Apple how is possible that the guy stolen my iphone with find my iphone activated get into my apple id account and erase my iphone without my password??
My iphone was stolen and i have activated "Find my iphone", when i log in on my icloud accont to find my iphone it was desconected and i activate the lost mode and i gonna be alerted when my iphone get online again. But oh what a surprise 45 minutes later someone restore my icloud password and login in my account and erase my iphone??? How is that possible, he doesnt have my password or how he get into my account and reset my apple id???
I am very disapointed with Apple because i have activated "Find my iphone" and have a long passcode active and it was not enough because the guy who stole my iphone can resotre my apple id password and get into my icloud account and deactivate "Find my iphone" then when i try to login into my apple id account surprise my password is incorrect?? and i have to recover it when i login to my icloud accont my iphone is not longer have "Find my iphone" active??
Apple guys i need your answer because the app "Find my iphone" isnt secure and usefull because the guy who stole my iphone can get into my apple ID account to erase my iphone, VERY DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER.

I can't find any solution. I don't even remember when I changed my apple ID! So does that means I cant recovered my purchased apps from my " old" account? I am totally innocent, for I did not intend to "Change" my account name

Deleting an account from a device will not delete the information from the account, if that is what you are asking. -
When I synced my iphone to our computer, it took on my husbands apple id account and now it asks for his password to update apps. How do I get mine back?
Yes, you can delete them from your phone by tapping the icon until it jiggles, then tap the black x. You can verify that your Apple ID is still correct for future purchased by going to Settings>Store>Apple ID (at the bottom). If it's wrong, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in using your ID. Then you should be good to go.

- You can only sync an iPod to one iTunes library/computer. You can however, manually manage music and videos among different libraries.
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

Someone got into my iTunes store account and purchased stuff with this app called Kingdom Conquest. I got charged like $39 and I have no clue who it is and how they got my information. Frankly I'd be very interested to learn the true statistics concerning such issues. Unfortunately it's been the experience of many people over a long period of time that these statistics will never be attainable. How can I clear the data from my iphone without powering it on?
So, in an attempt to avoid a $50 charge at the apple store, I decided to replace my screen myself. I've done this plenty of times before without any incident, but this time, some how the battery terminal on the logic board came off with the battery harness, like the soldering broke off. So, since I'm close to the end of my contract, and want to switch phones and carriers, I'm trying to sell my iphone 4 as is, to help cover the cost of a new phone. The only issue is that now that I can't turn the phone on, I can't clear out the memory before I sell it. is there some way that I can do this without the battery, or having to turn it on?

Connect the phone to the computer. Open iTunes and click on the name of the iPhone in the left pane. It will allow you to change the name. You may have to double click on the iPhone name.

I had iCloud set up from my iPhone 4s to my Mac so I could get all my photos and such, then I deleted all my things on my Mac and sold it. If the new user connects to wifi will it auto send my info back to it or would he need the password to my apple ID account to for the iCloud to sync up, I dont want this dude creeping on my photos.

How to verify that the system isn't infected with a virus
Does anyone know how to check to see if your system has been infected with any type of malware? I read in an article at zdnet.com that there was a Mac OS X trojan spotted, but the article did not say how to locate whether or not you had been infected. I do not have a virus checker on my computer. Someone gave me a suggestion to go to the terminal and type in the following:
ls /Users/Shared/.*.so

ls -la /Users/Shared/*.so

Because you're explicitly searching for things that start with "." you don't need the -a flag.
Because you only care about simple existence and not any metadata you don't need -l.
Because the files of interest are installed in /Users/Shared directly, and not subfolders thereof, you don't need -R. -

If the phone is connected to the Internet and contains your account you can erase the phone by
1 Going to ( www.icloud.com) and sign in With your account (the account you use in the stolen phone)
2 go to Find My iPhone
3 if the phone connected to internet you will see the phone on the map
4 choose the phone and click (erase everything)

Update: I reset my phone again and this time I restored it from my last iCloud backup. That "sort of" worked. (The missing info was on my phone temporarily, but it's still missing from iCloud.com and as the phone syncs with the cloud the missing contacts are disappearing.)
This is good news, but I'm losing progress. How can I restore my iCloud settings to that last backup? -

To sign out of your Apple ID
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.

I got this iphone from a guy and everytime i tried to update the applications stored in this phone it keeps asking me the password that the guy used to use, even thou i created a new apple ID of my own and updated the account of icloud and everything in this iphone with the new apple ID, it still asks me the password of the account that the guy used to use whenever i tried to update the applications, and i cant find the guy who gave me this iphone...wt should i do???
Apps are permanently tied to the AppleID that downloaded them and cannot be transferred to another. Best thing to do is delete the apps and download those you want or need under your AppleID.
