I have the same issue with one App in the App Store. The app is installed and current. But the App Store says I have an update. I tried restarting. No help.

My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

When I run itunes diagnostic tests, I am told secure link to itunes store failed. My firewall is not blocking itunes. I have tried to download two itunes products and these have failed to download properly. What do I do?

Since last Sunday (October 6,2013) i could not open the new downloaded

The message is probably referring to insufficient storage on the iPad, not in her iCloud account. Purchasing storage in iCloud does not free up space on the iPad. You can check the amount of free space on her iPad by going to Settings>General>Usage, then check the Available space at the top.
If she's low on space on her iPad, she'll have to delete something to make more room. Once option is to import some or all of her photos and videos to her computer and delete them from the iPad (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083). Another is to sync some of her music or other media off the iPad using iTunes.
If you purchased the iCloud storage upgrade by mistake thinking it would solve this, you can request a refund by calling the Apple online store (1-800-MYAPPLE in the U.S.). -
I have a Brother HL-2270DW that is wirless and it comes with an installation CD. But I don't have an external CD DRive for my imac. I have downloaded the driver online but I don't what to do from here. I suppose if I had the cd drive it would take me through it step by step but I can't.

Outlook status of "All folders are up to date" is a lie.
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 in Cached Exchange Mode. I often find that the Outlook status bar reports both "All folders are up to date" and "Connected to Microsoft Exchange." With these two messages in the status bar, I expect the Exchange server
to have the same content as the Outlook client. Frequently, I find that some of the last actions I performed in Outlook before shutdown had not been propagated to the server. These include operations I performed in the Inbox or updates I made to notes on Task

From your description, it sounds like an issue of Outlook cache file. Please try the following steps to create a new cache file:
Create a new .ost file.
1.
Close Outlook.
2.
Locate to:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
3.
Right-click the .ost file, and then click
Rename. Rename the file by using a different file name extension, such as an .old file name extension instead of the .ost file name extension.
4.
Start Outlook
If it doesn’t work, please try the OWA(Outlook Web Access).

I just installed ios7 on my iPhone 4s. It seems to be working fine but all of the apps I had previously installed are gone. They show up in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts are gone. Does anyone know how to get the shortcuts back? Thanks!
I updated via my iPhone 4s. The apps were on my iPhone 4s. That's all the information that I have. The update to ios7 seems to have gone smoothly - everything else is working, phone texting, email, internet, etc. But all of the apps I had installed over the past year are no longer showing up as shortcuts. No facebook, no twitter, no espn, etc. They are all still listed in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts and my folders are gone. Thanks.

I have 2 apps that have been waiting to update for a week. I don't really care about the update, I would just like to use them, but the are stuck waiting. I have tried powering down, syncing with my computer...all fails. Any ideas?
At this point you have no choice but to update the or delete them and reinstall them since you wont be able to use them until they update - or come out of the "waiting" loop.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again. -
The App store, FaceTime, iTunes, Safari and Camera are all missing from my iPad. Restrictions are not enabled and when they are those applications are grayed out. I have tried everything but restoring my iPad to its orginal condition. What do I do?

I'd downloaded many apps from the apps store but they're all dissappeared on my homescreen. I found them on purchased apps from the apps store as well, but still cannot run. Help. I'm using iphone 5s n latest version of ios.

Got it sorted though. Seems that Apple has issues with multiple apple id's.
Seems i had to somehow remember and use the original id i had when i first bought my 1st iPhone. . . .
Even after that it was extremely hard to get my apps back on my PC.
