App store icon says I have 2 updates but no updates available
The icon on the dock shows 2 updates available but when I click on the app store, in updates, the app states no updates available.
How do I take away that 2 on the dock app store icon ?

My Ipad2 has messages in App Store that says I have 22 updates. When I chose to update any of those 22 I receive this message "Cannot Connect to Itunes Store". I am able to make new purchase or free downloads but no updates.

I am using iPhone 4, and I had about 50 apps needed to be updated, which is stated in the App Store icon. I have not had time to update them until today. However, when I was ready to update all the apps, I found out that there was not any apps in the App Store icon needed to be update. Does anyone knows why? Please help. Thank you very much!
This morning I had the same issue - even though I have pending updates, the app store badge is gone and it says all apps are up to date. I, like many others I'm sure, selectively update apps based on reviews. I'm sure there is either an app store refresh/update on Apple's end or a run on the app store causing errors or issues.

I have lost my camera icon and my app store icon. I have tried to reset the iPod and even tried to restore factory settings....no luck. Restrictions seems to have been set, but I do not have a pass code. Any suggestions???
I have gone through the router reset for home network, Router reset at work. Restarted my personal hotspot on my iPhone that is running the same IOS.
I have performed the Network settings reset on the iPad.
I have performed a hard reboot on the iPad, (Home button and power button until logo appears)
Also I had to update the Apple driver on my laptop for iTunes to see my iPad after I had updated iTunes, I'm not sure if I lost wifi after I updated the iPad IOS or updating iTunes. -
My Macbook OS X 10.5.8 app store icon won't appear in doc after update
After following the instructions to update my software, the app store icon will not appear in the doc.
like already posted here you have LEOPARD. But MacAppStore is a feature of SNOW LEOPARD which is a newer OS and must be paid for. The initial version of Snow , 10.6 does not contain it, but once it is updated to 10.6.6 or higher it is included. ( The point release updates are free ).

I downloaded Netflix from the App Store and it won't show up on my iPad and when I go into the store it says downloaded and open but it won't open. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but I can't figure out how to uninstall it either. Please help

I tryed resetting my phone but it did'nt work tryed kogging out and log inn aganon but my app store still shoes a different account and cøas a password I dont have.. What shall I do?
If you are being prompted for the password for a different Apple ID when you update apps, it's because you have one or more apps on your phone that was purchased with that ID. Apps and their updates are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them. The only way to stop this prompt is to delete the app(s) that were purchased with this ID from your phone.

my ipad says "connexion a l'Itunes Store impossible" when I click the App Store button. So, I cannot have access to the Apps. I have internet connection and I can use my emails and the safari. Please advise.
Try this:
1. Settings>General>Date & Time>Turn off set automatically
2. Set date one year ahead
3. Go back to iTunes and try again.
4. You will get the same error.
5. Go back to settings general date and time and turn back on 'set automatically'
Try connecting to iTune Store again. -
App store it says I have downloaded Mavericks, but still have old software? helppppp
I tried downloading the new mavericks, but nothing haooened except the app store saying that it is downloaded. So now where I click to install it says downloaded when I clearly have the old software still. I cheked everything and I am compatible to download the new Mavericks Software. Any ideas?
Previously you said nothing happens & now you say it stops so it isn't very clear exactly what is going on. Do you get a progress bar next to the install button after you click on it? If so, by "stop" do you mean the progress bar appears to stall or something else?
Also if you open the Applications folder in a Finder window & arrange the screen so you can see both that & the App Store window, when you click on the Install button, do you see the Install OS X Mavericks app appear in the Finder window, even briefly? (It may help to set the Finder view to list view & sort by date.) -
Hi, I have an iPad Air. Had downloaded pages app that got deleted by mistake. Now am unable to down load it again. App Store says "you have already purchased this app so it will be downloaded now at no additional charges" but it does not download!!! Pls suggest and help!

My app store is telling me i have yo change date and time setting to download apps and idk what is wrong cause date and time are correct

okay . so i'm having trouble with my phone like on the home page after you unlock your phone . on the message icon it says i have 3 messages but when i open the icon i don't. & when i get a text message and my phone is locked it wont light up to tell me i have a message.
check your notifications as far as texts not showing up in the lock screen, it could be turned off.
try resetting your phone to get rid of the "3 message" notification -
I was told that Pages was a free app by the Apple sales person. However, when I went to download it, it said that I needed Mavericks. So I downloaded it and couldnt find the pages app. So I went to the store to search it and then saw the Pages app for $19.99. So is it free or not?

Mail: Icon says i have messages - but cannot see them in the Inbox
Help,
My mail icon in the dock saysi have two emails. When i open mail and click on my inbox there is no mail for me to view.
I know something is wrong, I just cannot seem to figure this out.
I get the red dot on the mail icon that tells me i have however many messages, but there are none in my inbox.
Any ideas?

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
