Apple I/D reset on iphone
I have just had my apple I/D reset by the apple help line. Only problem is my phone is still showing an older apple I/D. Can you please advise on how to change the I/D on the phone to match itunes. Even though I have synced the phone and itunes and the phone are matched, I still need to get rid of the old apple I/D
Ok, to fix the iCloud apple Id I had to go into setting, go into iCloud, scroll to the bottom and delete ths account (in red).
You can retain item on your phone but read first before you click.
Reset new apple Id and presto.

Is there a way to change my Apple ID without resetting my Iphone and deleting everything on it ?
My kids and I currently share the same Apple ID and all my Imessage texts go to their Ipod/Ipad's before they come to my phone. I would like to keep all the music that I have purchased on our shared account on my new Apple ID. Is there a way to do this without erasing everything on my phone ?

ThanksThank-you for the reply, but the problem with that is that they wouldn't have the music either. Almost half of the songs our apple ID are kids songs.

Thanks for your reply. Having read through relevant topics it suggests that if I sync my iphone with the correct account on my pc it should use that one thereafter. i will try both.

I did a software update on my IPhone 4S and now it's frozen at the apple symbol. hard reseting doesn't help??

Just downloaded 7.2 into my Iphone 5 what a mess. Dropped called no audible notifications for email or text messages. Went to the apple store and reset phone to original specs. Now trying to restore apps and music and itunes will not recognize the phone. I have gone thur the steps for windows 7 and still nothing??? I have downloaded the newest version I itunes too.

how do I recover photos from my AppleTV photo stream? when I reset my iPhone, I did not get all of my photos back. How do I get these photos off of my Apple TV?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
It sounds like you have photos in your Photo Stream that you would like to download. The photos are not actually stored on your Apple TV, it sounds like they are being displayed from your Photo Stream. Please read over the attached article for information on your Photo Stream and how to download these photos.

Because your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, you can choose to download all of your My Photo Stream photos automatically.
In iPhoto or Aperture preferences on your Mac, select Photos (or Photo Stream) > My Photo Stream > Automatic Import. All of your photo stream photos will import into your Events, Projects, Photos, Faces, and Places folders in iPhoto or Aperture.
On your PC with My Photo Stream on in the Control Panel, all of your photos will import intoC:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream

Ok, when you said "found" I took that literally. Still, the activation lock cannot be bypassed, Apple cannot do anything to assist with that. You need to go through all of her papers and see if she wrote down the Apple ID and password as there is no other way to make the iPhone usable.

Place your iPhone into recovery mode as described here. You may have to try to enter recovery mode more than once to succeed.

You need the Apple ID and password from the previous owner who set the Activation Lock. Where did you get this phone?

I have reset my iphone 5c and now it has the apple logo on the screen. Nothing is happening, apart from the screen going off for a few seconds, only to go back to black screen and white apple log.
