I gather from AWUG that 'clippings' is no longer available.
This is a kind of disaster as I am a lecturer and instead of 'death by powerpoint' as its known by students, I make simple pdfs with a minimum of text and a little picture from clippings. Its fast, efficient and far more pleasant and interactive than a mass of grey text which is typical of ppt. I just don't have time to faff around looking for clip art, it may sound easy but its time consuming and time is of the essence in my job. Apple Education please note.
Apple doesn't read these forums for feedback. Since there has never been a feedback page for AppleWorks the suggestion was to post to the main Apple feedback page.
However, since AppleWorks was declared end-of-life back in August, 2007, any feedback about it will fall on deaf ears. End-of-life means no more development, bug fixes or any support by the developer. Those who use AppleWorks are fortunate that it continues to work as OS X advances. But the "writing is on the wall." With each system update AppleWorks develops more & more glitches. It is long since time to find another option. I don't use them, but a couple of programs that come with built-in clip art are Swift Publisher by Belight Software & Print Shop. IMO, even Print Shop has much better quality clip art than the online clippings of AppleWorks.

In most scenarios you shouldn't need to forward ports, however if you need to, you may be best contacting your ISP.
As with most router issues, I would recommend that you contact your ISP with details of your problem (assuming that it was your ISP that provided it to you).
There are simply too many manufacturers with different software features and settings and often different names for such features and settings, that the best advice will likely come from those that are knowledgeable about your particular router.

Yes the phone belongs to me. It was purchased from United Kingdom Vodafone to West Africa, i had to factory unlock to use any sim in it. so it belongs to me. I did the activation myself, now after updating my iphone to the latest update, it required a user id and password to activate the phone, but anytime i enter the details, it tells me the user Id is not correct but the password is correct..

I applied and received an upgrade code to Redeem Mountain Lion for my new MBP.
I get this message when I try to Sign in to the App Store after entering the redemption content code, and also if I just try to "Sign In". The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.
I received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.
I also tried to re-create this appleID...(it was one suggestion I saw for this issue) It doesn't let me since the ID already exists...
The error is:
"This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." I click "Review", next message "You must turn on cookies to continue. Cookies must be enabled if you want to create or edit.. etc."
It's clearly not a cookie issue.. Stuck...The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.

As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here: ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store. -

Only the Apple ID that was used to enable "Find My iPhone" on the device can be used to bypass Activation Lock. -

After installing Mountain Lion, iMessages and Facetime does not work. When I try to sign-in I get a message that says: The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later. After 4 calls to apple and 8 and a half hours on the phone. The apple people does not how to solve the problem. The last thing they told me is that they will send the problem to their engineers and I will hear from them. unfortunately they have not contact me.
During the phone calls I tried putting the date and time in automatic, changing the username and password, I even tried using somebody elses username and password. Please help, facetime is my tool to telecomute, and it is hurting my job.I had the same problem and found the solution here:

Hi, I have just downloaded icloud, its on my desktop fine. When I try to log-in with my usual itunes id, it tells me - I have a valid apple id but not an icloud account. Am I being dumb or should I be doing something else? - please help, its doing my head in....
You should have been assigned an @me.com email address, which is the login. If you moved from MobileMe "paid" then that will be the Apple ID to use.

I have an Apple ID and trying to sign in for the 1st time on iTunes. When I do, I get the message: "This Apple ID has not been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." When I do, it brings me to the same AppleID login window, and I get stuck in the same loop. I never get to the following screen to enter my account info. What's going on?? This is MADDENING!

Shankar.MThis is information you you have created an apple id.
To use this apple id for the itunes store, you have to agree to the terms and conditions and enter in the requested information before you can use the store.
When you create an apple id it does not mean you gain access to all apples features, you would need to create a :-
Itunes id
Facetime id
Game centre id
imessage id
icloud id
You can use the same email address as each login. but until you agree to each terms and conditions you wont be able to access the services.
This is usually done the first time you access each service and sign in with your apple id.
As to iTunes you need a little extra as they will request to confirm details as to address, etc, with the payment information they can confirm you are actually in that country you are trying to purchase from.
Once you have added the credit card details, you can go back in a set payment method to none and remove the credit card details once you have activated the itunes on your apple id.
Basically this message you are getting is just ADDING the feature of iTunes store to your apple id, and confirms you have not got a iTunes id yet. -

Ho comprato un adattatore originale Apple "lighitning to 30 pin adapter" per poter usare i mei vecchi cavi dell'iPhone4 con il nuovo iPhone5.
Se collego l'adattatore (con il vecchio cavo delliPhone4) direttamente all'iPhone5 , tutto funziona.
Ma se collego l'adattatore (con il vecchio cavo delliPhone4) all'iPhone5 tramite la "base dock" , l'adattatore non viene riconosciuto e non funziona.
Pensando che l'adattatore fosse rotto, ho riprovato con altri identici adattatori originali, ma il risultatato è lo stesso.
Quindi penso che potrebbe essere un errore di progettazione della base dock che supporta unicamente la connessione diretta tramite un cavo lighning e non supporta la connessione se in mezzo c'è l'adattatore !! -
