App store fraud...where to report ?

There are apparently vendors like Blue Lotus Apps or Appster who sell apps which look (icon) and sound (name and description) like games but in reality, they are actually classified as Entertainment because they are nothing more than some images or image puzzles.
The price is usually always the same, 4.99 USD.
I observed these fraudulent apps for some time now but apparently nobody has taken action to inform Apple about it.
App titles are Army Tanks: Blaze of Glory or Advanced Racer HD and many others.
Please, if Apple reads this...DO something about it. I've already seen dozens of similar apps in the app store and judging by the comments of buyers, they feel the same. There is a third app vendor who does the same thing but I can't remember the name.
I actually suspect that all three companies are the same since they are using practically the same descriptions.
They also use false claims about awards in their description and many other amazing lies.

These all apps are fraud. They describe something and they give you only ****...!!!

Make sure your Mac can run Mavericks > OS X Mavericks: System Requirements
v10.9 Mavericks no longer available from the App Store but may be able to acquire a redemption code from Apple via email.
Open the App Store. Select either Features, Top Charts, or Categories in the menu top of the window.
Then click Support under Quick Links right of the App Store window then click Contact Support.
Once you have the redemption code, click Redeem under Quick Links.

I think that apple app store for iOS must have a report button for reporting the fake/bad app. there are so many fake purchase apps on store now and people waste their money for those fake apps.there is no email or reporting function to let Apple kill those apps.

HT203433 I downloaded Garageband from the App store. Where is it?

It shows up in my list of downloaded apps but that's it. I don't see any icon or other link to open it. I've syncd my iPad but nothing shows up.

The only thing that you download through the Mac App Store is the Lion Installer (and this is marked as installed).
Go into your Applications folder and double-click the app "Mac OS X Lion Installer" (or the like) or clikc the corresponding icon in the dock.
After a while, your Mac will reboot and then you are running Lion.
Before doing the Lion installation, you should make sure that you have the latest versions of all your apps.
I did the upgrade to Lion last Friday and everything went totally smooth.

Backup/Restore App -- stores backups where? "Delete record" does what?

I had used the Backup/Restore app under 4.1.x to backup the table to itself. Upon installing the 4.2.2 update, there was some message about did I want to delete unusable 4.1 Backups? IIRC, I said no. Went into the App to make sure I knew what I was about to "delete" and did a "Delete Backup Record".
Concern is that free storage changed much less than I expected. Not sure how big the backup would have been but it sure took a lot longer to write than only the hunderd or so MB freed up would suggest.
Any idea where the locally stored backups are stored ? Went looking with Astro and found nothing obvious...
Anybody can confirm "Delete Backup Record" actually deletes the backed-up data not just the metadata of it having been done?

Backups are stored in the folder ".semc-fullbackup" on the internal storage or SD-card. This is a hidden folder so you need to select Show hidden files in Astro.
Deleting a backup from Backup & restore show remove all files in that backup.

You cannot use other Countries iTunes Stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..

As for VirusScan, Barney is right on the money that it does not come preinstalled on any Mac shipped new from Apple. However you have gotten it, your best bet is removing it. Localization problem: Traditional Chinese is not working for Taiwan App Store

I have published an app that has three languages:
(1) English (as Primary)
(2) Simplified Chinese
(3) Traditional Chinese
I expect I can see Simplified Chinese in China App Store and Traditional Chinese in Taiwan App Store.
I found out it works well for Simplified Chinese case.
However, for Traditional Chinese, it's always English in Taiwan App Store. I have tried so many devices (with language setting to Traditional Chinese). I even went to a local Internet Cafe (so all computers are with Traditional Chinese setting), it's still English for Taiwan App Store.
From iTunes Connect, when I go to "Version Summary" where I can change the "Territory" there. I always see English for Taiwan Territory while it's always Simplified Chinese when China is selected.
From all the experiments I've done, I really think there is something wrong in App Store or iTunes to link Traditional Chinese with Taiwan App Store.
How to report this kind of bug to Apple & have them examine this issue?

Unfortunately you have already done everything we can possibly instruct you to do.. at this point the only option is getting them to exchange it its under warranty its not working you have to get a exchange

If you are completely confident that you didn't hide it, then you purchased those with different apple id. If you completely confident that you purchases with same apple id then you have hidden it. One of the other or you are speaking about a miracle. While miracles are possible they are not very likely. Remember

Don't be afraid to bump this topic. There's also an App Store forum where you might repost this question, but give some of these details in your post. I'd rephrase the topic to something like "Can't use App Store to upgrade." (Instead of can't "open".) Then give the details.

App Store asks me to re-download Motion 5 "Supplemental Content 1.1" for a second time - no way to delete request!

Just two days ago I downloaded Supplemental Content 1.1 for Motion 5 and everything went well. It shows up on my list of purchases, updates, and downloads but now there is a message that I have new "Updates not installed" message and the Supplemental Content is listed.
As it stands, when I open up the App Store list of downloads screen, Supplemental Content is shown at the top as ready to download - but, it is also listed below as having been downloaded. What gives?
And, to add confusion and make matters worse, there is no way to cancel downloading it.
There is no reason given why it should be downloaded again, something like "previous download unsuccessful" or whatever.
There is no way to talk to an App Store or "Motion" person about what should be done with this problem.
Why do things like this happen? Why is there no way to find out how to fix the problem except by "going public"?

Found out how to get rid of the "Install Update" problem.
Finally decided to contact Apple via copper wire (had support for the computer) and the support person walked me through a few things. This is the best I can remember:
1. Went to the App Store page where it shows the list of Updates, Downloads, etc. and it was still showing the need to update.
2. Exited the page.
3. Restart-ed the computer
4. Went to the App Store again, logged in, and went to the list of Updates, Downloads, etc. again. This time, with the cursor on the "Supplemental 1.1" 'window' area it said that it was not installed (or words to that effect) correctly. Told it to install and the installation process too about one or two SECONDS to complete and the Update notice disappeared. YEA!
That was all there was to it.
It would have been much nicer, though, if the little "problem" message had been shown earlier. All this could have been avoided.
