App updates no longer disappearing after uploaded

After the new ios7 update, is there a way to clear all the app updates in the App store, before they used to disappear after I had downloaded the app update, now they are piling up and it's getting confusing as to what app has an update and what hasn't!!

Seems to be an Apple problem. Did yo turn on Automatic App updates?

Many of my previously working Palm Pre Apps are no longer working after the webOS 1.4 update.
Here are the ones that just return a blank/white screen after launching so far:
SplashID
Daily Devo
Daily Light (Love)
Absolute Fitness (some options no longer work correctly & are returning a white screen and some options are working)
These are just a few of the Apps that I am having problems with and there are probably many others. I have also sent emails/posted to forums on the developer sites to advise. Hopefully I will hear something back soon.
Anyone else experiencing this issue as well with any Apps?

SplashID on my Sprint Pre is showing just a blank screen after starting it and entering my password. I see no update for it in the App Catalog.
EDIT: Never mind. It appears that it only did that on the first launch. I closed it and restarted it, and now the screen in SplashID is correct.

Why do app updates no longer show up for me in iTunes?

Please don't stop reading, because I think my issue is different from similar ones I've found posts about.
For the past week or so, I've been unable to update apps through iTunes. When I click "Check for Updates," it shows "Accessing iTunes Store" at the top of the screen, but after it finishes I never get a dialog box -- neither the dialog box saying there are new updates nor the one saying there are not. Also, I don't get the notification in the left hand column next to "Applications" that normally shows how many app updates are available. The latter point is what seems to distinguish my problem from the other posts I've seen, in which push notification seems to work but updating fails. I can't even see any updates in the first place -- and this occurs even when I can see from using the App Store on my iPhone that I have multiple updates available. And I have a lot of apps.
I should add that this is especially mysterious because it is the only problem I am having with iTunes. I can still download NEW apps from the iTunes App Store, sync my iPhone, download podcasts, etc. I can also update Apps on my iPhone itself. My internet service is working fine. This problem began with the previous version of iTunes and has continued in iTunes 8.1.
One final confession. A few weeks ago, I went through my Apps folder and deleted the non-current versions of all of my apps, hoping to save space on my old computer's hard drive. I don't think this is the cause of the problem, because app updating continued to work for a few weeks after that. But I mention it in the interest of full disclosure. But in addition to my main question, I'd be interested in knowing if this is a bad idea for future reference.
I am running iTunes 8.1.0.51 on Windows XP Home edition (SP 3), and I have a first-generation 4GB iPhone.

ell, exactly same problem here: could not have been described better. It all started when I noticed that I could no longer update iPhone apps. "Applications" folder under Library showed such updates awaiting downloading: I could not get any further.
AND SUDDENLY, for no reason, the "Application" in iTunes "Library" disappears! No folder visible, no apps listing, no updates mentioned. Wow!
i had contacted Apple's iTunesStoreSupport in regard to the initial incident, and was kindly informed that:

I thus figured that in some way "all was in control"... Until the Applications forum disappeared. Apps gone??? Are they stored somewhere on my Mac??
I have just emailed an update incident report to iTunesStoreSupport with screen prints to show abrupt, undesired change.

App updates are not removed after installing in update screen of iPhone and iPad

Whenever there is an update for an app, the same is displayed in the update screen of the App Store in both iPhone and iPad. After downloading and installing the patch, the app is not removed from the update screen. In earlier iOS versions, the same gets removed and only the pending apps for update remain.
Questions:
Is this a bug?
Will this not increase the update screen list of patch updates over time?
Why are the updated patches not removed from the update screen?

This is not a bug.
The updated apps will start disappearing after about two weeks (on a first in first out basis)

App Updates No Longer there

iPod Touch 3rd gen v 5.1.1
iTunes for Windows v 10.7.0.21
Before yesterday (Dec 25/12) evening, I had 5 'updates' on my iPod Touch. I know what they were for, just hadn't done anything about 4 of them yet. 1 update I was NOT going to update as this version would no longer sync with my desktop PC.
On my PC, in iTunes, I also had these identical 5 updates waiting. BTW, I do not update via the iTouch, but update via iTunes on my PC, then sync the iTouch, via usb cable, to my iTunes on the PC.
Then, yesterday evening, suddenly my Touch was saying ALL my apps were 'up to date'. When I check the versions that are running on the Touch, they are NOT updated to the 'current' versions. iTunes on my PC also says: "There are no updates available for any of the apps in your iTunes library." . When I check the actual app, the current app in iTunes is newer than the version on my Touch or in my iTunes Library.

Same here, sort of though my ipod is a 4th gen running iOS 6.0.1
Been over a week, I have over 209, says all apps are up to date!...I find hard to believe????

