App won't appear in purchased list

Another iPad in the family has Fruit Ninja HD on it and it uses the same iTunes account and same everything but when I go to Purchased list in AppStore it's not there. How can I get it to appear in list?

It was bought via the same iTunes account ? Is it on that iPad's 'hidden' purchased list : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?

You can't currently permanently delete purchases, all you can do is hide them so that they are less visible : hiding and unhiding purchases

Problems with syncing Ipad with ITunes: apps won't appear on Ipad and organizing icons won't save

I have a new Ipad 4 for three weeks. Yesterday I start having some problems with syncing my Ipad with ITunes (earlier all was without troubles):
- downloaded in ITunes on PC apps won't transfer to my Ipad - I press Apply and sync, it goes successfully, but apps won't appear on Ipad.
- I tried organizing icons on Ipad from PC, press Apply and sync, it all goes succesfully, but on Ipad icons won't rearrange. But ITunes shows that they are rearranged...
- also I tried syncing my books adding one new book, press sync all books, and new book won't appear. Only when I've chosen every book separately, they transfered.
I use USB for this.
I tried resetting my Ipad, reinstalling ITunes on PC, deauthorizing and authorizing my computer, but it didn't help.
Apple ID are the same on PC and Ipad.
I hope that I'm not the only one with this problem. And also forgive my mistakes if there are any - English is not my native language. Thank you!

I know that it is time consuming and a bit of a pain in the butt to have to do it, but I would backup the iPad, restore to factory settings and then restore from the backup, and sync everything back to the device. It's going to take a while because you have a ton of music on the iPad, but IMO, that would be your best option now.
You could try unsyncing all of the music, and then resync it all again, but that takes time as well. If you are going to spend that much time trying to fix it, you may as well restore the device ...IMO once again.

Purchased apps won't appear in iTunes, even though they are in my account

I switched to Windows 7 (clean install), installed iTunes and my purchased iTunes apps won't show up, neither in the library nor in the left hand column where you can sync with the ipod (touch). And yet the programs do appear on the list of purchased programs when I look into that on my account.
One thing is peculiar: iTunes states that this is my 3rd of 5 allowed PC's (and it used to say my 2nd of 5 while running the same PC with Vista).
Is there any way to re-get these programs (and updates!) back active?

Did you back up those apps before you did the clean install of Windows 7 and then copy them back into iTunes? If not, then they won't be there on the system so they won't show up. You need to either restore those apps from your backup or go through the purchase process again for each app; if you purchased them once, you won't be charged a second time even though it will look like it will until you actually download.

This is often the case when you reinstall the OS without deauthorizing the computer from the iTunes Store first. Take a look at this Apple support article; it may help:

Have you checked if it has somehow been hidden? Go to App store > store > sign in > and scroll down to hidden purchases. Worth looking, just in case.

Downloaded apps not appearing in "purchased" list

I've downloaded few iOS apps from Kuwait App Store but months later I switched the region to USA App Store. I've downloaded the same apps again (from USA App Store this time); however, the apps are now missing in my "purchased" list even though I've downloaded them again!
Is there anything I can do to make the apps appear in the "purchased" list? It will help me a lot in case of setting up a new iPhone or any iOS device.

Song not appearing in purchased list, but on the store it says purchased

Hi,
I've downloaded a song off my old ipod and bought a new ipod a few days later. But the song I downloaded isn't appearing in the purchased list, however on the itunes store it says 'purchased' next to it, but there isn't an option to download it. I've tried synching the ipod, selecting transfer purchases, clicking on 'Check for Available downloads' but it says all purchases have been downloaded. But I'm out of ideas, does anyone know any solutions?

By purchased list do you mean the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page ? That is where you can re-download items (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries). If music appears as a category on that screen but that track doesn't show then is it hidden from the list (hiding and unhiding purchases) ?
If the song is still on the iPod then conncting it and doing 'transfer purchases' should copy it over to the Music part of your library. If the song was bought on your iPod then it won't appear in the Purchased section under Store on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes as it wasn't bought on that computer.
The 'check for available downloads' will look for items that haven't yet been downloaded from the store e.g. tv episodes from a series pass, pre-orders.

App asks to have location services turned on but App does not appear in location list.

