Why my payment method in app store is decline?? I can't use app store from august, dont understand why?? Because I have credit on my visa card. Please help !!! :-)

    On your iPad you can tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or you can do it via your computer's iTunes by logging into your account by going into the Store > View Account menu option, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

    Did you have a US account in the past? Have you taken the steps to change the account to the UK?
    To do so you need to change, in this order, the region or country, then the payment method and finally your billing address. They must all be in the UK.

    Hello forum, As the title suggests I have a problem with buying stuff on App World. Sp far, I was using a paypal account and had no problems with appworld payments. Recently, when trying to buy an app the purchase button was not responding, so was the -swiping down from the top- payment options button. I logged on to App World using my BB id and tried to change payment options through there.   Under current payment options it says: Current payment method is no longer valid. You must choose another before making purchases. Also, I cant change the payment options because it says There are no other payment options available for this device Paypal and bank account are both OK, I checked. Any ideas? Thank you

    Forget it! I had and have the same problem with Z30 and now my wife has the same problem with her Q10! I couldn't pay for anything from apps or in-apps like BBM stickers and I tried everything from posting to this **bleep** forum https://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-World/In-app-purchases-problem/m-p/2971376#M3134 and didn't get a single reply to contacting BlackBerry Help on twitter which was even more useless as they direct you to contact BlackBerry 800 number in US and did that and spoke to 1 rep who was as useless and couldn't help and transferred the call to supposedly some tech guy who came up with $hit and his best answer was to delete my BBID and start new and I said "but I made 100s of dollars of purchases and I will lose everything" and he cared less and mind that call was international for me and I was on hold for 45 minutes and to call that number you have to agree to pay $49 per call! At the end I contacted their twitter useless help @blackberryhelp and was told to contact my carrier and I did and the carrier rep told me that they don't have support for BlackBerry and to qoute "who uses BlackBerry these days?" and told that to their twitter help and they said they can't help me! This is BlackBerry **bleep** service and I have been a BlackBerry user since 2007, never had another phone before this! Now, my wife is running through the same problem and all of our cards and paypals are working fine and in fact we buy often from Apple App Store, Samsung and Google Play store and Amazon App store without a single issue never once and moreover that I dumped my Z30 for Amazon Fire phone which has an amazing feature of "Mayday" right in the phone and the reps and technical guys can help you right away from your phone and can see your screen share live and talk live to you on video as you can see them from the phone! Now, this customer care and not BlackBerry BS and sad name for service! Worst company ever! I say just forget it and move on they will never help or care!

  • Iphoto, the App Store, iMessage problems on OSX 10.8.5

    I have a couple of problems.
    Firstly, my imessage does not work. When I send messages it does not deliver them, and puts this little red exclamation point next to the message. When Imessge is not active i recieve old texts from weeks ago in the top right hand cornor of my computer. When i click on it and want to send an imessage it does not let me.
    Second, iphoto. Is there any way to speed up iphoto? It runs espically so compared to other programs. I realize that I do have around 10,000 picutures, but shouldnt it be able to handle it?
    Lastly, the App Store. This gives me the most difficulties. I have updates and it will not let me download them. I have to accept purchases but just like the downloads, when i click on the accept button it will not actually do it. It just clicks it. One of the biggest problems is that it will not let me even sign in the my account. I have tried different tactics but everytime i click on a sign in option, it does the same thing as when i click download or accept. How do i fix this? Do I uninstall the app store? but then i dont know how to get it back.
    Note: Imove, iphoto, and bascally everything else came with the mac when i bought it. I did not buy these separate from the app store and such.
    This is getting very frustrating. Thank you for your help if there is any!

    This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    Step 1
    The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
    Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
    While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
    Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
    After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
    *Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
    Step 2
    The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
    After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2.

    Check your Applications folder to make sure the game was downloaded and installed successfully. You can launch it from there.

Are you talking about future in-app purchases or people who have already purchased your app before you added the in-app purchase feature?

    Yes. When your app completes the in-app purchase, it should forward the receipt to your server, which will verify it with iTunes, and complete the transaction. All the details are here.

    I had the same problem. Go to Store---View My Account and then click edit on your billing information. You may need to retype in your credit card security code. It was blank on mine and after I typed it in I was able to download the app.

  • 10.8.4 Update - App Store - Waiting Problem?

    I checked for updates last night and the App Store opened and said 10.8.4 was available.  I clicked 'update' and it showed as 'waiting'.  This morning, fifteen hours later, the App Store still shows 'waiting'.  I am unable to log out or shut down.  I get a couple differnent info boxes when trying, one says "OS updates must complete before App Store can quit, and the other says "Can not quit when updates are in progress".  When looking at my switch, it doesn't appear data is being transfered.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I'm unable to log off so my wife can log in.  I'm not at my machine but have kept my software up to date so I'm positive I'm running 10.8.3.

Instead of relying on the App Store for system updates, you can go here and get them directly, cancel them in the middle if the connection is too slow, and  install them when it's convenient for you rather than the App Store. Moreover, you can choose to download and use the combo updater rather than the incremental version. The combo is larger but installs all the updates released since the original version of Mountain Lion, which can fix a lot of incipient problems.

    I have two apple accounts that have a suite of downloaded applications between them that I use on a regular basis. On one apple account I can update my apps fine. When I log on to the other to update the other apps the updates never commence and I get an error message:
    "We could not complete your request.
    There was an error in the app store. Please try again later (13)."
    I have already researche solutions to this problem unsuccessfully.

    Since last week my App store just won't launch, dnt shw a error message, no nothing... There's js nthng but this Grey screen with the App store logo, the Loading gets on for some time but after that it stops at some point and then the Application is like it hung up coz wenevr a window is over it nd i return to App store window the Red Yellow Green buttons also dnt show up...

    The combo addresses Mac App Store bugs that may help. Make sure and restart your Mac after the combo is installed then launch the Mac App Store.

  • App store uppdating problem

    My old e-mail is automatically choosed when i try to use the uppdating tool in app store, and i don't have the password for that e-mail anymore. I have checked My Appel ID so that my old e-mail isn't registred to my Appel ID. I am only having this problem when i use the app store updating tool.
    Does anyone know any solutions to my problem?

    Make sure you are using the correct App Store
    1. Tap "Settings"
    2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
    3.Tap "View Apple ID"
    4. Enter your user name and password.
    5. Tap "Country/Region."
    6. Tap "Change Country/Region"
    7. Select the region where you are located.
    8. Tap "Done".

  • Personal hotspot and app store loading problem

    I have an iPhone5s and I updated it to IOS 8.0.2, after updating:
    1- The Personal hotspot icon is gone from setting and I can't use it at all,
    2- App store doesn't load the data, when I touch the app store icon I just see the white page and no data are loaded.

    So it sounds as if your Personal Hotspot is not available in Settings after updating your iPhone's software. I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - 
    iOS: Troubleshooting Personal Hotspot
    Under Basic Troubleshooting, start with step 7
    Reset your network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
    If you still see the issue, restore the iPhone.
    For your issue with not being able to see anything in the App Store, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - 
    Can't connect to the iTunes Store
    Specifically the section Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
