App Store tabs won't load

Ok so I have this problem that when I go onto the iOS 6 App Store and I tap on one of the tabs down the bottom, such as the charts tab, the little loading circle will appear at the black  bar at the top of my iPod touch but without loading the page the loading symbol will just disappear. How do I fix this???

Well if it works OK elsewhere then I would be inclined to think that the Router is the point of failure. This is what I would do.... Check the supplier for any firmware upgrade. Then I would be inclined to run a backup on the configuration then reset the router and then power it off and on and then logon as the administrator setup the same configuration as it used to be [backup and restore]. Get the iPhone to forget the network or you can reset the Network Settings/General/Reset/Network Reset which is probably a better option. Power everything OFF [cold start] Power up the Modem first then the router and then the iPhone connect to the network. On the router set the IP lease for the iphone to never expire. If that does not work see if you can borrow another router and set it up at your location and see if that works. Good Luck..

  • Netbeans visual web app design tab won't load?

Is there anybody that has the following problem when trying to start a new visual web application in Netbeans 6? If so, could you help me fix the problem?
Every time I try a new visual web application in Netbeans, the design tab won't load and I get an error message. I can use the Java tab and the JSP tab with no problems. It's just that the design tab says "please wait loading" but it nothing ever shows up. I can basically do everything else, except for dragging things from the palette to the design tab. The error message is:

  • Mac App Store images won't load.

    Hi,
I recently purchased a refurbished Mac Mini (2.3 ghz model). Any time I try to access the Mac App Store there are several icons that won't load. They'll simply display the small blue box with the question mark inside of it. If I refresh the page multiple times, occasionally it will load all of the icons. If I click on the app that doesn't have the icon displayed, all of the images load properly, but from the main pages (featured, top charts, etc) they don't load. The icons that don't load are usually the same; I haven't had the Mac long enough for all of the apps on the featured page to change. I'm new to Mac and don't know if there is something that I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm enjoying the experience so far, but it is highly annoying that this happens constantly. If it helps, this has happened since I got it. Could this be an issue with the unit itself?

Unfortunately that didn't help. These are images that are within the Mac App Store itself not images viewed through Safari (I also use Firefox). I did have an issue with Safari a couple of times where images weren't loading on it either, but it is occasional in comparison to the app store which is constant.

  • Mail, app store, itunes won't load

Hi, I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion from Leopard and I've been having problems with connectivity.  The internet works fine, but Mail says it can't connect to the gmail servers (even though the settings I have in place worked before).  Also, the app store and the itunes store will give me nothing but a loading wheel (not the colored pinwheel).  These applications did work when I first upgraded.  Also, I've used the application Onyx to delete Application cahes.  After I restart my computer, those three applications will work once but revert to the same problems if I try to open them again.  The network utility says all my connections are fine, so I really don't understand what the problem could be.  Thanks --

Besides Onyx, have you installed any other programs lately? In particular AniVirus/Security, LittleSnitch or MacKeeper or any other third party programs?

  • Mac App Store Updates won't load

My problem is that the Mac App Store shows several newer versions of Apps I own in the "Updates" section. Once I try downloading them an error will be displayed every time. Buying or loading new apps works just fine. Loading Updates in the iTunes store works as well. I only have trouble with Mac App Store updates. Any idea what this could be?
    The error message says:
"Die angeforderte URL wurde auf diesem Server nicht gefunden."
"The requested URL could not be found on this server."
Thanks for your help. It's driving me mad.

I am having the same problem. So far, for me, Apple had no solution to it. Try to download the updates using a different network environment. I only have the above mentioned problem when I am online with my macbook using the hotspot (tethering) option of my iPhone. My iPhone is connected via USB. If I use a different network via ETHERNET, the update works fine.
If you find a solution to this, please let me know:
    Macbook Pro 17""
    OSX Lion.

  • After 3.0, app store/itunes won't load

I installed the 3.0 software last night. Since then, when I click on app store app or itunes, it says loading and then goes back to home screen. I tried restarting the phone, but still does the same thing. Anyone know why?
    Troy

    Same problem for me.
Takes ages to load. I think it's just that it's saturated with people trying to update, but that's only a guess.

