App store version same one sold in Apple stores?

Is the $80 version of Aperture offered in the App Store the same as the $199 version sold in the Apple stores or is is a modified (stripped down) version?

If indeed the sample library does not come with the App Store download, then I'm glad that I got the boxed product earlier this month.
The tutorial booklet inside the boxed product was a helpful intro to Apperture, using the sample library, but I found the most value in looking through the various sample library versions and tapping the M key to toggle between the edited version and the master, while observing the edits applied... and then playing with some of hte individual edits.
This process was really eye-opening for me. Otherwise ordinary, or poorly illuminated / exposed / balanced shots were made to be amazing ones via the adjustments and brushes. Even though I'm an expert Photoshop user, 99% of what I do with photos is the kind of stuff that Aperture excels at - without creating fresh files for each version. It was great to discover that via the samples. My CGI stuff will stay in Photoshop, but the sample library's content really has me excited to get started working on my library.

I've heard that manufacturers make some of their products with cheaper components especially for Walmart, so they can be sold cheaper there. Is the iPad one of those products, or are all iPads the same quality no matter where they are sold (Apple, Best Buy or Walmart)?

Oh, stop! Actually, I know someone who works at a company that manufactures viewfinders (lenses) for rifles. They couldn't get a contract with Walmart (which is a HUGE contract to get) until they agreed to use cheaper materials for the viewfinders sold in Walmart stores. So now their products are made at two levels: one for Walmart and one for everywhere else.
I've heard the same thing happens with vacuum cleaner and TV manufacturers. They look the same, but the SKU and model numbers are different. I guess my question is just idle curiousity: my iPad will be purchased from the Apple web site. Walmart's is the same price, so of course I'll be giving my money to Apple.

AFAIK, no officially unlocked iPhones are available in any Apple stores in the US. You can call & ask, but I suspect you'll find they are only available through Apple's online store(requires a verified billing/shipping address in the US).

Sign out of the store, and sign back in with the other ID. Nothing gets lost.

Do you Know INDITEX ( it is a company holding form by several brands : Zara, Uterque, Zara Home...etc all has its own iOS app working with the same functionality: See company, choose products , find stores. Same as mine.
I will upload apps for small business , same skeleton and functionality but different details, pictures, logos...etc which change. Every of my clients should have the right to have its own store on appleStore , shouldn´t they? It makes sense to me...It may not make it to Apple.

An iTunes account can only be used in one store at a time, and you need to be in that country with a valid billing address on your account for that country in order to use it there. An email address can only be linked to one account, so if you want two separate iTunes accounts then you will need two email addresses

To try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions on the device to prevent in-app purchases being made, and you might (depending upon its iOS version) also have a 'Require Password' option on the Restrictions screen that you can set to 'Immediately' so that your account's password has to be entered for each download from the store.

Perhaps, but maybe not, as what can they do with one with the UK plugs? I'm just saying regional things like that often have to be returned at a store in the country you bought them.
But, just go and ask as the worse they can say is no. If they do say no they cannot exchange it, then for very little money you can buy a UK-to-India plug adapter and use that charger in India anyway. Such plug adapters are only $2-$5 here in the USA on Amazon.

Yes, non-preorder iPhone 4's were sold at Apple stores today. There was an extremely limited amount, but there were some. If you didn't wait in line overnight, or get to the store extremely early then you missed out. There are not going to be any phones outside of the preorders for a while now.
Just wait it out and I'm sure you will be able to get one in time. I believe Apple stopped taking any preorder/order for iPhone 4 too, because they need to meet the supply of the current orders.

I live in Europe, but i have a relative who travels often in USA and i would like him to buy me an iPhone 5 as soon as it gets available unlocked in Apple Stores. The thing is that with 3 existing models of the iPhone 5 being sold since its release, i have no clue which model will be sold in the unlocked version of the phone in Apple Stores. I obviously need the A1429 GSM model since i live in Europe, but will it be available in Apple Stores in USA unlocked, or only the other models will be sold? Will there may be the option to choose whichever of the 3 you like? Do you guys have any information about it?

As far as I know, as a Veriizon subscriber, Verizon will not sell an unlocked iPhone. They will only sell those locked to their network.
Apple does sell unlocked iPhones, but it is best to make arrangements ahead with the store you are going to buy from to be sure they have what you want on hand.
As I said, from what I have seen, the A1249 is not available in the US.

It doesn't matter what it is in your backup that's causing the problem because you can not selectively restore things from your backup. It's all or nothing.

They will simply use Migration Assistant to transfer your Home folder, third-party applications and support files, and system preferences. This is something you could do yourself. You would need a Firewire cable to connect between your old computer and your new one. Migration Assistant is installed in the Utilities folder of your new computer.

No. If you made your backup to iCloud, iTunes will not restore from an iCloud backup. See:
