App-v 5.0 Sequence AutoCAD 2013

Hi, I am currently trying to sequence autoCAD 2013 according to tips from
http://www.naevette.com.au/sequencing-autodesk-autocad-2012-x64.
However, during the sequence, when I started AutoCAD installation, program will notify me that Dotnet4 section is missing and installation will be stack there for ever.
Has someone tried this? Please help!

All of the 2013 and most of the 2012 AutoCADs appear to be un-sequencable at this time, either under 4.6 or 5.0. I have been working a ticket with MS support for about 7 months now and we are not getting anywhere fast on it. The symptoms are
that the app at the client immediately quits after launch, issuing an app specific error that is different on each version of the app attempted, but often it is a complaint that it is not installed correctly. Procmon traces reveal no unusual file
or registry issues leading the app to make this complaint.
Something is amiss, as earlier versions work OK. I have ruled out licensing, VC Runtimes, and (I think) framework issues.
I would suggest punting on sequencing this until you see that someone else has success.

When I did this, I set the Product ID in the CustomConfig.xml file as ProPlusVolume and used ExcludeApp tags to exclude all apps except for Lync:

I believe it is also possible to set the Product ID to Lync, but not sure of the exact value to set and I have not tried this myself. Bonus tip - when you deploy Lync 2013 virtually, the plugins automatically integrate with the locally installed copy of

Autocad 2013

Hi all,
I recently sequenced Autocad 2013 (part of the Building Design Suite 2013). All went well and Autocad is functioning properly except for two errors.
These errors are report to my logs as being blocked by the software restriction policy. I checked the sandbox location for restrictions but there are none. I've spent a lot of time figuring out why this is happening, but with no result.
Anyone an idea on this matter? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Error 1: Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\V4.xx\csc.exe
Error 2: Failed to execute Exchange Host application C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCad 2013\AdExchange\AcbrowserHost.exe
This program cannot be run because of software restriction policy

Sequencing Access 2013

Thank in advance for any replies.... I understand that Office 365 has an method to create an App-V Sequence and to disable certain features/apps. However my company would like to separately sequence Access 2013 so that it could be deployed totally
separate from the Office 365 sequence or package.
Could you tell me if this is possible and if so where I could find details on creating a sequence for Access 2013 apart from Office 365. It is possible that we could also be using a standalone license Access 2013.

App-V 5.0 Sequencing Office 2010 - Cannot verify the License for this Application KMS

i already found some Topics about my Problem, but None of the Solutions i have found, help in my case. I hope someone can help...
I Sequenced Office 2010 Professional Plus x86 on an App-V 5.0 Sequencer Client (x64) and streamed it to Windows 7 x64 and Windows Server 2012. While i was sequencing, i followed the Articles at

msiexec/i OffVirt.msi ADDLOCAL=Click2runMapi,Click2runOWSSupp,Click2runWDS,OSpp,OSpp_Core PROPLUS=1
In the sequencing Process anything ist working fine, i can start Word, Excel... and Office is activated. When i publish the Application and stream to the Client or RDS, i get the Error message in the Screenshot.
I also tried to create a new Package and type in the KMS Client Key directly to Office, didnt work. In a third Sequencing Process (also new Sequence) i tried with an another Script what i have found: msiexec /i OffVirt.msi PROPLUS=1 KMSSERVICENAME=”SERVERNAME”
KMSSERVICEPORT=1688

I am having this same exact issue; however, I have done everything in the App-V 5.0 Sequencing document, and I have enabled Set-AppVClientConfiguration -EnablePackageScripts 1.
The sequencer is on a Win 7 32-bit machine, so I used the following:
msiexec
/i OffVirt.msi ADDLOCAL=OSpp,OSpp_Core PROPLUS=1
KMS is registered in DNS, so I shouldn't have to specify KMS.
As soon as I start Office on a machine, setup screen comes up briefly, and then I see the:
"Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this application. A repair attempt failed or was canceled by the user. The application will now shut down."
I would use the package accelerator; however, it's a new Pro Plus 2010 build, and it says 12 files are missing from the install (files like the actual OffVirt.msi and manifest files).
This is getting a little frustrating, as I've already tried the package 4 different times. I also tried this version:
msiexec/i OffVirt.msi ADDLOCAL=Click2runMapi,Click2runOWSSupp,Click2runWDS,OSpp,OSpp_Core PROPLUS=1
I am also using the latest SP2 client, Sequencer, and then the AppV 5.0 SP1 server is using the latest hotfix 4 which was released in April 2014.

Calendar app crashes when going to march 2013

Does anyone else experience the same problem? I can recreate it on at least two iPads (the original iPad1 [iOS 5.1.1] and the latest Retina iPad [iOS 6.0.1])
While browsing the calendar in month view and going from febraury 2013 or april 2013 to march 2013, crashes the calendar app.
I can browse march 2013 fine while in day view, week view or list view, but not in month view.
No problems on the iPhone, just on the iPad.

An obsertation: I have what appears to be an all-day event on April 1, that is a note that it is April Fools Day. However, this note is part of a holidays calendar that I subscribe to on my iPad. The holiday entries are an actual subscription, not individual entries on the calendar.
I have not had any Calendar crashes with this April 1 entry at all. As Skydiver said, it might be a DST problem, but it seemed strange that some folks are having crash problems with all day entries on 4/1 and some are not. Maybe this subscription entry doesn't count as an all day entry?? Dunno.

