The last 2 days, when I login to the Appstore and successfully keyin my apple id and password, then appear a message: for security reason yor account hvbeen disabled. Please reset your password. I reset my password and log in again. But always failed. Try again and again but failed always. I am very fed up and disapointed. Please, anybody help........

It sounds like you are following the correct procedure to reset your security questions so you can reset your password, but you are not getting the email to do so. I'm growing tired of apple iTunes, my ID has been disabled because someone hacked my account and purchased a $9 app and I reported it. Ever since then, everythime I try to download anything, I get a reading saying that "my account has been disabled due to security reasons" and redirects me to a website with a walkthrough on how to fix it. I've followed what the forum said, and changed my password and reverified the email address, but it didn't fix the problem. When I called apple, they told me to go to the website, so I thought I decided it'd be better to just go to the local apple store and none of the employees knew how to help me. HT4623 My i phone was disabled due to "security" reasons. I reset my password, got confirmation, but I still get the message on my i phone and cannot update or purchase Apps.

I woke up one morning and my i phone had a message for me: "your account is disabled due to security reasons". I follow the instructions to establish a new ID and password. It was confirmed on the i Phone, but when I try to download apps. or get updates it will not accept my ID/password which I have reset half a dozen times already.
On the flip side, I can log on my MacBook Pro without any problems. Same ID/password combo.
Technicians haven't been able to get this resolved. Any advice is highly appreciated.

If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well, and you've tried requesting the email again ? If you still can't find it then try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset it for you.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Well, if your account is disabled for security reasons then you need to solve the security issues and then you will get back your account. This happened to me a few months back when Yahoo! Voice's servers got hacked and my email was one of the ones affected. They used repeated attempts to get into my iTunes account, which flagged my account. I then had to contact Apple directly to get my account straightened out.
As for transferring your purchases to a NEW account? You can't do that. Mostly for legal reasons. You need to get your disabled account sorted out, but that shouldn't be a problem as long as you can prove you are really the account owner.

My 5-minute-old AppleId account was disabled immediately for security reasons. I have followed instructions carefully and although I seem to be able to change my password, I cannot login using the new password bcs account disabled for security reasons!

It is probably something to do with the fact that I am in the Philippines, but what am I supposed to do? According to the support options I have to pay to open a support ticket. My account was not verified when it was disabled and I think I might be in some sort of deadlock in which the password reset won't work because I'm not verified, and the verification won't work because I can't log in.

After about an hour on the phone with US support (who were very helpful I must say) it turns out that if you do not have an iTunes account with credit card information and a billing address, you are very much more likely to get your AppleId account disabled "for security reasons". This begs the question of course as to whose security we are talking about here! But there you go. If you are an Apple first-timer, get an iTunes account, fill in all your details, and you should be alright.

You will want to reset the password for that account. (use iForgot (iforgot.apple.com) to reset your account)

Sorry, but we're all just your fellow users here and cannot do anything to reactivate an account. Contact the iTunes Store customer service group through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them. They should be able to help you sort out the problem with your account login.