Apple has sent reminders to App Store developers that the annual shutdown of iTunes Connect is scheduled to take place from Friday, December 21, 2012 to Friday, December 28th, 2012.
iTunes Connect is the portal for developers to submit app updates and changes. As a result, no new apps, app updates or price changes will be reflected in the App Store during that time.
We strongly recommend that you do not schedule any pricing changes in iTunes Connect that would take effect between Friday, December 21, 2012 and Friday, December 28, 2012. Pricing changes scheduled to take effect during this date range will not be reflected on the App Store and your app or In-App Purchase will become unavailable for purchase until after the shutdown. We also recommend that you do not schedule any apps to go live during the shutdown. Releases scheduled with a start date between Friday, December 21, 2012 and Friday, December 28, 2012 will not go live on the App Store until after the shutdown.
As a result of the shutdown deadline, a large number of App developers have beencutting prices today as they compete for top ranking on the App Store Top Charts during the lucrative Christmas sales period.

Problem in Getting Long Text After uploading LT using CREATE_TEXT in CORS

i am uploading long text for Reason for cancellation in CORS Transaction through CREATE_TEXT.
after uploading this text by using this FM CREATE_TEXT i am seeing the long text what ever i uploaded through CREATE_TEXT , i am unable to see first 40 characters of that long text.

How to I get stuff in the "Update" queue to disappear after they have updated?

My question says it all.

Past updates will show in the Updates tab in the App Store for 30 days after you downloaded the update - you can't remove them from that list. (Downloading future updates via your computer's iTunes and syncing them to your iPad will mean that they won't show in the Updates tab.)

Photos disappear after upload

I'm having problems with my pictures disappearing after I publish them. They show up fine in iWeb but I just get a broken picture icon when I view my site online. It seems like they're not being added to the files folder in order to upload but I can't figure out how to correct the issue.

Your logo doesn't show up on the index page because the file (logo_1.jpg) is actually in the index_files folder but it's being looked for in the Images folder. Similarly, oneweek_to_go3.JPG, the image which should appear in your '1 Week to Go' blog entry, is missing from the Images folder where it is expected to be. Have you at any time manually moved any of your image files around after publishing to your folder and before uploading?

After updating a number of apps recently I have this ongoing list continuing in the App Update after successfully downloading. They all show 'open'. But the apps won't clear after reboot.

I bought my MacBook Pro refurbrished, and it has Angry Birds on the app update and it will not let me delete it or update it because it wasn't purchased with my eMail, any ideas on how to get rid of this notification? Cause the app is not on my Mac at all.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all in no way should you download torrents without supporting the developers because without them the software wouldn't even exist.
With that being said, download the "Twitter" app from the App Store. Then open your Finder Window > Applications > right click on "Twitter" > Show Package Contents > Contents > Copy _MASReceipt. Then go back to your applications and this time right click on Final Cut Pro X > Show Package Contents > Contents and paste the item there and replace it with FCPX's _MASReceipt. Once you've done that the "Sign into [email protected]" on your App Store should be gone.

Styles disappear after uploading pages

I can view the Design when I'm working on it but the styles disappear when uploaded. Could this be a problem with the style sheet? I recently made the style sheets external and I must have messed something up.

Talk to your host. Your server is not properly configured vis-a-vis mime types for CSS files.
On the linked page, the CSS is being transferred with a mime type of text/plain, thus is not being interpreted as CSS by the browser. On the linked pages, the CSS is embedded in the page, so there is not a transfer issue. CSS files should be given a mime type of text/css.

App updates not down loading after clicking download all updates

My iTunes said I had 16 app updates to download, so I clicked download all updates and a waring message (saying along hte lines of some are ages restrictec) so I clicked ok again but the downloads didn't start. I've just upgraded to Lion too, would this be the cause? Yet if I click on the get updates under each individual app it will start the download.

scrolling picture viewer and a Flash video player window (with
video). Both worked during the design in Dreamweaver... in preview
(both IExplorer and FIrefox). However, after upload, neither window
appears on the site... not even the spacing is allotted for those
windows. What happened? Why aren't the viewer windows appearing as
they do in preview? Here's the code as it appeared in DW. Thank

App store app will no longer open after installing Mavericks. How do I update in future??

Many of the apps that came with my MacBook Pro when I bought it direct from Apple last year now crash the moment the icon appears in the Dock since I installed Mavericks. These include Calendar, Pages, Contacts, Preview (all of these were updated after I installed Mavericks) and, most worrying, The App Store app. If and when Apple produces updates to sort out the bugs in the new system, how can I get them if I cannot open the App Store? Has anyone else found answers to these problems? I can get around some of these problems eg by installing Adobe Reader instead of Preview but I don't want to be stuck with a system I cannot update. It sounds like you have an issue with your installation of Mavericks. I would suggest that attempt to Safe Boot your computer first as a troubleshooting step to see if the issue can be resolved that way:
