App where calendar and email are all in one?
I want an app/program where my calendar and email are together and will sync with my mac and iphone. Does this exist? I can no longer sync Entourage and I hate ical since the email is separate. I want it to be similar to Outlook. Thanks!
Looking at the program when I launch it, it says it would use sync services or isync to use the local iCal/Contacts/reminders databases. Which makes no sense since Mavericks removed the sync services..
If you are using an exchange server, it MAY work (as there does appear to be exchange support). But it is a bit expensive to just try it.
I want to say that I'm not using it because it didn't work well with the local databases, but I really can't remember (it was a long time ago).
You could try reading the support forums at http://www.microsoft.com/mac/outlook/ to see if they can be more helpful.

Ok. Found something that said to shut down and hold the option, command, p, and r keys on restart. Held them down for a few restarts and everything automatically signed in and works. Woohoo!!!

So, I placed my order by 3:35 AM EST for my Silver 6 plus 128GB. All the way through the process, from selecting the phone to the submission confirmation screen on the web it stated delivery by 9/19. I received my email confirmation and that showed the order date as 9/12 and the delivery date as 9/12. Well I knew that would not be right.
So then I go online to check the order status and it states the order has been received and the expected SHIP date is 10/14. WHAT?!?
So I called Vz and spoke with a rep who stated that he wasn't sure why it showed that but my ship date would be 9/19. Call #1
Well that's fine, I knew he probably mixed those words up.
So then I check on 9/13 to see if it was updated online, still showed 10/14. So I call again and this time the Vz rep places me on hold then comes back and says I am sorry to say that your expected ship date is 10/14. Flustered and irritated I ask how that can happen and change from all the other notices stating the 19th (or sooner according to the email which she laughed about). Call #2
So today, I decide to check again after Noon EST and now all day it has said that the expected ship date is NOT AVAILABLE?
Checking this community, looking at tweets and posts I see all conflicting information, some people getting getting ship notices but most of those are just the 6 and not the plus.
Where can I find a straight answer. I have seen another poster state that anyone who completed their order the first couple hours of ordering on the 12th will definitely receive on the 19th according to what they have been told by a Vz rep but honestly with the mixed messages I have seen personally I am not putting a lot of faith in what was told to him.
OH, also I can only check my order by my preorder confirmation and not my order number. When trying to check with my order number it gives an error message saying that is not a valid number.

ActiveSync only works for Contacts, not for Calendars and Email
So it seems that the ActiveSync is only working partially for me... When syncing with our company's OWA, my Contacts sync fine (though some create duplicates). However, the Calendar doesn’t sync at all, and the Email only syncs the folder structure, but none of the emails in them. When I attempt to sync the individual folders it gives me the same error message - “connection to the server failed”. This is a bit puzzling, as it is able to connect to the server just fine to get the contacts and the email folders.
I have already talked to the resident geniuses at the apple store and the exchange admin people - all are clueless... And did I mention, we don't have IT dept. to fix this... Please let me know if anyone is experiencing a similar problem or can suggest a way to fix it...
Many thanks.I am also having this problem. I was on 2.0.1 with the original iphone and had activesync working just fine. Contacts, calendars and email were all working.
On Friday I made the critical mistake of deciding to upgrade to 2.0.2. My phone was a brick for a little more than a day. I finally seemed to figure out the magical incantations required to get it restored and syncing with itunes (it was in a loop of only wanting to restore my phone).
Since getting it back into a relatively normal mode of operating on 2.0.2 I have not been able to get push email via ActiveSync working (it was working fine, no changes on the Exchange side of things). The only thing that changed was my upgrading to 2.0.2.
Since then I am back to the pre-2.0 email capabilities (I can create a seperate account on the phone and make imap work, but I don't get push with that).
I sure hope Apple is reading this and taking steps to correct it. I have no idea how to restore my phone to the way it was before I made the mistake of upgrading to 2.0.2 I should just have waited for 2.1 -

i got an iPad and all my app's, music, and movies are on it, but when i try to download some apps to mi iPhone, they doesn't appear on the purchased tab, how could i move them back to itunes so i can access thru iCloud? i have an 2nd generetion ipad and an iphone 5, thanks for you answers!
(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

HELP I have lost all my motion 4 content from all the files, ive looked in all the files and they are all empty. can i get replacement content as I my dvds where stolen along. with my other laptop. any Ideas. would be a great help. For Motion 4.
Try a hard reset:- hold the home button AND the power switch - ignore the red "Slide to power off" and wait ubntil the iPhone powers down, and then restarts - at the Apple logo, release all the buttons and see if your contacts reappear.

