Apple, can you please splurge on Developer Advocates for help in the forums

Google does it for Android... and I mean, you guys just make more money for each app that we get out there for sale, so why not pay a person or two who is sharp with C/Objective-C to just sit around and answer questions in the forum?
Your goal should basically be to have every question answered...

This isn't an Apple supported forum as far as I know. Hence the fact you have been able to ask iPhone questions even though we are all in breach of the NDA.
try asking your questions on the official apple Cocoa forum...often you'll get an answer from a developer there....and if not a developer, guys with a in depth knowledge of cocoa will often hep out.

Yo can copy the RSS link into Firefox address bar and it will open the feed and ask you which program you want to use to read the feed. There are many RSS readers out there. I use Outlook and the free Protopage (www.protopage.com).

yes you are correct in your statement but i was curious to see if that interpretation was correct so i called....after about 15 minutes a supervisor came on the phone and said the update is not available for the original iPhone because it is only for the 4.0 software which is not compatible with the original iPhone...and i may not have actually known what was going on but i did realize that i could not make phone calls at certain times even though I had 1 or 2 bars....now i realize this was because of the "incorrect signal strength formula" that has been present since the launch in the original iPhone as you stated....just becuase i could not pinpoint the problem (becuase i am not an engineer) does not mean i used the phone flawlessly with no problems...now that i now what the cause of the problem is i can identify it every time it happens...i used to just think that maybe the call was dropped but in fact i never had any service to begin with because the phone incorrectly displayed that i had service when i did not

That probably means that you're not looking at a bug in Photoshop, but a problem with a driver - and the most likely cause would be your video card driver.
And sure enough, your video card driver is almost 2 years out of date.
Please go to NVidia's website and get the latest driver - then follow their directions for installation (so you don't get bits of old driver left over).

This is an Itunes problem - not an apple device/hardware problem. There are no other means to contact Apple for resolution on iTunes software problems. This issue has gone unanswered/unsolved since April.

Apple does not provide technical assistance in these forums, as was said in the Terms of Use which are presented when we first sign up for the Discussions. It's all user-to-user here.
As to the other thread, we really can't help the OP since s/he didn't include enough details about the system setup to begin to make a diagnosis and never came back to the Discussions to provide additional information. For your problem I'd suggest that you start a new topic with your issue rather than tacking onto a months-old thread. That rarely provides useful results.

Facebook has not been loading properly for me since Feb. 22/14. Can you please check what is wrong with Firefox. The web-site Facebook works fine on Safari.

I've had issues with Facebook not loading certain areas of the web-site correctly or fully since Feb. 22. When I first go onto Facebook I am on the home page "news feed". Thing is when I click on the tab at the bottom of the news feed that says "see more", nothing is happening. It refuses to open the feed up to older posts which friends or myself have posted. Only about 6 - 8 posts at the max show on that home feed. That's it.
My other issue, also in Facebook is when I go to access my "messages". First click on the tab "messages" brings up a white page. Then if I refresh the page to see if it will load, the messages page loads very weird. It shows the last message I may have replied to at the bottom of the screen, but over lapping on top of the list of previous messages to the left of the page. Plus the page appears extremely different than it should. Just like it's been re-formatted or whatever.
Since these 2 issues started on Saturday afternoon I've switched over to the Safari browser on my iMac. On that browser Facebook is performing properly, as it should be. It's not overlapping messages. Plus the home feed isn't refusing to extend for me so that I may view older stories or posts by friends. All appears fine while accessing Facebook on the Safari browser. Not so while on Firefox. I am running the most up to date version of Firefox. "27.0.1" Plus I have a habit to clear the browser's history daily & restarting the browser as well as my iMac. So I do not believe those are my problems. I feel there may be something you guys there at Firefox should look into on this.

On a separate note what has happened to the quality of the Metalink forums. I thought they were supposed to be the best place for customers with fully paid up Oracle licenses to get information and advice about their products. We probably pay tens of thousands of pounds per year for a support contract yet struggle to get answers to Metalink forum questions. You can raise a TAR to get a better response time but shouldn't have to for simpler questions. The majority of posts on their are seemingly ignored and where there are responses they rarely come from Oracle employees (when they do appear its usually for the basic been answered before questions!). Anyone can create an account here at OTN and will receive a quick response from Frank and the rest of the team.

You could restarting your phone that sometimes fixes issues
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart (no data will be lost).

i am about in the same boat as you. The help is useless so is the tech support, that is if your willing to wait a few hours to reach them if you can that is. If things do not improve at adobe im canceling too.
Here is the good news i have most the abode programs i use regularly installed, they can be hacked so when i cancel i still can use photoshop and other programs. I do have the .dll files needed to do such a hack and its easy to just repace the files so it never will ask subscription information again.
so im loosing nothing but useless tech support and my online storage. Get your **** staight adobe or is hack my computers software time.
