App Store/ itunes will not work on my iphone
When ever I try to download an app, search for an item or basically do anything else nothing will happen. I tried to go into the appstore and itunes settings on my phone bu it just freezes and now I don't know what to do. Also If I try to listen to music the music won't start and it freezes. I just got this new ipone 5c about a month ago and this has been happening for 2 weeks. Please help.
Try restarting your Mac.
If that does not help, even though the password woks on the iPhone and App Store, reset the password.

Ive got the same problem, just got my iphone unlocked, and they told me to sync it to itunes to get it permently unlocked, well everytime i plug my iphone in it says; it wont work as it needs up dating to 10.6.3, which i have already updated, but still doesnt work, so how can i get my phone unlocked?

Apps in itunes will not re-install on iphone
Installed iOS6 today, there was some sort of probelm and I had to wipe iphone and do a restore... now the vast majority of my apps will not resintall on my iphone, I get a message saying there was an error installing apps and it lists them all.
Is it because they are not compatible withi iOS6?
Any other thoughts?I'm having similar issues. My iPhone shows "Dock Connector" as one of my speaker choices when playing music. I cannot send sound to the earpiece. Intermittently alert sounds works.
Ringer works but alerts don't. I only get vibrate on alerts.
The hardware volume buttons don't work. The Ringer icon shows up on screen, but the volume can't be changed. -

I tried to buy an app init the app store with my registered debit card. Due to insufficient funds payment was rejected. However whenever i try to download a free app now iTunes will not allow until this payments completed!!!! this is so frustrating. Help

App Store updates will not load. It shows that I have 4 updates but all I get is a blank white screen. I have also tried closing the app and restarting my ipad and it still will not work.
Many people are having this problem for the last couple of days. According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. -
Some of the songs I bought from iTunes will not sync to my iPhone. They show up on my phone, but the letters look faed and I can't play them. How do I fix this? I tried restoring my iPhone and it didn't work.

I have tried several times to load version 11.4 and keep getting an error code2324, now I cannot sync any of my apple products. I set my machine to a previous recover date, now iTunes will not work at all. I get a message stating I do not have the administrator rights to download. Any thoughts on this issue?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I get the itunes has encounterd a problem and needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience error, no specific error number. I do not have QT installed,
not having QT installed is what will be causing your itunes error message at the moment. let's try a careful standalone QT 7.1 install.
download and save a copy of the QT 7.1 standalone installer to your hard drive. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.

if that install goes through okay, does your itunes launch properly again?
(if you get an error message on the QT standalone reinstall, let us know what it says. include error message numbers if you're getting any.)

My itunes will not work at all. i have deleted and reinstalled in over ten times, i have ended the process, i have reinstalled quicktime i few times, i have deleted many folders such as TEMP, itunes helper et What else can i do? Please help:(

I have a Mac Pro tower am running OSX and iTunes will not work. It has always worked flawlessly. I can see all my iTunes content- my playlists, my songs et cetera, But I cannot play anything. The progress bar is 'stuck'...any suggestions?
Thanks. I have been using iTunes since its inception and have never had a problem...I'm using the latest version. The progress bar is the bar that moves when you're playing a song..it just won't start when I double click on a song,..have tried quitting, rebooting etc but nothing works. Apple are useless-they have told me twice they've tried to call me 'momentarily', but I've been waiting by the phone, and they definitely have not tried to call...
