App Store iPad 3 doesn't work. Blank screen
I get a blank screen when in app store. Cant search
Try doing a hard reset on the iPad;
1. Hold Home and Sleep/Wake buttons at the same time;
2. Wait for the Apple logo to appear (ignore the slide to Power Off option)
3. Let go of the buttons when you see Apple on the screen
4. Allow iPad to reboot;
If that doesn't work; try a backup and restore in iTunes;

Camera app on iPad only gives me a blank screen. It worked fine earlier today. .
The camera app on my iPad gives me a blank screen so I can't take pics or videos. It worked earlier today.
Close the Camera app in the Task Bar and re-launch.
Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar. Hold Camera app down for a second or two; tap the minus sign to close app.
If it still doesn't work, try a reset.
Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider. -
App store ID/password doesn't work
After updating my iPhone & iPad to OS7 my iPad can no longer sign in into the app store but my iPhone can. I have tried several times & it's a no go on the iPad.
It is very likely an issue with the app store itself. People have been reporting random access issues since the whole iOS experience started.
I'd give it some time and if you can't still get in 24 hours from now then there may be something going on. -
Just got an iphone 4, now my app store (itunes account) doesn't work...
Like the title states, I just got an iPhone 4 today.
For some reason, my apps don't transfer to my computer when I sync, so I have to re-download everything. No big deal.
One problem, I have to verify my itunes account. It keeps saying my request to verify didn't work any whatnot. I can't use itunes or the app store, period! Any suggestions?
(It wants me to verify my credit card info, which is all correct.)I understand that after the guy that wanted to promote his books hacked into some itunes accounts they started asking people to verify repeatedly for security reasons. They are trying to step up their security. It does it when I access from my phone but not when I sync up through my computer anymore.

Aperture update demands app store, but appstore doesn't work either
Hi, I have Aperture 3 installed. "About Aperture" reveals Version 3.1.1 1311300.1. I downloaded the 3.2.2 Update from the Apple website and it refused to run saying that I needed to use App Store to update. When I go to App Store, it says that everything's up to date. I bought Aperture 3 from the Apple Store, before App Store existed.. why is it asking me to go to App Store? Am I missing something important here?
To be able to download the Update from the AppStore you need to delete the 3.2.2 Update of Aperture you downloaded from the Apple Store. Then you should be able to use the "Updates" Button in the AppStore Application Toolbar to update Aperture.

In order to analyze your issue better, we need more detailed information.
Did you mean when you launch the Windows store app, the app can't start? Was there any prompt message or error code? Did this issue occur on all Windows Store app or specific one?

That's not good! We definitely want your device to work properly at all times. What email application are you attempting to open? When did the issue start? Do you receive an error message when the application force closes?

Tried out some apps, then deleted them. They still show in App Store/iPad Apps/Purchased section. How to delete from there?
You can't currently permanently delete any items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they don't appear on the Purchased tab : hiding and unhiding. As your iPad is on iOS 6 then you will need to do the hiding via your computer's iTunes, it doesn't currently work directly on iOS 6 devices

Just downloaded the new ios 7, and I can't seem to get any apps to download in the app store. It doesn't have the meter bar anymore and all it does is have a blue circle spin and spin for over 5 min. without nothing happening! Help!!!
Hi,
This is how App Store app shows now when an app is downloading. If you cannot download anything, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, remove your Apple ID, and set it again. That should work.

Why are the apps on my IPad scattered across the whole thing and when I open them they turn to little rectangles in the corner of the screen and I can't even use them or tap on anything. Also when I turn my iPad it doesn't flip the screen over.
Hi The next thing to do is to Restore back to Factory Settings this will get rid of any bugs . After Restore use same Apple ID /Password then you should get all your Apps & data back If you still have this problem make an Appointment at Apple Store . Cheers Brian

- Try App Store.
