App World -- unable to download paid applications

I'm a curve 9380 user from Turkey. I recently tried to buy an application from the App World. There was a error message: "There was a problem connecting to the payment system. Your transaction has not been processed. Please try again later (Error Id: 13000)" ..... However, according to my credit card account, the price was succesfully claimed by the RIM services. And I can't download the application. How can I solve this problem?

You may not have the latest version of app world installed.  Head over to

  • Problem with downloading apps. "Unable to download application" error.Help please!

I'm having a major issue with updating or downloading apps. They won't download! I try to download an app, it's says "waiting", then it looks like it's about to download. Then, suddenly, the "loading"  bar gets halway filled, then it goes back to saying "waiting". This cycles about three or so times and then I get this message: "Unable to download application. Could not be downloaded at this time" with choices to be "done" or "retry".
I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this. I tried pausing the download and restarting, I tried soft and hard resets, I tried signing out and back into the App Store, I tried resetting my settings, I tried restoring the phone as a new iPhone, nothing works! I am at my wits end! I have an appointment at the Genius bar tomorrow, but I'm hoping someone here can help me so I won't have to keep that appointment.  I've tried searching for my problem in the forums but none of the results are like mine. Could someone please help?
EDIT: I also tried checking the iTunes queue. No purchases are stuck in the queue.

Just wanted to update, since I can no longer edit my original post. I tried disabling bluetooth. That didn't do any good, either.

  • BB 8220: App World can't download and Facebook App stopped working!

    Good day!
I have a BB Pearl Flip running on OS4.6.0.155 and everything seems to be working just fine: the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and even my apps but suddenly, while I'm surfing the net using my BB (via Wi-Fi), my FB app stopped responding and I thought there was just a limited connection but since then I can't access my FB app anymore wherever hotspot I go. It's just stuck on the loading page but I have my Twitter app working though. And in another event, I am trying to download the BlackBerry App World in my BB but it failed because of some error. I also tried downloading the FB app v. 1.9 (since I have a v. 1.7 only) but also failed. What seems to be causing these problems? And why can't I download BB App World (as well as any BB apps) anymore whereas I've downloaded my Twitter app before and it worked successfully?
It's bad enough that I can't upgrade my OS to version 5 but do I have to suffer being denied of access to my FB app and other downloadable apps on the BB site?
    Help me please.

  • App world locked on download

I tried to update my Twitter app today and got an error (typical on a brand new update due to traffic). Anyway, something happened and now app world is locked on "downloading" status for the Twitter update and I can't cancel it. I let it sit for about an hour and I don't get a timeout or anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello moze229,
Remove your battery for 10 seconds. Reinsert your battery and after the reboot cycle completes, go to My World within App World and click on Twitter to start the update.
Let me know how you make out.

  • My App World froze before download even started, Help Please?

    I have a BlackBerry Bold 9780.
I decided today to spend $4.99 to purchase Final Fantasy II. I went through the payment method, and when the app world was supposed to begin the download, the "Please Wait" Notification froze, I pressed the power off button to see if it was just App world that froze, but it was my entire phone. I removed the battery, powered up, and went back to my app world to download my $5 app. But it wont let me. It appears in the application list, when I select it, there is no Purchase Icon, or Download Icon. When I went to "My World" it didn't appear in my "Installed" application list, but it appears in my "Uninstalled" Application list...and it wont let me re-download it.
How can I fix this?? It'll be very upsetting if my phone just shafted me outta $5.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:
    1. Open App World
    2. Go to My World
    3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
    3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:
KB24714 How to clear the BlackBerry App World cache
    4. AppWorld should close.
    5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
    6. Return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes).
If step (4) does not happen as listed, then the clear cache did not work.
Hopefully it'll work for you! Good luck and let us know!

  • HT4623 app upates unable to download

I have several iOS apps that have updates available, but when I try to updated them thay do nothing.
I've never entered my password and it goes to the app icons but they never start to download.
After awhile a notice comes up that says "Unable to Download Application" with options to retry or done.
Anyone experiencing this have a solution?

Sometimes, an application is being modified and can't be updated. But if it happens to a lot of applications at the same time it would be weird.
You can always reboot your phone by holding the home button and the lock button simultaneously until it reboots. Not sure it'll solve it but it can't hurt.

Hey, i am hoping someone here can help me - i have used the "contact us" option with ovi store a few times and still had no response (despite receiving auto acknowledgements each time along with a customer care feedback survey)
I purchased an app on the ovi store, and have received my email receipt, but the download failed, the paid for app is not showing up in the 'my stuff' section for re-downloading, and it will not let me get it again without paying for it again

After sending the automated sms's and receiving confirmation reports the app displayed a message about connection error (something) and nope nothing happens.
    no downloadable app.
I checked billing online and the app was paid for.
After the first error message I tried again.
And because of  that I paid even twice for the app.

  • App World Login Error Download file

    Hello all,
When i'm making the login on the appworld website, after clicinkg the sign in button, I receive a message that IE cannot donwload the file.
This is not allowing me even to acess my appworld account once it stays blocked in this error.
    Any sugestion?

    Hey nmerendeiro,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
    Thanks for the question.
You can access BlackBerry World from the BlackBerry smartphone through Wi-Fi or your mobile data connection.  Internet Explorer shouldn't have to download any files if you're using a PC, just need to run a plug-in.
I would highly suggest you use the application on the BlackBerry smartphone.  Go to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download to download the app.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
    Cheers.

  • App Purchased - Unable to download

Greetings! I have recently just purchased an app on my Z10, however, I am encountering some issues.  I was actually unsure if the initial purchase (via Paypal) was successful, because I received an error stating: "Blackberry World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry World Server."  However, I received a receipt for my payment, notifying me the payment was successful.
Now the problem is the app did not download and does not show up in "My World" anywhere that I can find (either under downloaded or available).  When I attempt to purchase the app again I get a Payment Error stating: "You have already purchased this item.  Please go to "My World" and use the menu to refresh your purchase."
Again, despite following that advice I can't seem to download my recent purchase.  Is there any advice on what to do?  I have attempted restarting both the AppWorld and my phone without any luck.  Thank you in advance.

  • Unable to download paid version of premiere elements 13

im trying to download elements 13 onto my laptop that has windows 8 and when I run the program it says that both programs aren't saved to the same file. it then gives me the option to open another program on my computer or download an app onto my computer to save the files to and nothing has worked. ive seen a question on here before and they said to get ahold of customer care and theyre not responding.

    maddiek
Are you trying to download the tryout from Adobe web site or purchased installation files from the Adobe web site? Or other?
If this involves installation of purchased downloaded files from Adobe, do you have the serial number for this purchase yet?
Typically there are two files that go along with the Adobe download....exe which is either Adobe Application Manager or Akamai (acts to extract files from the .7z file (the program itself) and the .7z file which is the program itself.
    You need both files.
Please supply more details of the details so that we can help you succeed in the Premiere Elements 13 download and install.
    Thanks.
