Apple and its choices for Applications

I'm a little curious about the way tha Apple make a choice to accept ou refuse un application on itune store.
For example, why "swine flu detector" exist in "medecine" section ? It's an awful application, useful, and dangerous !
And it's not the worst !
I don't understand...

No one here would be able to answer that question as we are all just your fellow users. I also suspect that Apple will never give you a definitive answer. From what I have observed, as long as it isn't illegal or obscene, Apple lets it go up.
If you check out the information on the Apple Developer Connection pages, there are probably submission guidelines.
