Apple ID account was hacked; all details was changed.

I received an email from Apple stating my recent purchases.
"Your Apple ID was just used to purchase Fat Face Booth from the App Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID."
Now, I didn't purchase ANYTHING.
So like any normal circumstances, I'd change my password and all is good.
BUT I WAS WRONG.
This email was sent Monday, and I read it Wednesday. When I got to the reset password page, my password was already well.. not my password. so I couldn't proceed. I thought maybe I just forgot about it and so I chose the first option... I'll just ask them to send me an e-mail to retrieve my password. I waited and no e-mail was sent. Huh. That's weird. So I chose the second option, retrieve password through details. The first question was when was my birthday. I put it in and the results were... my birthday was INCORRECT. Now, I clicked the previous button in the hopes of trying the first option and the email was just delayed but it NEVER CAME. I couldn't possibly forget my birthday. That's absurd. And the fact that no email was sent to me means my email address is no longer in use.
How can I reset my password, when it has already been changed?
How can I retrieve my password when my e-mail and details, such as birthday, have been changed as well?
Now, I'm not worried much since I didn't place my credit card details and I chose "none" as my billing option but my billing address is still there. I want to delete my account but I've read that it's not possible.
What do I do? I want to cancel that account.

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

It is more than likely a phishing scam to trick you to submit personal information .
If you clicked on anything in the email and submitted any information, I strongly suggest you log into your Apple ID account and change your passwords.
If you did nothing, good, and delete the email.

Try contacting Apple for assistance resetting the password by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password.

You need to be in a country to use its store - if you are not in the US with a US billing address then you cannot use the US store.

That is to verify your card and that it works. The charge will be reversed and will not appear on your bill. If it does, contact iTunes support in your country.

Name on my account was changed??

So this is a very weird issue that I have never seen before and have no idea how to fix I don't think I can fix it on my end.
Okay so I ordered from bestbuy.com during the early black friday deals and my mother wanted something for herself and gave me the points.
So I purchased the item with her credit card and everything went fine, but then a couple days later the name on my bestbuy.com account says her name and not mine anymore.
I just got an email today saying I reached Elite plus status and my new card would be arriving soon, but it was addressed to my mom instead of me and came to my email address.
So I don't have any idea what is going on and I was hoping someone can help me.

This morning i woke up to find a new app on my ipod. It was a foreign app, with asian characters. Plus an email stating my account had been access from an unathorise computer. I reset my password immidiatly. Recently about 5 minutes ago, a $20 item was purchased.
How did they get my new password?
