Apple earpods not working well

When i listen to music with my headphones if i move or press the cable right above the jack voice control starts or when i move around the music stops or changes..the problem is mainly that the headphone commands start randomly when the cable moves or when i press the cable right above the jack.
CAN THEY BE FIXED OR SHOULD I BUY NEW ONES?

If they're under warranty (same warranty as the iPhone) bring them to Apple for replacement.

Apple TV not working well with time capsule

So, I have an apple time capsule which serves two functions: wifi base station and the repository for my massive iTunes library. I connect this via wifi to my Apple TV (not sure which generation it is). The media seems to play well when I play it on my computer, but the Apple TV has a very hard time playing it, sometimes not even showing pieces of media I know are there. Also, doing airplay from my computer or iPad to the Apple TV is very inconsistent. Also experience the same playing issue with netflix. I have recently resorted to watching most things on my iPad and experience no problems.
Suggestions? One thing that comes to my mind is to do a factory settings reset on the Apple TV. Would that do anything?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are having issues with content on your Apple TV. It sounds like you have everything set up correctly and you are very aware of how the content should be displayed and played. At this point yes, I would suggest restoring the Apple TV back to factory settings and then joining it back to your network and testing. Apple Earpods - Not Working. Help?

I have apple earpods and recently one of the sides stop working. You can hardly hear on the side that isn't working.
Would Apple trade my earpods for new ones?
- I still have my 1 year warrenty and it doesn't expire until December 25, 2013.

If you have ruined two sets, I suspect it is the way you are treating them. From what you describe it sounds like undue strain is being put on the jack, like maybe you are unplugging them by pulling the wire instead of grasping the jack. Or maybe the phone is allowed to dangle from the cord.
At any rate, if they replace them, and only Apple will be the judge on this, you should pay attention to any possible undue strain you are putting one the cord.

I bought the EarPods separately from my iPhone on August 19, as the ones that came with it also broke the same way, at an apple store in Denver (where I live). They have warranty and everything, but will apple replace them under the warranty? Aluminum Apple Remote not working well with Keynote '09 v.5.0.4

I have an i7 17" MBP and I purchased the aluminum remote to go with it. I do training/presentations for a living and generally halfway through various presentations, the remote will stop controlling them. Sometimes if I restart Keynote it will work again. Sometimes I have to reboot the computer. Other times it just doesn't work at all.
I can use it with my 2007 G4 17" MBP, but I haven't used it enough to see if it develops the same issues as the i7.
I've gone to Preferences > Security > General and tried to pair the remote with the laptop, but holding down the Menu and Next keys at the same time for a few seconds...or minutes... does not bring up the "paired" graphic. I've tried the Menu button and every other key, just to be sure, with the same lack of result.
What the hey? (And, no, "Disable remote control infrared receiver" is not selected.)

I have the white remote stop working on my new 15"MBP occasionally too. Same as you described in the post, it happens pretty randomly. I can get it back to work doing a unpair/pair under system preference panel though. It ***** but better than restarting the computer like you did, try that next time, just takes seconds...
after reading your post I guess I'll give up on trying to buy a aluminum remote. Logitech R400 looks very promising, if you give presentation all the time it might worth the investment.

Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. These are user-to-user support forums, so in almost all cases the only people who will reply to your posts are, like me, your fellow users.
As to your issue, Apple does not and never has made a wristwatch as such. The only thing close to a watch that they have made was the 6th-generation iPod nano:

which has a clock feature and which some people have worn as a wristwatch. Is that what you mean?

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

(1) You say you did the symbolic link. I will assume this is set correctly; it's very important that it is.
(2) I don't know what you mean by "Been feeding the [email protected] for several weeks now, 700 emails each day at least." After the initial training period, SpamAssassin doesn't learn from mail it has already processed correctly. At this point, you only need to teach SpamAssassin when it is wrong. [email protected] should only be getting spam that is being passed as clean. Likewise, [email protected] should only be getting legitimate mail that is being flagged as junk. You are redirecting mail to both [email protected] and [email protected] ... right? SpamAssassin needs both.
(3) Next, as I said before, you need to implement those "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server." Once you have that done and issue "postfix reload" you can look at your SMTP log in Server Admin and watch as Postfix blocks one piece of junk mail after another. It's kind of cool.
(4) Add some SARE rules:

If you are referring to online gaming, then PS3 like all non-apple devices uses upnp to open ports.
Apple uses NAT-PMP to open ports.. East and West.. never the twain shall meet.
If it is internal wireless issues.. that is different.. airport should be just like any other wireless router.
