Appl_soap_management not found in SICF transaction

Hello All
In SP14 the WSADMIN transaction is obsolute so we are using SOAMANAGER transaction to create web service. To use this transaction we have to activate the appl_soap_management service in SICF but we can not find this service there.
Please let me know what is the problem .
Thanks
Sonal

Hi Sonal,
Sorry to asking this but I am also facing same as WSADMIN says its obsolete and appl_soap_management node is not there inside SICF.
I am wondering, how did you manage to solve this issue and make this soamanager t-code run in the system.
I am surprised that tcode exists but the related web dynpro application does not exist.
Any clue will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

This service is active as well.
But when i copied the same URL and pasted it in browser then my web dynpro component opened.
And i am able to open my web dynpro compoent from SE80 also.

  • SAP ADS FP Service HTTP Extension/RequestHeader not found in SICF

    Dear Friends,
I am trying to configure ADS between SAP EP NW 2004s EHP SP4 (Only Java)  to R/3 4.7 (Only ABAP+Integrated ITS).
As per document I have to Activate ICF Services FP from SICF on R/3 4.7.
    1. Log on to your SAP Web AS ABAP system
    2. Choose transaction SICF.
    3. Choose default_host u2192 sap u2192 bc u2192 fp in the tree.
    4. Choose Service/Virt.Host u2192 Activate
I am not able find this service. Except this step everything is fine. Most of the forums talked about ECC and NW 2004, 2004s based ABAP system but I don't see any R/3 4.7 based discussions.
Please let me know if there is some SAP Note we have to implement or some other service need to be activated.
    Thank You.
    Regards,
    Venkat

    Hello,
are you SURE you can run this on your basis version? I am not a basis guy, but I have never seen ADS working with 4.7. Maybe there is some expert around here, but for me that i s a pretty old system and maybe ADS will not run with that at all or will need to do some enhancements to make it run.

  • Transaction name not found

    Hello,
I have a question about the message "NAME NOT FOUND" on the transaction tab in SOLAR01 and SOLAR02.
Right now the system role points to our dev box and the blueprint was loaded into the blueprint area via a third party tool - intellicorp. The transactions loaded fine. However the name does not appear in the transaction fiedl for the transaction name. We get NAME NOT FOUND for the most part. To get the name for the transactions it apears we have to connect each transaction one at a  time to the dev box and which automatically pulls the name in.
Is there a way to pull the name in by doing it for the entire project?
    regards
    dan

Daniel - "Name not found" is typically a result of not having a Sandbox attached to Solution Manager while initially scoping your project. The Transactions Tab does not have a SBX from which to pull the Transaction name.
Once the SBX is connected to Solution Manager, try following the menupath Environment >> Update System Component Texts from either SOLAR01 or SOLAR02.
A background job will run which should update the names of the transactions. Again, you must have a SBX/DEV system connected for this to work.
    Hope this helps.

  • Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found

    Hi,
In FB50 I was trying to post the following entries:
    760100 (expense/cost element) Dr.     1000
    100000 (petty cash account)                         1000
When posting (ctrl+s) the following error appears "Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found". At this point system stops the transaction and exits from that t.code. On expanding the error the following is displayed :
"Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found
    Message no. KC051
    Diagnosis
The system could not find the entry with the following key in the COKA float:

    Cost element   = 760100
    Origin group   =
    System Response
An internal error has occurred. Processing stopped.
    Procedure
    Notify your system administrator."
We checked the table COKA and the above mentioned object no. was not found. So how is the system displaying this particular Object nu.?
Can someone please help to solve this problem?

    Hi friends,
we are having the same problem with PA objects in FI transactions. Object PA in COKA is different from object PA in COEP when we are posting.
Internal Error: KC051 Buffer not found.
Issue transactions are: F-02, FBB1, F110,... but curiously transaction F-01 works OK...
Any suggestions please? We don't know what we can do... we've checked all sustitutions and validations FI/CO but we don't find anything.
    Thank you in advance.

  • Current server is the coordinator and transaction is not found

    Hi,
We're using Weblogic 8.1 SP3. We have a single weblogic domain and 2 clusters in it. EAR1 is deployed in cluster 1 and EAR2 is deployed in cluster 2. EAR2 is compiled and created using j2ee.jar and not weblogic.jar.
We have a MessageDrivenBean which is CMT / Required in EAR1 calls a BMT Stateless Session Bean in EAR2.
A new transaction is begun in the BMT SB method and commit or rollback is called based on exception. A RuntimeException is thrown back to the MDB in case the transaction is rolled back in Bean Managed SB.
Sometimes from the Bean Managed SB the following exception is thrown:
javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: Current server is the coordinator and transaction is not found. It was probably rolled back and forgotten already.

I'm seeing a similiar problem on our servers recently and thought I would add my problem as well. We are using Weblogic 8.1; don't know which SP is in production. We have an EAR file with an SB EJB that puts messages in a queue. The EAR is deployed in a cluster along with the queues. The errors below occurred in 3 of the 4 WLS instances in our cluster. This happened during a peak period and lasted for several seconds in Production.

    Hi Phani,
What is the naming convention you are using at IDC? If you are sending the response to your TP, then make sure to send ReplyToMsgId as part of file name. If it is not a response, then send MessageType as 1 as part of file name.
For file naming convention required, please refer -

    Hello Gurus,
I have a couple of calculation views in HANA and each of them has text fields (like Employee Name, Country Name etc.).
As part of my project requirement, I have join those two views and get all the fields that exist in them.
When I am doing so, I am getting a weird error as shown below.

