the ex-Nokia emploxees at Accenture to fix that.

I have the same problem on my iPhone4. It is obviously a bug in the software. Once it pops out I am locked out of my phone. I can't even begin to describe the frustration this causes. All that stuff about holding down the buttons is useless. the phone won't even shut off. I can take a screen shot like that or go to voice control. Even when I got to a wifi connection, I can't get on. This app blocks everything else. This is a serious bug and can have serious consequences. The only thing my phone would do is go to voice control and let me play iTunes or phone people. Some smart phone hey?

Any clue, how i can add a mail account to apple mail app, but with separate password / pin to open it.
Years ago there was a program called mail switcher which added this functionality, but thats gone.

They would have to be logged in as separate users in order not to see your account in Mail. Whatever accounts put in Mail under your account will show up. All mail accounts usually have there own user and password. The only thing you can do is to remove the password from Keychain and take the account offline so you don't keep getting prompts for passwords each time it checks for mail.
Not a great solution.
Best way is to give the other user their own user account with their own mail and enable fast user swithcing to log between the different users if all access the computer frequently.

Have you tried a simple reset of your iPod to see if that helps? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Otherwise, have you tried any of the troubleshooting mentioned in this Apple support document?
