Apple Feedback has fallen over

If you go to
apple.com/feedbacl/iphone.html
you cannot get past the drop-down box "Feedback Type" (nor possibly "OS Version).
Is there an alternate to giving Apple some direct feedback? Other than phone call?

Try to use another browser, I don't have such a problem. (Using Safari Version 5.1.4 (7534.54.16) on Lion 10.7.3)

I have just upgraded to OSX Maverick and now my Apple TV has taken over my iTunes videos. I have tried turning off homeshare and iHave gone into system prefs and disabled the remote, but the problem persists. Any ideas.

After upgrading to OSX Maverick my Apple TV has taken control of my iTunes videos insisting I have to watch it on my TV. I have tried disabling home sharing on iTunes and on the Apple TV menu, I have also checked the disable Infrared facility in Systems Prefs Security. Even if I put the Apple TV in standby as soon as I hit a key on my iMac, Apple TV comes back on and on my Itunes screen I get the Apple TV logo imprinted on the screen, meaning I can no longer watch it on my MAC, I have run out of ideas. Can anyone help.

I think you're headed the right direction. There is an AirPlay icon (on mine it is up near the play/pause controls) that I believe is used to set the default desitination for the video to play.
I'd never seen your issue before, but opened iTunes on a recently-upgraded-to-Mavericks MacBook and it did exactly as you described. While the video was loading, I switched the AirPlay option to the computer instead of ATV and it began playing locally (after a delay as you'd mentioned). I then read this page, which is actually quite old: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1091073, which lead me to the icon near the play/pause button. It now has Computer selected on it, and defaults to play locally instead of the ATV even after quitting and reopening iTunes. I hope that is helpful.

"Accessing Apple TV" has taken over 5 minutes

We just installed a second Apple TV. Unlike the older one, this one is capable of 1080p. However after selecting a movie for the first time on the new Apple TV, the words "Accessing Apple TV" and the spinning gear have remained on screen for close to ten minutes. We have no problem viewing movie trailers. Why should a movie take so long to download? The unit is connected by Ethernet cable.

I solved my own problem. After going to Settings > General > Restart, Apple TV worked as it should by downloading a movie without difficulty.

MPI has fallen over...

Since I updated to 10.5.4, I can't compile MPI parallel programs. The linker brings up 153 errors in <mpi.h>, seemingly undefined symbols. The same list of errors seems to be present either compiling in Xcode or from the shell (using mpicc). Anyone have any ideas?

Try re-installing your MPI software to see if that helps.

You can only obtain warranty OR post warranty service in the country of original purchase
As your iPhone has user damage it has no warranty
IF the iPhone originated from Spain or another EU country you can get out of warranty service in any EU country

Apple id has been disabled....over it

my iphone keeps saying my apple id has been disabled .....i have followed procedures and reset password...signed out and back in and it says i have to verify billing info and to click ok when i do it takes me to screen asking for itunes apple id password to which i put new password in and it just keeps doing this over and over and over please help anyone

On my iMac:
I had to go into my device settings > Display
then I set the "Optimize for:" to "CAT-6066"
after that I selected the "Scaled" option right underneath
then i selected 1080i because the Kanex Pro is designed to convert 1080i into component
I was then able to get my NewTek Tricaster 40 to recognize that component signal from the Kanex Pro and add it to my production as 1080i or as 1080p/30. The frame rate looks great and the video quality is very smooth and in real time.

If you can log into the computer, go to the Mac App Store and purchase Mavericks under your AppleID. Even though its free, they still consider it a purchase.
If you are not able to log into your Mac you can try on a different Mac. Once you purchase it, you can stop the download if you want.
Once you do that then you should be able to reinstall via the Recovery HD

Despite several attempts over the last several months to report problem, dragging pins etc, nothing has changed
Patients constantly get lost and are late for appointments

If it makes you feel any better, try getting someone like Garmin to fix a map error on their devices. The other side of the coin for something like Garmin is that they charge for map updates, and because of that, many people just don't update the maps. So, even if the data gets corrected, many users won't see it.
While there should be a better way to report/update, I'm not sure if/when we might see it. Since the map data is on the server side, and not resident on the phone, it should not be something that would require an update to the iOS. I guess other than reporting and providing feedback, the best we can do is wait.
On another note, for the map data for my town and location, the Apple map is superior to the Google one. The satellite data is newer and the Apple map has more of the newer streets than Google. I know that is probably a surprise, but if you come around here, your better to have the Apple maps.

I have placed an address location into the CONTACTS list and when I ask SIRI to "take me there" it found a TOTALLY different location in the metro area with the same street name. I have included the address, the quadrant, (NE) and the ZIP code into the CONTACTS list. As it turns out, no amount of canceling the trip or relocating the address in the CONTACTS list line would prevent SIRI from taking me to this bogus location. FINALLY I typed in Northeast for NE in the CONTACTS list (NE being the accepted method of defining the USPS location quadrant) , canceled the current map route and it finally found the correct address. This problem would normally not demand such a response from me to have it fixed but the address is one of a hospital in the center of town and this hospital HAS a branch location in a similar part of town (NOT the original address SIRI was trying to take me to). This screw up could be dangerous if not catastrophic to someone who was looking for a hospital location fast and did not know of these two similar locations. After all the whole POINT of directions is not just whimsical pasttime or convenience. In a pinch people need to rely on this function. OR, are my expectations set too high?
How does the iPhone select between one app or the other (Apple Maps or Gppgle Maps) as it relates to SIRI finding and showing a map route?
Why does SIRI return an address that is NOT the correct address nor is the returned location in the requested ZIP code?
Is there a known bug in the CONTACTS list that demands the USPS quadrant ID be spelled out, as opposed to abreviated, to permit SIRI to do its routing?

siri will only use apple maps, this cannot be changed. you could try google voice in the google app.

Firefox has taken over my computer to the extent that I can't get out of firefox back to my regular homepage and moreover I can't even log out or shut down.

When I try to log on as I have usually done I get a small window

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. I got a similar email. It's obviously Spam. The double period afetr the first sentence and the otherwise poor grammar are dead giveaways even before I checked out the link embedded. -- I didn't click on it, just hovered over it to get the url. Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion.
