App Store - Plus Sign on buy button?

What does it mean when there is a plus sign on the price and/or buy button in the App Store on iPhone?

As long as both devices are connected to the same iTunes Store account, they both have access to all the apps that you've purchased.

I've already been in support and tried to reset them, but I have to answer the security questions in order to change them. Is there any way to find out what they are?

I do not think there is an app for that..... Yet. Part of the difficulty is the 'sandbox' nature of apps. One app cannot open another app. ( with a few controlled exceptions)

At the App Store, when I click "Buy App", I get a dialogue that says "Distribution file cannot be verified or is not signed." I'm unable to purchase and download the upgrade.

When I try buying the OS upgrade at the App Store, and click "Buy App", I get the message "Unable to complete your purchase. Distribution file may be damaged and cannot be verified or is not signed."

App Store - App available in Portugal's App Store only - Can't buy it

I have recently purchased the Wall Climbing car iW500 iSpace from Weccan on a Chinese website. The package arrived today and I can't get the app on the App Store.
I live in Brazil and up until today I have been using the U.S. iTunes Store. Brazil's iTunes Store has just been created.
After I Googled the app online, I found a link to the iTunes App Store in Portugal, but iTunes says I can't use my Apple ID to get it because I'm only supposed to buy stuff in Brazil's store.
Can someone help me out?
It's supposed to be a X-mas present for my 6-year-old son.

You credit or debit card credentials must be associated with same country where you purchase iTunes media.

Issues with App Store and signing in

I have the iPhone 4 and just recently it started doing "funny" things.
I have several updates available through my app store but when I go in to update them it gives me the error "Cannon connect to iTunes store". I also cannot download any apps through my phone. When I try to, it asks for my password but I can't put it in before the pop up disappears. Then my phone won't let me do anything.
I have restarted and even restored my phone, but I'm still having issues. I read on another post to log out of Itunes and log back in. Well, I logged out but I cannot log back in. When I click sign in, via settings or through app store, the pop up comes up asking for my apple id and password. Again, I can only get 2-3 characters in before the pop up disappears.
Can ANYONE help me? I've been searching through forums for about 3 hours now and I haven't found anything helpful!

I can view Featured and Charts on my iPhone running iOS 6.
Since this is happening on both your iPad and iPhone, first try resetting.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart the devices.
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
Then try the iTunes and App Stores.

App store saying i didnt buy logic x but i did

purchased the app from the app store april 2012 and its started constantly quitting over simple things like midi manipluation, dragging and deleting. its got to the point i cant open a certain project at all, one that i really need to get into. unable to update or reinstall the program in the store because of error 1004 i think. really dont want to pay $200 to download again. running 10.8.5. everything was working fine until recently, no new plug-ins added or anything, also cleared up lots of space on the hd. not sure what to do.

You cannot have purchased Logic Pro X in April 2012 or April 2013 for that matter... because it wasn't available then....
Logic Pro X wasn't released until July 16th 2013
Anyhow... to download a purchased copy of LPX from the App Store..
Make sure you are signed in to the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID you used to purchase it and look under the purchases Tab and you will see it listed there..
If it is not listed there then either
You are not signed in with the correct Apple ID that you used to buy LPX originally
Or..
If you are sure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID then you will need to contact Apple directly so they can reset something server side.

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I am trying to download netflix and pandora and there is no button in the App Store to let me download it

I have the exact same problem on two different iPad 2 (WiFi), the iPad 2 (ATT) and iPad 3 (verizon) do not have the issue. All 4 are running 7.0.4. Basically many apps do not have the 'free' or '$.$$' while many do.
A quick look shows the same ones as the OP Netflix & Pandora, there are alos many others... Vudu & Red Karaoke are a couple other examples I was working on when I ran across this thread.
I've done a hard reset on both iPad 2 but it did not work. As I said many apps apear normal (both free and paid) but a lot are unavailable to download.

Restore the iPod to factory settings/new iPod. That persons did not have the rights/licence to give the media to you.

App Store application // Top 25 screen buttons

After update to iOS 4.0 and then to the iOS 4.0.1 the application App Store screen Top 25 becomes with the title buttons confused and with the texts overlapped.
"Top Paid iPhone apps" over the "Top Free iPhone apps" over the third button "Top Grossing".

I realized that it is related with Portuguese language, I mean with the language selected for the App Store account.
Probably it is a bug translation.

There are a lot of fake apps on app store now.need a report button for them

I think that apple app store for iOS must have a report button for reporting the fake/bad app. there are so many fake purchase apps on store now and people waste their money for those fake apps.there is no email or reporting function to let Apple kill those apps.

On app store it signs in with the wrong apple id

When i try to download an app it asks me to sign in using my apple id and password however
It comes up with the wrong apple id and it doesnt let me edit it, it only lets me write in the password box.
In my settings i am signed in with the right apple id and with everything else it lets me use the right id
How do i change it on the app store?
