Apple Corporate Complaint Line/Address?

Does such a thing exist? I became an Apple costumer about 18 months ago - first the iPod and then the iBook. Apple has a top ten list of reasons Apple is better. Their number one reason to switch is that their products "just work". They explicitly say that they don't crash. Well, I haven't found that to be the case. I the last 18 months, I have had my iPod replaced THREE times due to hard drive failure, and my iBook hd replaced once. (In total, I have had four hd crashes.) Two weeks after the repair, the iBook has a program lock up at least once a day (oftentimes four or five times in a day). It is counterproductive and against their explicit claims against this sort of thing never happening.
I know that my problems aren't unique. After a number of visits to the genius bar, I have had many opportunities to commisurate with other Apple users experiencing the same problems.
Is there someone at corporate I can talk to about this?

I changed my Apple ID (new email address, same account), via the Apple website on my laptop, but when I try log into ITunes on my iPad, it still has the old ID. It is greyed out, so I can't change it. On researching further, it seems I have to sign out of iTunes and sign back in using new address. Ok so far, but when I do this, it asks if I want to delete the account and any data on the cloud. If I do this, and sign in with changed ID, will all the data be there Or will it be lost? Thanks for any advice.

Sounds like apps purchased from those accounts got synced to the iPod and it is asking to log into that account to update them.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
What do yo see if yo go to the Updates Section of the App Store app?

I am trying to set up iCloud on my various devices. When I log in with my iTunes (Apple id) it keeps coming back and stating
"Verify your account. This Apple ID's email address cannot be verified. Change your apple ids email address at appleid.apple.com to sig into i cloud"
My apple id has been alive and in use for years on iTunes etc. I have tried a different address and password and still get the same result

If your email address is valid, just go to https://appleid.apple.com/, click "Manage your account" to the right,sign in, click Name, ID, and Email Addresses to the left, then click "Verify now" next to your email address. Apple will send you an email to this address with a verification link. Otherwise add an alternate email address that can be verified.

If you want to change your iCloud ID or password on your phone go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your updated information. Note: this only deletes the account and any synced data from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts it will be synced back to your device when you sign back in.

Everytime I attempt to use my Apple ID associated with iTunes with iMessage, iCloud, or Facetime, it tells me: 'Unable to verify email because it is already in use'. I've been playing around with it and find when I enter another email address other then the one associated with my iTunes account, it'll work. Put this here as I couldn't see a forum that deals with Apple ID so, iTunes, IOS, Mountain Lion?? No idea.
Anyway, I started the process to migrate to iCloud mail accounts (I already use iCloud for calendar sync etc) as I've never really liked Gmail's IMAP and I only ever use it's web interface to go and sort out one of the countless glitches I have when trying to get Gmail IMAP to work well with different Mac/IOS mail clients. Must admit I was quite disappointed to find that I could not then use my iCloud email address as my Apple ID.
I can understand the desirability of having a secondary non-iCloud email address as a secondary address too, esp if Apple needs to contact you in the event of service issues. But I do find it a PITA that my Apple ID rescue email address needs to be different to my Apple ID and my rescue email!! Why for God's sake?? I only want one secondary email address, the same address I'd like to use to rescue my ID details!!! But no, now I need a THIRD email address!!

I've had the 2nd generation Apple TV since this past October when it was released and it has worked fine until I recently changed my Apple User Name (email address). After changing my user name my Apple TV and iPhone 4 no longer find my shared network. Home sharing is enabled on all devices, including my Sony Vaio Laptop, iPhone4, and Apple TV 2nd generation. Everything else has remained constant, including service provider, router, modem, and internet security (Trend Micro). Also, my library is on a networked hard drive, which didnt seem to make a difference before, but I figured I'd mention it. Any thoughts?

Thank you for the information. He confirmed that the ID and password are the same on every device. This only started happending when he changed his User Name with Apple.
--Itunes is running on a Windows Vista Machine (Sony Vaio)

I need to know the command line address for Downloads

I had a problem with an exe file in Downloads within Firefox and was not able to delete it. I finally got things working OK but would like to know the command line address (under Vista) for Downloads in FireFox.
I looked in 'Computer' but could not find the Downloads folder anywhere in Mozilla folders. Downloads under my 'user' was empty.
I resolved the problem, not quite sure what I did, but would still like to know this address for the next time I have to crawl under the hood and use MS DOS commands at a Safe Command Line environment.

I am not sure what command line you are looking for. Do you want to know where Firefox downloads files? If that is the case, in the Tools menu select Option to open the Options dialog. Select the General panel, you can specify on that part of the options dialog where to download files.
Providing you have Firefox set up to remember download history (that is the default setting), you can open the download window (in the Tools menu select Download), then right-click on a file in the list and choose "Open Containing Folder" to be taken to where the file was downloaded.
