Right - BestBuy ≠ AT&T. As I understand it, it can happen at an AT&T Store because the store manager can authorize the early upgrade on the account. I don't think that can be dome 'centrally' (i.e. by calling AT&T customer service) so that it would show up at a BestBuy or Apple Store when you went to purchase an iPhone. Looks like you're stuck waiting a month (at which point the sale will probably be over, right?) or going to an AT&T Store and paying full price.

I wanted to buy an iPhone this week, because of the sale going on at Best Buy. Well, my AT&T account isn't eligible for upgrade until next month, and the people at AT&T said that normally they can change upgrade eligibility when a customer wants to buy a device, but that they can't with the iPhone because of rules set forth by Apple.

You bandwagon-jumpers have really been stinking up the Apple community these last few years. Stomping about with your aesthetically-impaired judgment on full display, hollering about the loss of the "open Apple" key, demanding a way to "maximize" your windows, loudly proclaiming your allegiance to a platform you adopted last week when you probably don't even know the origins of Clarus.
Farewell to you all! This culling is long overdue.BTW, when you alienate newer Apple customers, you decrease the amount of customers that Apple has, period. That means less profits for Apple. That means less money going to research and more to Steve Jobs. So eventually, I think that it would be incredibly funny if Apple were to continue this trend. They will continue irritating customers to the point where Apple is back to having a fan base of just the 12 original Mac owners.. apparently you are one of those fools.

If it's an iPad 1, it's no longer in warranty, so yes, it's going to be expensive to repair. Definitely consider purchasing a newer model. You can also check the Apple Online Store for refurbished models. They go quickly, though, I've heard.

The App store is very strange; I purchase one app, downloaded two freebies; and now when trying to buy another one, it won't let me. After verifying my ID with password, etc., I get the 'pay for' routine with a get purchase info dialog... when I click on it, the pizza wheel starts spinning and nothing else happens.
It asks me "Are you sure you want to buy?" and I affirm; then I get the verification screen again and I enter my password, then click the 'billing info' button... the wheel spins, spins, spins....

Quit the Mac App Store if it's open.
Now launch iTunes. From the iTunes menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Click: *Reset warnings* and Reset cache* Quit iTunes.
Restart your Mac.
Try the Mac App Store.
If that didn't help, open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left then open the Library folder then the Preferences folder. Move the com.apple.appstore.plist and the com.apple.storeagent.plist files to the Trash.
Now back to the Library folder then open the Caches folder then the com.apple.appstore folder, move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
And from Library/Cookies move the com.apple.appstore.plist file to the Trash.
See if that helps.

It use to work, now i updated my Apple Tv and my ipad and now my IPAD music doesn't want to stream to my apple TV how can it get fixed
Clean the lint/debris from the charging port and plug the cable in.

How can I watch a Disney movie from the Disney website I have purchased movie cd and I can go to the website on by gateway computer but can't get it to play on my iPad it wants me to download flash but apple doesn't support flash or I can down loadQuickTime but don't know how. Says to email website did that but takes me back to same place to email help
Contact iTunes Customer Support, but honestly, there are no returns for iTunes purchases.

Do a reset by holding the power and home button until the apple logo appears ignoring the slide to power off (no data loss).

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.

It sounds like your Click Wheel iPod is showing a sad iPod icon. If it will go into Disk Mode you may be able to restore it, take a look at the article and quote below for more information about the alert and possible resolutions.

Resolution
In most cases, the sad iPod icon indicates a hardware issue. If you are able to force iPod into Disk Mode, then it may not be a hardware issue, and you should try to restore your iPod with the latest software.
If you cannot force your iPod into disk mode and restore it, then your iPod is in need of service. Set up an iPod Service Request or make a reservation at the Genius Bar before visiting your local Apple Retail Store. To make a reservation:

Hello guys! I have a very tragic story about the my friend's iPad. She recently bought some apps on her iPad, but iTunes store withdrew no money from her account. Today Appstore asked to recheck the payment card. During the checking process, it asked to contact the iTunes support to complete the payment process. My friend has enough money to buy that apps. Without this procedure, iPad doesn't want to buy any applications, or download free stuff.

I just purchased a new computer that runs windows 8 and it doesn't want to recognize the time capsule as an external hard drive (ie doesn't show up under my compter). I've downloaded and run airport utility, but it seems to have a hard time finding the time capsule...maybe one out of 10 times it will find it.
What's more, when I look under network infrastructure under the control panel, it shows my Broadcom ADSL centurylink Router...so I'm wondering if my modem/router combo is overriding the router function on my timecapsule and the time capsule is not being used as a router...
Any help much appreciated!In this case the TC should be in bridge mode.
Win8 is still problematic. Try using ethernet instead of wireless. I think the drivers are poor still and it is well worth having a try via ethernet if you haven't already.
Otherwise you will need to wait for apple to release bonjour for windows 8 and airport utility.. which is not out yet.
Also make sure the windows is set to home, not work or public.. even turn off the firewall.
Open windows explorer and type the TC ip address into the address bar.. (none of which is perhaps the same.. I gave away windows at vista.. shudder)

My Iphone fell down, and then It started to dysfunction many times.
It didn't stop to turn off, and turn on, then return off...
And now It doesn't want to turn on.hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
if that doesn't work take it to the apple store and bring some money with you an out of warranty iphone 5 is $269 U.S I believe.