Upon, researching further, I could see that the value 'TSR HTKD JFSDFM' is the value in text field of Employee Name.
I did try to increase the length of the field and change the data types but nothing has worked.
Could you please help me in getting this one resolved.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
I am exactly facing the same issue:
Error: [129]: transaction rolled back by an internal error:  [129] transaction rolled back by an internal error: exception 141000274:
    But i found a fix :-) .....
This may be a very late reply but it would help people who desperately searching for an answer for this issue.
I used CAST function .. The problem is, we are selecting data from table and of course we dont know the size of the data (attribute) @ runtime. We assign the length by looking at the table attr length or view op attr length. But what happens is the junk data which exceeds the limit of the allocated space hence we get this error.
So i used CAST function to truncate the excess junk values (may be spaces).
    Example:
I have a ATTR view of date in the format YYYY-MM-DD which means 10 char size.
In my CALC view I have created date OP column of VARCHAR(10) but I get the above error for no reason. Eventhoug i am 100% sure about my ATTR date would be max of 10 char my CALC view is failing @ runtime.
So i did a CAST on date as CAST(my_date as varchar(10)) and the magic happend. It works .......
But you need to be careful in using this because if you use CAST you may lose data. Careful. In my case i dont.
Somebody from HANA team should look at this issue from SAP and solve this. I am sure it is a serious bug from HANA (eventhough i am using SAP HANA SP09 Rev 92 the most latest as of today !!!!!!!!!! )
    Enjoy....
    Thanks & Regards

  • Transaction RSPLAN don't work because of J2EE engine not found

    Hi,
I install successfully the new version.
I have some problems when i launch RSPLAN. The message "The J2EE is not found" appears. The browser is not launched.
When i go to the RSPLSA transaction, and i try to change the option from "Bex Portal Server "to - Free URL Prefix" and i insert: http://localhost:8000 - it does not ok too.
    Can you help me?
    Thanks.

    Hi Arnaud,
the transaction RSPLAN start the BI Integrated Planning. This application run only with the Java-Stack.
I think you have install the SAP NetWeaver 7.01 - ABAP Trial Version that only include the ABAP-Stack. If you intreset in SEM-BPS you can try "BPS0" - Planning Workbench for BW BPS this Applilcation based on the ABAP-Stack.

  • Capturing "transaction not found" errors ...

Is there any way of catching the error when a transaction is not found and has been called?.
I've tried a number of things but it does not look possible. The path I'm currently looking at is to check whether the transaction exists (Table TSTC) before the CALL is made, then and only then call the transaction. This sort of gets around the issue. In theory I know this should never happen, but as the menu system currently in place calls transactions and in some cases there are entries for apps that have not yet been created yet and hence have no transaction code yet. The method that I've mentioned will allow a polite message to "transaction does not exist" and avoid short-dumping.
I am surprised that I've never had to do this before and even more surprised that it's not intuitive to capture these errors. Unless anyone know differently.

    Hi,
I usually do what you've mentioned ... check to see if the tcode exists in table TSTC. In addition, I like to determine if the user has authorization for the transaction. FM 'AUTHORITY_CHECK_TCODE' serves this purpose well.
    Hope this helps ...
    Reward if helpfull...
    Cheers,
    Sundar.

    Hi Lisa,
    I have a suggestion.
The Revenue account in question may be problematic.
Can you try to change to another revenue account in your source db, and try to copy warehouse to target DB?
1.goto source db,and search for the specific warehouse and change the

    Hi Paulo,
you might try the following to solve the problem:
    1. In transaction SE38 start report RSCPINST.
    2. Add the language required at the left side and activate the settings.
    3. Afterwards refresh the buffer in SOLAR01 via menu Environment -> Update Component System Texts
    4. Restart SOLAR01.
    Best regards,

This error line does hint that you do have the required JARs in the classpath but there may be version different. If jar is missing you would have NoClassDefFound Error. But it say method signature not found. May be the jar that you are using do not have this method. Try using other version of the jar. Incase if you have like any java decompiler, you can always open this .class file and see if this method signature exists in that class.
    Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.objectweb.asm.ClassVisitor.visit(IILjava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;[Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)V
I do not know anything about asm, but just incase if this class happens to exist in any other package also but with different APIs (older versions) and you are referring them first. Usually this happens if we have same class with diff versions in diff jars and the order in which this class gets loaded. So if you have this same class but latest version put those JARs in the first before asm jars. You gave list of some packages, put the asm package in the end and see if that helps. Its just a hint as we do run into these kind of issues specially with diff version os Struts jars that we use everyday with weblogic.

  • CAS RecordStore Transaction not found

Getting the following error when running a baseline update. Has anyone else run into this issue? I have tried running recordstore-cmd.sh clean command which did not help and roll-back-transaction command throws same error. It seems only way to get around it is to drop and recreate the recordstore and run a baseline crawl to repopulate.
Is there anyway to recover a recordstore from this error without dropping and recreating it?

    Hi
Have u checked the checkbox "Reload Transaction" when you configure transaction?
If you have checked that it will reload everytime transaction is called.
    Thanks,
    Padma

This checkbox is only used at runtime when the Transaction is processed by the Runner servlet, and should not have anything to do with this error inside the WB.
