App Store Featured "Your request could not be completed"
My iPad cannot load the 'Featured' tab in the App Store (for the last week Dec 9, 2011). I have an iPad and an iPod Touch (both latest generation with latest iOS). The iPod works perfectly. I have read many posts about "Your request could not be completed" but most of them are old and have problems/solutions that I have ruled out.
I have tried restarting my WiFi, restarting the iPad (even cold boot).
SOLUTION (just fixed it while I was writing this)
I signed out of my US account and signed in to my Australian account. Then it worked. It also worked when I signed back in to my US account.
If you have this problem, all I can suggest is sign out and sign in.
Same here (US). iPad 2 App Store "Featured"... Same error. Happened immediately after I switched between two different accounts (UK account back to a US account) so was initially concerned Apple had done something to prevent country switching but all other pages are fine. Hopefully then, as I'm not alone, this is a server side problem.

Store message - Your Request Could not be Completed
"The item you've requested is not currently available in the US Store."
I get this message the each time I click "iTunes Store" after starting up iTunes. Then the Home button takes me to the iTunes home page fine. After this, it works normally - until I close and launch iTunes again...
I've tried switching a different country but get the exact same message, except it refers to the current country.
Running 10.6.3 and all the latest updates as of May 27, 2010.I have this issue too. I sent an email and got a link to visit the community and find my answer here. I'm NOT happy with the email I got. I've been able to see my appleid and then click on Music or Movies but I cannot go to the home screen of the Store. This is obviously something they will have to do an update for. We aren't the only ones with this same issue. I've seen more than one question/subject about this same thing.

App store not finding an app, "Your request could not be completed."
There are a number of websites that direct you to the app store, but once there a message appears "Your request could not be completed." most recently, this happened with Pandora. I tried searching the app store and still couldn't find the app. Any suggestions?
I'm running Pandora from my iPad right now so I know the app is available from the App Store..
Tap the App Store icon (not iTunes)
Select Categories at the bottom of the screen then type pandora radio in the search field top right corner of the window. -
i download whats app and delete it an now i can't find it on app store..when i download from safari it write "your request could not be completed" tell what to to to find and download
Go into your account in the App Store, sign out, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.], go back to the Apps Store, sign in and try again.

I can't even find the hbo go or Netflix app on ITunes or the App store. When I go directly to the hbo go website or Netflix website and try to download the apps directly I keep getting the message, "your request Could not be completed." after the message pops up I am then bumped to the App store. Does anyone have a solution?

When I open the store in general (from my PC - Windows Vista), I get a message saying "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the Canadian Store."
On my iPad, Apps opens, but I can't browse new apps listings, but not their details.

Hi there, i purchased an app called Top Movies. But when using it on my iPhone to buy movies, it gives me the error 'Your request could not be completed'. Please help.
Ok.. I see the app now in iTunes.
Best thing to do is email the developer of that app.
You can do that here > http://www.lymobilesoft.com/contact.html
Make sure and tell them exactly what the error says:
it gives me the error 'Your request could not be completed'.
Instead of using a third party app, you can download movies directly from the iTunes store. -
A error message pops up when I try to click top singles "see all" saying "Your request could not be completed the item you've requested is not currently available in the US store" when a few minutes ago it allowed me to do so.

i want in the appstore with error
::your request could not be completed the item you are request in not currently available in the u.s store::
tanks fo supportYou aren't talking to Support here: this is a user-to-user forum. The message you see usually means that the item has been removed from the Store. If you want to follow this up go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column and then 'iTunes Store' in the second column.
