Is this Real? When logged into account I don't find missing information.

That kind of phishing scam is reported here several times a day. I sure hope you didn't follow a link to what you thought was an Apple login page. If you did, whatever information you entered is now in the hands of criminals.

Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple throughiTunes Store Support.

OK that's what Ithought you were talking about.
You can't actually delete an old Apple ID. You just sign into the new ID to use that one. Your old ID must be popping up because you used it in the past to purchase content with it. You cannot transfer purchases from one Apple ID to another Apple ID. You have to continue to use the old ID if you want to update content that was used to purchase with that ID.
Did you sign into your new account in the settings and you can't stay signed in?

As Linc has said, those purchases are tied to your 'work' Apple ID.
If you could proivde more information, maybe we can help.
So you don't have access to the email address associated with the Apple ID, but do you have your AppleID assword? Are you unable to update the purchases in the App Store? Did you forget the AppleID password at some point, and now you can not recover it? If so, have you tried using the security questions to recover your account?
Is this account tied to purchasing/billing for your former employeer, or is it a personal account that you happened to use your work email for?
If you can access your account, have you tried the steps in this article?

Apple ID is a little more flexible now in terms of renaming and using alternate email addresses, that is, if you can access the account.

Creating an Apple ID is very simple. Now one of the following may have happened:
Email may have sent to your spambox
Email may have sent to A different mailbox
If none of these happened then try it with A different email address.

Apple have sent me 7 or 8 emails asking me to verify my account but the email don't contain a link to click on in order to do this.

It's good you looked in the Manual first. Certainly not everyone does that.
With Apple products, I've found that not everything is completely documented, but sometimes if you try something that seems like it should work, it actually does work.
That's how I personally learned about this feature.

Absolutely spam - Apple would not use the ".org" since that usually indicates a school or non profit (charitable) organization - as an aside, I didn't realize spammers/crooks were charitable....

I have account with Google under a different name for the games I play, the game companies want access to Apple account and other email accounts to be able to contact all friends, aquaintances. So should I set Apple account on other account.

I have two accounts with Google, one for business other for games. The games companies want access to names of clients, aquaintenances, friends etc. I only have one account with Apple, using business account. So do I set up another account with Apple, for the games, to protect clients, friends and aquaintences. As I am sure that no one wants to be bothered by the different games. Go to http://appleid.apple.com and log in with the ID you are asking about. You will see the address which forms the login on the page: click 'Edit' next to it and change it to a working email address (not an Apple on) - though if it is in fact an Apple address itself (i.e. @mac.com, @me.com or @icloud.com) you can't change it.

Will Apple support send confirmation email if they have received the replacement product or not?

I have returned my replacement original product to the apple according to the process and its been 3 days, I haven't got confimation if they have received it or not. I sent the product from New zealand to Australia. The replacement product arrived in less than 3 days.

Did you send it insured/tracking enabled/delivery notification? I would check the tracking number. I had to send back a product once and did not receive an email; however, that was some time ago. I would not send anything without some sort of tracking or insurance. Also remember that it will always be shipped from them faster than the method used to ship something back.

Use Manage Apple ID in the link provided. You do not need to create a new Apple ID as the other poster suggesred. Once done you old e-mail wo't be used as an Apple ID anymore.
Do you have music, apps or books bought using the old Apple ID?
Note: Content bought using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.

When I try to log into my main Apple account (I'm using a side one to post this) on iTunes, it says my password is incorrect, which I know it isn't, and the password reset email never appears anywhere in my email. Anybody had this problem/have a solution?

My account suddenly started saying that my password for my apple ID is wrong, when I haven't changed it, and I know I've been typing it in correctly. So I tried to reset my password, but it needs my DOB for, and I created this account five years ago, and apparently didn't put in my actual one, so I can't reset my password that way. I got Apple to send me a reset email to the email address of the main Apple account, but the email never arrives in my inbox, or my spam/junk folders. I've tried this multiple times and still nothing. I've had to create a new account just to post this question, which is annoying in itself.
Can anyone help me?

I know not being able to access your Apple ID can be frustrating. I have located an article that will walk you through a series of troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

Refer to the Apple ID Support page if you are unable to reset your password using the steps in this article. If you know your Apple ID password, you can also choose to change your Apple ID or change your password.

Why would you keep creating new accounts?
Just change the e-mail address associated with the account.
Having more than one account will generally cause problems.
All purchases are always tied to the account from which they were purchased.