All my songs, app's, videos and pictures are gone in iTunes Help?
I wanted to sync some songs in my iPod touch 4G then I realized all my songs, app's, videos, and pictures are gone. Now I am unable to sync any songs, all my other songs are in my iPod touch and I am using a windows 7 computer. I have tried authorizing and deauthorizing my iTunes there's still no chance of hope. I am very worried about this please I require your help.
Last week I did not have this problem, but today I am having it again. Nothing has changed except that I updated the feed last night/early this morning. Is there any explanation why my episodes keep disappearing en masse from iTunes?

The App store, FaceTime, iTunes, Safari and Camera are all missing from my iPad. Restrictions are not enabled and when they are those applications are grayed out. I have tried everything but restoring my iPad to its orginal condition. What do I do?

Since I converted to iOS 7 on my iPhone 5, I am constantly having to put my calendar and email password anytime I access my calendar, email, and the settings app. This is annoying and I would love to go back to iOS 6, you can't. So what is the fix so I do not have to put the passwords in all of the time?
Well, your Yahoo account would account for you using that to sync calendar and contacts through Yahoo. For that, you would need to go into Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and try and fix that with Yahoo. It may just be a coincidence that it comes up with the Settings App, but it has nothing to do with Settings. Do you have your mail set to push or fetch at a certain time period?

Can you suggest a group messaging app where recipients can't see all the phone numbers within the group? My friends are complaining that they can see all the people in the group; also when I get a response from some in the group, it comes to me ane many others in the goup - its like they've replied all.

iPhone 4; iOS5Sorry it hasn't worked out for you. I threw together a simple project that uses rectangles to represent your Bike and wheel groups. They all animate across the canvas in the bike group and the wheels rotate. I have attached screen shots so you can see how they are constructed.
This image showsthe bike group where the orange rectangle and green circle represent the frame. The white rectangles represent wheels and the green and red rectangles I threw in to represent a wheel that has multiple objects in its group as your wheels do.
Here the animation across the screen has started and notice all wheels rotating and staying with the frame.

Who can shed some light on my ongoing connection problem.
After upgrading my iPad Air with IOS 7.06, I could no longer connect to the internet.
I have 2 MacBooks Air, 1 ipad mini and one iPhone 4S running on the same network, and they are all connected to the net and function well.
So I cleaned up the ipad completely, installed the latest firmware and reinstalled my apps : no connection.
I tried all things of resets and forgets. No result.
I have been fondling with my Airport Extreme 5 , but that did not help much.
This morning I went to a neighbor , hooked my ipad air on his network, typed the password and the thing all worked fine.
I have tried to connect the ipad air as an ethernet client, but that did not work. „Not enough power“ was the statement
Ideas anyone ?Yes I tried this manyfold. But did not work. Reading on, I took Tesserac's advice. Shut down router and computer.
Start router after 15 minutes and wait another 10 minutes before starting the computer.
Et voila.... everything is back in working order,

How to send notification and email to all approvers
Hi
I am customizing the requisition approval workflow in p2p cycle.
We have to send out notifications and emails to all people in the approval heirarchy , who have already approved the req if some body higher up in the chain rejects it.
right now oracle only send email and notification to the requester.
ex -- If A requested it and next approver is B , who approves it , next is C, who approves it
but next person D rejects it
I want to send notification to C , B and A
not just A
please let me know how to do this.

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then also check, inside of Manage Connections, that your Data Services are active and connected to your carrier data network (upper case GSM, GPRS, 1XEV, 3G, or whatever it normallly shows...plus, in some cases, the symbol in the same area).