I start the EZ Word Cheats and it starts with the menu open. I click on Quick Import and a blue box appears with the message to turn on Location services in settings. I start the settings app, click Privacy, click Location Services, but EZ Word Cheats does not appear in the list of Apps that can have Location Services turn on. Shutting the iPad off or resetting it does not help.

I reset location services in Setting>General>Reset>Reset Location & Privacy and that fixed the problem. I need not need to restore from new. When I ran EZ Word Cheats after the resetting location services and then clicked on the Quick import under the menu, a message came up asking access to Photos instead of location services. This is the correct behavior since the program does need access to my photos but does not need Location services.

App photogene not appearing after purchase.. says installed

New Ipad 2, first purchase, Photogene. The app does not appear on the ipad. Does photogene appear as a separate app or is it embedded within the photos?
It looks like from the developer web site demo that photogene is a regular app ... Not sure what happened.. but this was the first app we purchased and we had to enter credit card info after selecting the app. The app says it is installed so we can't repurchase it. .... help.. no support from the developer yet.

I hope someone comes along who knows more about this than I do. I've seen other comments about missing downloads, and some of the time it is because the App is hiding on the second page! I've had that happen at least twice.
It is my understanding that your iPad and your iMac must use the same account. If not, then you can't transfer Apps between them. The store "knows" what your account has downloaded, and will refuse to download it again if you try.
Are you familiar with folders? Is it possible the downloaded App either went into a folder where you haven't looked, or caused a new folder to be created that holds the missing App along with one you already had?
Have you synced the iPad with its host computer since downloading the Apps? That might make it show up. Another thing I'd try (for no good reason!) is to reboot the iPad. Hold down both the Home and Sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. After the iPad has restarted, see if the new Apps have appeared.

Why? Air App won't appear in Builder

Hi,
I am experiencing something odd, and it must be something I
am doing wrong.
When I'm using Flex Builder (latest version/updates etc) and
execute an Air app during development sometimes it won't appear,
even though there are no compilation errors. Even if I close Flex
Builder, and re-open, running the buid doesn't display. Its a very
simple app example app so there is nothing which should cause it to
fail. Is there a process that I need to kill because it thinks its
already running? I don't see any processes like that...?
What's going on?

1) When hovering over the run or debug buttons at the top of
Flex Builder to start the app, make sure the tooltip displays the
name of your application rather than some other project's name. It
normally defaults to running the 'default application' (or the last
one executed, or currently 'active', I forget); you could be
running the wrong project/application by accident.
2) Not sure if this would prevent a new instance from
running, but check your task manager processes for something
like... adl.exe (I think?) and kill any you see. You can find the
actual name by starting the app and from the Task Manager
"applications" tab, right-click select "Go to process" on your
application's entry there. It'll bring you to the process running
that window so you can see the name.
I've probably had this happen a few times but I can't recall
what else may have caused it atm.

Apps won't appear when home button is double tapped

Open apps no longer appear when I double tap the home button. It is a new iPad mini, and the apps were appearing a couple of days ago, and now they're not. Not sure what's happening.

The first thing to try is a simple device reset:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
Second, your double-click speed may be off. You may want to look at the settings and change the speed to something possibly slower/faster, depending on how you actually click the Home button:
Settings/General/Accessibility/Home-click Speed

How do I get apps that appear in purchased list to down from cloud. The icon is greyed out?

I have a few app icons showing the cloud that I am unable to download. The app icon appears greyed out and in some cases the install button is showing half the icon as if it had become corrupt during a previous download.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.
Try logging out and back in with your AppleID - Settngs App > iTunes 7 qapp Stores > Tap your Apple ID > sign Out. then sign back in.

What country are you in ? Music, films and TV shows can't be re-downloaded in all countries - what can be re-downloaded where.
You should keep and maintain your own backup of all your purchases, as even if they could be re-downloaded as apps and ibooks can be, there is no guarantee that any item will remain in the store for future re-downloading.

Game apps won't appear in Apps store in Itunes

I connected my iTouch to Itunes and I usually go check the new released game apps on Itunes, but when I select the games from the dropdown menu, it won't even connect to it. It just becomes a blank white page. I tried just click on App Store and it won't connect either. Is there a bug issue or could it be my Itunes? I have the current updated Itunes using Vista.

Have you tried resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
