App store download repeatedly crashes and redownloads 2gb content
Incredibly frustrating. I've searched on this forum and most talk about disabling little snitch. That's not software I use, I don't have any kind of blocking things going on. I've tried repairing permissions as well. Any ideas. I'm not impressed with having to redownload this huge file each time, it's eating up my limited broadband allowance!
ok, a bit of time common sense and patience told me I only had 3gb of space left on the machine! Made some room and everything works fine. Check your HD space!

All App Store downloads repeatedly failing after upgrade to 10.8
Every time I attempt to download a new app or update a currently installed app on my retina macbook pro the downloads fail in one of two ways.
1) The download skips from Zero KB to Installed and then back to Zero KB in a un-ending loop.
2) One of my downloads reaches 10.25MB and then goes back to Zero KB and retries to download it 2-3 times until the App Store informs me an error has occured.
I've deleted the downloads from finder (both from the applications folder and from "private/var/folders/... /C/com.apple.appstore/-random number-/") , canceled the downloads in the app store, restarted the app store, restarted the macbook and several combinations of these troubleshooting options.
Can anyone help me resolve this problem? The nearest genius bar is quite far from where I live. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The crashes are due to font issues of some kind:

Does either application work from a different user account? You can use System Preferences -> Accounts -> \[+|-\] to add/remove extra accounts.
If they do work fine in the other account, look in /Users/YourUsualUsername/Library/Fonts/ and remove any fonts you have added recently.
Failing that try FontBook to resolve any duplicate fonts and use FontFinagler (Google for it) to remove potentially corrupt font caches. -

You just resync your iPhone with iTunes on your laptop.
If you are logged with the same Apple ID on both devices it should be available to download from your phone:
Open App Store app > Updates > Purchased -

Are any Restrictions set that would prevent installing the app on your iPod? Settings>General>Restrictions
Do any apps no sync to the iPod?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?

Hmmmm... would appear that you need to be actually logged in to enable the additional menu features.
Have you tried deletting the plists for MAS?

Every time since I download IOS6 my app store, whatsapp, safari crashes everytime I open it. What should I do?
Basic troubleshooting steps (restart, reset, restore) are clearly outlined in the iPhone User Guide that is bookmarked in your Safari app.

App Store says, "Tuner! and 4 other apps could not be downloaded at this time. Please try again later."
How may I appease the Store? The message first appeared a couple of weeks ago and seems to reappear every time I download something from the App Store, be it an update or a new app. I tried re-downloading and re-deleting "Tuner!" (this is the only one whose name I can see), but to no avail. I even tried hiding a whole load of apps from my Purchased list (including Tuner!) in the hope that the five offenders would GO AWAY and stop waiting around being nuisances ;) I haven't noticed them slowing down/stopping my other downloads, so I never paid the pop-up notice much attention, but it is starting to bug me now.

I am glas your solution worked, but I am not sure you needed to do a full wipe and reinstall. There is some goofy stuff going on with the store, but nothing you can't get by. -

I purchased Fifa13 from the App Store, downloaded it in my pc..,but when i am trying to install it in my ipad frpm the pc, i couldnt do it. The installation process stops after some time and the ipad shows some thing like "can sync..,failed to install fifa13"

Please test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
Rebuild the Spotlight index. If you try to search now from the magnifying-glass icon in the top right corner of the display, there will be an indication that indexing is in progress.

Unlock the Network preference pane, if necessary, by clicking the lock icon in the lower left corner and entering your password. Cllck Advanced, open the DNS tab, and change the server addresses to the following:

SMC Version (system): 1.68f99You need to check to make sure you are actually connected to the network. Tap Settings > WiFi >and then tap the blue ">" next to the network name with checkmark. You should see a complete set of IP address but if the router didn't issue you an IP address properly, you will see your touch IP address start with 169.x. If this is the case, you are connected to the internal network but not to the web.
First thing to do (while you are on that screen) is tap "Forget Network". Then turn WiFi off. Turn it back on and, if needed, tap Other and re-enter your network information. If you continue to have problems, check with your IT department on Monday.
In the meantime, your laptop and iTunes can be used to purchase apps and music. Syncing them with your touch is a great way to get them installed while you are waiting for the answer on your WiFi problem. -
I've canceled the billing info, got an app store pre paid card and still can't download any apps! Free nor purchasing! Help!!
If you're in the USA, it would be hard to zero balance a gift card just with purchases as there are sales taxes in most areas that you don't know the amount of until the purchase is complete. My guess is that the issue is with the last purchase, there wasn't enough credit left on the card to cover the sales tax.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
