App Store not localized correctly. Tab titles in english using an italian Apple ID
Hi,
a few days ago I changed my Store settings (Settings->Store) in iPhone 4S to use an US english Apple ID for a while. When I switch back to my Italian Apple ID store leaderboards settings turns back correctly but App Store app localization on my iPhone is still in english. I try to switch back again, syncronize, log out and so on but the app is still localized in english. What can I do in order to get my App Store app localization in italian? Thank you!

App Store not displaying correctly
Hi, my app store is not loading properly. What should I do? I also face the same problems when viewing certain websites which includes apple.com and dailymotion.com. HELP.
I'm seeing something similar. Some of my previously installed software is showing up as "Installed" and some other isn't.
Transmit 4 has been correctly recognised as installed.
GraphicConverter 7.0.2 hadn't. I then noticed that there had been an update to GraphicConverter which could be applied from within the app. However, although I now have 7.0.3 (the same version as in the App Store), it still doesn't show up as installed.
Other apps (OmniGraffle Pro 5.2.3 installed, 5.2.4 in App Store) won't update "in app", and do not show up as installed in the App Store. The same with Billings (3.6.1 installed, 3.7 in App Store). Neither currently provides updates to the App Store version on their websites.
Combine PDFs and Audiobook Builder both showed up correctly after I had upgraded to the most recent version (download from website/"in app" upgrade). HelTweetica didn't.

App store not functioning correctly.
I am trying to connect to the app store on my ipad 2 version 6.0(10A403). When I click on the featured tab all i get is a white screen. It never will load. This goes for the search feature,(although it does display results in the drop down box but will never load on the main screen. The charts tab also will not display anything. I can see apps on the genius tab, purchased tab, and updates tab and i can update my apps. But I can not search for any new ones unless it is in the genius tab. Please help. Thanks.
BrettIt seems to be a glitch with the App Store because I havent been able to search for quite a while.

I can not reach the first tab at the bottom of the App Store since it was downyesterday how much I pressed it will show the app Percepto instead, what should Ido?
Download it and see if it's any good?

App Store not loading correctly
I actually have an iPod Touch, and I've posted this in that forum, but haven't really gotten any good responses, and plus the issue has to do with OS 3.1, so here's as good a place as any...
Anyway, when I tap the App Store icon, the "title bar" at the top of the screen becomes white and colored, like it usually does. However, beneath that I still see my home screen. I can still tap on the icons and all that, but none of the other programs load. When I press the Home button, I see the Zoom-out animation that an application usually displays when it closes.
The issue started a bit after I got the 3.1 upgrade. I had used the app Genius feature in the App store to install a couple apps, but after three or so installations the store suddenly refused to load. I didn't turn it off or anything in between.I like to keep my iPod on all the time, so I don't have to wait if I just want to check the weather forecast or something. I guess the little errors that any computer makes added up. Anyway, I'm glad it was just a simple restart.

Iphone App Store not accepting correct password
I have an Ipad 2 & an Iphone 5, just recently i was trying to update apps on my iphone and i get the message 'password incorrect retry' i know the password is correct as i logged in to itunes on my ipad ok, i am using IOS 7.1.2. My imessage and facetime are working fine too.
Is there any way to fix this? I have tried to change the password and also a soft reset but that didnt help with the problem.Even though it's working ok on the iPad, reset your Apple ID password > Apple - My Apple ID
Then try updating apps. -

You do not need to use cleaning programs. They can destroy your computer operation as they may already have done.

Do a backup.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

I recently changed my email on my apple account but the old email address is displayed when I go into iTunes or App Store not allowing me to sign into my account. At some points it's a vicious circle because it asks for a password at key times when trying to correct the problem. Note that the new email address shows when I log into my Apple account and shows it was verified. For some reason the system isn't updating to the new email in ALL places.

My parents just bought an ipad. Their apple ID is correct in all the places except in the iTunes and App Stores settings. It won't let you click on the Apple ID to change it. What should they do?
Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

IPhone 4S - problems loading the app store to the correct app
Sorry for the cross-post, but I think I accidentally posted this in the wrong place.
This problem is only occurring on the iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 is fine. We were hoping iOS 5.1 would fix the problem but it hasn't. The problem is very easy to replicate but I have been googling and can't find any discussion of it. To replicate:
1. Launch app store and navigate to any random page. (Say Categories : Business : TurboScan)
2. Close app store (not fully close, just press Home/close button), navigate to Safari, and click either of these links to our app:

The app store opens to the previous page that I had open (in this case TurboScan info page), not the Directv app which we are trying to direct the user to install.
If we close the app store and then click the link, it launches to the DTV app as expected. Also after some undetermined period of time (roughly 10 minutes) the problem seems to go away and the app store launches correctly to our app.
Any help on this issue would be massively appreciated.

Any restrictions set up in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them and try again.

I was at my friends house, everything was working fine. I went to my girlfriends house, everything was still working fine. Then once I got home, I got back out my 2010 MacBook Pro 15" to use and some pages on the internet looked a little odd. They were all in HTML format and wouldn't go back (Pages such as Skype and Apple's main page). I thought they were just down or being fixed up, but then I went to update my Mac under the App Store. I clicked the App store and a message popped up saying "App Store cannot verify a secure connection with the App Store." The options were "Cancel" or "Continue". I clicked "Continue" so I could update my Mac, but weird enough, the App Store started flickering (strobing; blinking) as seen in this video by someone with the same problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=De8aQZccRvA
I do not know what to do or why this is happening, so help would be VERY nice.Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

App Store not working
FYI. Super annoying that I had to do this, but I factory reset my phone and set it up as a new phone and that solved the problem. That is a little less of a pain for me since I have all my contacts sync'd with gmail so they all just pop back up when I add that account on my phone.

I can not update several of my apps that i have purchased a while back in my Apps Store on my MacPro. Because it keeps using my old @me account for iTunes and i don't remember the password or security question, Please help?

App Store Not Loading READ HERE!! DO NOT RESTORE YOUR DEVICE!!
Ok Applecare Senior Advisor Tad just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss. He said it should only be a 24 hour or so problem then everything should be up and running again. i have two new ipads and 2 iphone 4's and everythng works fine but my ipad (figures). They are actually going to be calling me tomorrow to follow up on the issue. I will let everyone know if I hear more!
<Edited By Host>And just so everyone knows this started for me late last night. I shut my device off this morning hoping it would be working this morning, but not luck obviously. So I kept researching all the forums, googling, and searching on twitter for solutions or possible solutions. I tried everything, hard reset, changing date, signing in/out, you name it I did it EXCEPT for a restoration. Now the first woman I spoke to from applecare this morning walked me through all these steps (even though I had already tried them). She told me to do a restore and start as a new device. Well before I had even spoken with her I read several places that people had already tried doing the restores and it didn't work so I wasn't going to listen to her and I didn't do it. So I called back applecare and finally got transfered to Tad and (sorry in advance Tad!!) I basically lied to him and told him that I DID DO a restore even though I had in fact didn't. So that's when he put me on hold and basically spilled his guts that it was the apple servers. So i asked if I had to restore my device again or anything and he said no and that it would take about 24 hours or so for the problem to be fixed and then he procedded to take down my number and said he would call me tomorrow to find out how I my device was doing. So keep posting to the forums folks!! They are listening, he said he had started to see a number of complaints coming in on this topic. And by the way this is my first time posting in the Apple forums, I hope I at least helped some of you out!!!