Can't print A3 from autocad 2013 with hp officejet 7610 in win 7 32 bit

I can't print in A3 paper from Autocad 2013 with hp officejet 7610 in win 7 32 bit OS.Printing result is always A4 ussing this software.Other software have no problem printing in A3.An expert tried for three hours to solve the problem but has no luck.I have no problem print in A3 paper in win 8.1 64 bit system with the same software and printer.I think this is a problem of 32 bit driver of hp officejet 7610.Please help me to solve this serious problem.

We're experiencing a similar problem with cad 13 and win 8.1 with 7610 e-all in one printer. always plots a4 or letter size in the middle of the A3 paper. We need urgent help please!!!ı ve tried to delete and re install the printer driver and no response!! ı hva another computer with win 8.1 and cad 13 installed.But we have no problem in this machine ?? Acrobat Pro and AutoCad 2013 for Mac

I just bought Adobe Acrobat Pro in order to make PDF files from AutoCad 2013 for Mac, but when I try to print, the option for Adobe PDF is not prompting and I don't how to set it.
I'm just using a trial version of AutoCad. I couldn't try with a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, because the trial version for Mac is not available.
Could it be that Adobe Acrobat Pro is not compatible with AutoCad 2013???

Indeed it is not. Acrobat X 10.1 supports ACAD 2011 (32-bit), as indicated on the product matrix:

Each version of Acrobat includes PDFMaker plugins for the versions of these applications which are on general release at the time the Acrobat version is developed, so you'll have to wait a while. Adobe doesn't develop plugins based on beta versions, so with ACAD 2011 releasing in March 2010, it made it into the X build (released Nov 2010) but ACAD 2012 did not. ACAD 2013 was only released to market this March so there certainly won't be any PDFMaker support right now - beyond that I can't comment, sorry.

We recently upgraded from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013.
The links that used OWA Web parts have completely stopped working and generate the " :( something went wrong contact your help desk" screen for domain Authenticated users other than myself. The links accessed content of a Shared Account of which
I am an owner and can set the necessary permissions using the Outlook 2013 client.
Using the example from the link provided below we were able to provide calendar access to all authenticated users in our area. The link for calendar still works for me but for noone else. Additionally, all navigation menus are missing when I use this link.

Another crafted link provided web access to our group's task list. This has completely stopped working for anyone including myself. However, when I use "open another mailbox" I am able to navigate to the needed pages.

What I'm trying to acomplish is something similar to our old URL (Exchange 2010) in Office 365:

I downloaded AutoCAD 2013 for mac and then the macbook started to glitch! WHY????

I downloaded AutoCAD 2013 for mac and after 20 minutes work in the Autocad my macbook pro with Retina display 13 inch (OSX 10.9.1) started to glitch.
Then I deleted this program from mac, but it is still glitching. When I am moving windows, the picture on display is just breaking and after few seconds it is ok. Moreover, the Multi-Touch Trackpad's three, four finger function is also glitching.
Did it happen because something wrong with my graphic drivers which could be replaced by the AutoCAD
Please help me with this!!!

Reinstall AutoCAD and relaunch teh program. AutoCAD leaves the GPU in a bad power state in Mavericks, which causes problems.

Laggy animations because of Autocad 2013?

Hello, I'm having some problems with Autocad 2013. I've had it installed for almost 5 months and it never gave me any problems until now.
First of all, I was experiencing an unbearable lag with almost any animation (mission control, scrolling, switching between desktops, dock animations, etc) but, after doing some research on the internet, I realized it was Autocad's fault and the solution was to opening and closing it. That almost solved my problem.
A few minutes after opening and closing Autocad I realized that, even though the dock and "desktop switching" animations were working fine, scrolling was yet kinda choppy and mission control was having the same problems than before, so I tried opening Autocad and checking if the animations were working well whilst it was open. As a matter of fact, that was the solution of my problem, and once I've closed the Autocad the problem had returned.
Does anyone have any solution to it?? I don't get why this is happening because it was working fine until today. It's annoying.
I have a mid 2012 13-inch Macbook Pro with an i5, 4GB RAM and 256GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD running OS X 10.9.4.

It's a known issue with AutoDesk applications. I don't know what causes it.

Create office app for word using visual studio 2013

i tried to create an app for office using visual studio 2013 i just created one in task pane with all default settings and then deployed succesffully and i can't find the app in task pane in word office any ideas

Please try to enable a build-in app for Office, such as "Bing dictionary" and check if the task pane pop-up.
If the "Bing dictionary" works well, I suppose that this issue might be caused by itself. I recommend you post the question to Word for DEV forum:

If all the apps can't be used, they might be blocked. Please go to File/option/trust center/trusted app catalogs/enable it.

DCOM subsystem detected while Creating .appv package through APP-V 5.0 Sequencer

I am getting DCOM Subsystem Detected while Sequencing the Adobe illustraterthrough APP-V 5.0 Sequencer .
I have attached the error .is any impact will be to run this .appv package on app-v , and if there is some issue whar are the solution for this?

AutoCad Supported NVIDIA Graphics Card for AUTOCAD 2013

We are an IT support company who have a client who has a HP 8200 elite with an Intel Core i7 Processor, 8GB RAM, a 1TB Hard Drive and requires to run AutoCAD 2013. We are struggling to find a graphics card that is supported on the 8200 elite, please see below for a list of support NVIDIA graphics cards, could you please advise if any of the ones from the list would work on an 8200? Ideally dont really want to spend more than £150 - £200.