  • Downloaded Logic from app store, it won't load

I saw in the reviews on the app store that people have had problems with this download
First time it tried to load up it said it had a midi time out and to restart to fix this problem. I restarted, now it doesn't even get that far
It loads up to checking midi devices. then becomes unresponsive
Has anyone else had this problem? And has anyone else found a solution to this?

It means you have an Avid/ProTools/Digidesign  Core MIDI Driver installed.
It has to be removed, the combination of Lion and the MIDI driver are not compatible.

  • Mac App Store icons won't load..

Screenshots included. Running on OS X Lion 10.7.5

I'm operating a bit blind here, but let's try to shotgun a solution then. Let's start with:
Quit App Store, paste following in terminal & hit return
              rm -r ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore
              rm -r ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.storeagent
              rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
              rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.storeagent.plist
              rm ~/Library/Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist
              rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
              rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.storeagent.plist
              rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/*

  • IPod, App Store, iTunes won't load ...

    Hi,
Got an iPhone 3GS on v4.3.2 and has been for some time and was working fine up until yesterday afternoon, nothing changed, nothing added or removed, no Sync done. Try to open IPod, App Store, iTunes or Safari opens for a second or so then closes, no message. Tried hard reset, soft reset, no difference.  Tried Sync and same again, no difference - anyone got any ideas?
    Many thanks.
    Regards, Stu ...

Ok wow. Found your O2 topic and the same solution worked for me. Weird!
"As a last ditch before I went for the Restore as New last night I did the Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings ...
and three minutes later it was perfectly fine, all the applications worked and it has been fine ever since!"

  • My mac book pro won't load any safari page or connect to the App Store, but it does load new emails.....

My mac book pro isn't loading any safari page, the  blue loading bar starts to move then freezes....
Also if I try to access the App Store it won't load then says unable to connect to App Store
There is an Internet connection as it receives new emails

And now after logging in I get a white screen.....omg what's wrong with it?!

  • ITunes, app store, iBooks store, etc won't load and I can't figure out why. I tried rebooting and it didn't help. Everything else works fine. Help please?

iTunes, app store , iBooks store, etc won't load and I don't know why. Everything else works fine, and I've rebooted it. The problem is still there and I know I have a good Internet connection. Help please?

Have you tried disconnecting and re-connecting to your network ?. And when you say rebooted do you mean a reset ? If not then try that : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You could also try closing those apps completely. From the home screen (i.e. not with any of those apps 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iTunes, App Store and iBooks apps to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

  • App Store Tabs greyed out

Since I've updated the MacBook pro 13' late 2011 to Mavericks i can't fully access the Mac App store.
It wil load up but only allow me to use the featured tab, including links to Top Free, Top Paid and Top grossing.
I can alos access the Updates tab but only when going through the Software Update.
This is at work so on a proxyed network, both ports 80 and 443 are open so that shouldn't be a problem.
anyone else having this problem or know how to resolve it?
    Thanks,
    Paul

I think that it might be related to DNS and having multiple network connections...
I encountered the problem for the first time yesterday on a new 2013 iMac whilst I was having problems with Xcode not being able to connect to a version control server (which has worked fine until yesterday).
The only things that have changed recently are that I have switched off a local DNS server (using OSX server) and that I enabled wifi to perform an air drop.
Yesterday the suggestion to disable/re-enable wifi didn't solve the problem, and today now that the icons are back working again and switching wifi on/off has no effect.

  • App Store version won't open. "Warning. The Library in "Users/me/Pictures/A

App Store version won't open. When I click on the icon, I get the following pop-up. "Warning. The Library in "Users/me/Pictures/aperture library.aplibrary" cannot be upgraded" and then an option to quit. So the App does not even launch. I deleted and re-downloaded it and the same happens. It is a new 15" Mac pro, all software up to date. I use iPhoto for all my existing photos, located in the Pictures folder on the hard drive (all default settings). Help please appreciated.

Thank you. That did it, but now when I have imported from iPhoto library, all my pictures are coming out with patches of Blue or Red (a bit like when you are selecting areas for instant alpha, or when looking for blown out areas of a photo (I am no pro as you can tell). This is the case on most photos (around 9000). Could you help here too?
    Thanks,
    Ian
