App Store does not Update

There are a few weeks that the App Store indicates there is new software to be updated but when I open the app, the App says: "No updates available". I even got a new notification from the notification center about the updates.
Anyone can help me?

If you have another connected drive with the App installed, Software Update may be seeing that. It could be on a clone backup for example.  I've had the new iPhoto update doing the same thing. The other connected drives are updated except for Time Machine. I'm wondering if it could be that Software Update is looking back in Time Machine, which would be ridiculous if it is.

I have the same problem in both my mac mini late 2009 and mac book air 2010? Is it a problem of 10.7.4 update? I have to solve this problem and how can i return to 10.7.3 if my last backup was not with 10.7.3???thank you for your kind collaboration...

  • App store does not 'see' Aperture (no update)

After updating to Mavericks, the App Store does not recognize Aperture as an installed/bought app.
Updates from 3.2 up to and including 3.4.5 have worked flawlessly. Now the App Store update page tells me there are no updates for Aperture while I'm stuck at version 3.4.5.
In the System Information app, under 'Installations', there's an Aperture Update entry dating 30 October 2013 but without a version number. Could this be a botched update which is blocking further updates? If so, how can I purge it?
    Thanks for any help.

On another discussion thread, I found the "solution" to the problem. Changing the system language to English magically solves the issue and now Aperture is at version 3.5.
    Bad QC, Apple!

  • How to upgrade to aperture 3.5 when the app store does not show the update. I did buy aperture 3 on DVD not thru the app store. what to do?

I can not open aperture databases anymore as osx10.9 keeps telling me i have opened it with a newer version, which i have not but i understand from other discussions that thru the upgrade of iphoto osx automatically thinks that you have opened with aperture 3.5. the app store does not show me the update as i have not purchased the program thru the app store but on dvd. what to do?

If you are running MacOS X 10.9 and Aperture is installed in your Applications folder and simply called Aperture, not Apertre 3 or something, the AppStore should be showing you the update.
Have you already updated to Aperture 3.4.5 from the Support page  Aperture 3.4.5?
Try to update manually to 3.4.5 and then reboot and sign again into the AppStore with your AppleID and look at the Update page.
For some forum members it helped to set the main system language to English U.S. to make the update finally show.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year. Then see if you can connect to the store.

  • Mac app store does not accept my apple password

The Mac App store does not accept my password for my apple ID. A red line appears that says "an unknown error has occured." The ID and Password are being typed in correctly, I am 100% sure of that. Credit card is up to date. Itunes is working fine and logged in to Apple ID. Ipad and Iphone are logged in, working fine. Have not installed Maverick, still using Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5.  I was going to update to Mavrick, but not sure I should with all the negative reviews and now this problem. Please help, thanks!

It's been reported that Apple's servers are having problems tonight. Just try again later.

App Store does not accept my bank card, what i have to do?

The last app purchase did not go well. I still owe some money to the app store, but for some reason, because of this, it refuses my credit card details, even though they are correct and the bank says my card is fine.

  • TS1702 My app store does not load the featured apps, also in charts. Everytime i open the app store, the screen remains blank. Im using ipad3, ios6.

My app store does not load the featured apps. The screen remains empty everytime I open it.

    Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

  • Mac app store will not update my apps

I try repeatedly to update aperture to 3.x.x and the app store keeps saying there has been an error and try again later ... for about 2 months!

    Thanks for your response ...
Aperture was purchased from app store. Was updated to 3.2.1 and again to 3.2.3 but will not update to 3.3
I get an ' error at app store, can not update at this time (13)'
Just wondering if it's on my end or something at the app store.
Why would the app store inform me of the update but not let me get it?
    Best regards, T.

  • My App Store does not work when trying to update applications

My Apo store does not work when I try to update applications that need to be updated

There are a number of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them.
