APPCRASH on Windows 7 no matter what I do

Question

I am running Windows 7 home premium, 64 bit. I have tried every fix that I could possibly find on the internet to fix my Skype. I have reinstalled it countless times, deleted Appdata files, upgraded it, tried to install older versions, tried to clean up my registry, and I have even reinstalled Internet Explorer multiple times with multiple versions. None of them seem to make any difference, it is always the same; I reinstall Skype, I try opening it up, it comes up and then crashes, giving me the message below:

What am I doing wrong and why is Skype seemingly impossible to fix?

After closing the error dialog box I get a "Access violation at address 01ACE538 in module 'Skype.exe'. Read of address 00000048.
Is there a solution to this problem, Since I'm getting it even after removing and reinstalling Skype.
Please,  run the DirectX diagnostics tool (32-bit option).
Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.
Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.
