they charge me separated for the cable & adapter , and charge 51.36$ for the full bill !!!

For the film not playing, you can use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.

Read what i say. Put iPhone in DFU mode. Connect with USB cable and restore.

If your iPhone was hacked/jailbroken to use a different carrier then the update locks it back again to the original carrier.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you have no service on the iPhone. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. There is one step you did not mention trying that i think is worth trying.
If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Remove the SIM card. If the SIM card is damaged, worn, or bent, or if it's too big or small for the SIM tray, contact your carrier for a new one. Then reinsert the SIM card.

Delete the email. The zip file will have no effect on your iPhone.

I recently reloaded AC-130 spectre app on my iphone. I had purchased this game awhile back. As i was reloading after updating my iphone you guys charged me again. So i paid twice for the same game, that *****! Can i get some remedy?

New iPod nano, comes with a USB cable and CLIP? Whats it for?

My new ipod 2gb nano comes with a usb cable and a little clip or stand type thing that the nano can sit in and at the bottom has a hole that the usb wire sort of fits through but it isn't made to sit on the desk, its more like a clip of something, any ideas what this is or how to use it?

The extra piece is the adapter for the Universal Dock. The dock has a well in it and there's an adapter for each size of iPod that goes into it.

Couldn't find the power adapter. what should do?

I moved into an new house a couple weeks ago. I couldn't find the power adapter of the WRT54G router. It may have gottten lost during the moving.
I bought this router from Staples last year. When I checked with them yesterday, they were saying that they don't sell the power adapter seperately. What should I do now? I couldn't get the home network set up without the power adapter of the router. Any help will be appreciated.

Try Radio Shack or The Source (Radio Shack in Canada). Take the router and any documentation that came from it so that the adapter can be matched. (Note the specs in the appendices, which should show 12V DC, 0.5A) Also suggest Best Buy or Future Shop (if in Canada), since they sell Linksys routers and have a good service desk.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
