Apple ID Disabled. Options?

So I entered my password incorectly a few times. Forgot i changed it and was entering the old password by mistake. Anyways I cant make purchases anymore and i still have about $20 on my itunes account that i cant use. 
I sent an email to apple support but have yet to recieve a reply. So i tried calling the apple support number but the automated system didn't seem to be very helpful. So I went to the apple store to see if they could do anything. They said the only thing i cant do is email Tech support.
Most of the tips online was to reset my password which i did (about 10 times) but it's still disabled.
If i never hear back im going to be tempted to create a new account. I realize i would be out $20 but is there a way to save my library and add it to a new account?

I would contact support! Something has happened to mine too!
My password was solid, my security question wasn't and now I am locked out and dealing with Corporate Security. I did get to reset my password and it accepted the password change, when I went to log in then it wouldn't accept the password and now the reset emails won't go to my iOS devices.
They sent a reset for an alternative ID and cannot tell me why my account was "locked due to security reasons".

    If it's working on your computer then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' then account on the iPod

    From the information that you have provided, it sounds like your Apple ID has been disabled.  You can read this to see how you can troubleshoot that issue.

    You can try signing out of your ID on the iPad and sign in with his ID and see if that works.
    Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Then sign in with your husband's newly created ID.

  • OIM - How To not show the "Disable" option for a Resource object to a group

    Hello there,
    Is there anyway we can remove or don't show the option to "Disable" a already provisioned resource object ?
    I have a requirement over here wherein there is no reason available to show the "disable" option out of the 3 available - "enable", "disable" and "revoke" for an already provisioned RO.
    How can we remove it ? We don't want users belonging to a specific group see that option, at all.
    Is there any menu item associated with it ? or is there any other way we can configure it ?
    Please advise to the earliest.

    And to do this just for a particular group, put your java code in JSP itself. This is the easiest approach.
    Otherwise you can modify the action class to return two action forwards and then use two different JSP's.

    This ePub file looks good because I can open it with my iPad - iBooks, however iTunes publisher always rejects this.

    I was getting that error when I used OSX's default compress feature. I found a little utility called ePub Zip and used it to compress (zip) my ePubs and that did the trick. They then passed the validation. I got it here:

    Dear users.
    I have a brand new 4S.  When clicking on the apps to load facebook and such, it says Apple ID Disabled. 
    So, I went into SETTINGS, clicked ITUNES and APPLE ID.  Saved right there is my APPLE ID,
    and a password that appears different than my true password.  I scroll down and click the link to appleid.apple.com
    and when I log in with my true password everything works.  So, to make sure I changed my password.
    Nothing changed.  It still says YOUR APPLE ID IS DISABLED.
    What do I need to do!??
    I have not plugged this brand new phone into my computer to link it up yet, for ITUNES.

    you need to call applecare. your apple id being disabled doesn't necessarily have anything to do with your password, it's got to do with other parts of your account. i've heard of someone's account being disabled if they reported fraud to their credit card company, for example

    Bzzzz -- Sorry...you listen about as well as Apple Tech Support.  Where did you see me ask anything about my password?  I know darn well what my password is.  Assuming (it's a big assumption I know) that people like myself use a password with at least 8 characters, alpha-numeric, Mixed Case, with special characters...there are probably... a trillion? possible password combinations.  My device isn't disabled. Only my Apple-ID is disabled...which means I can't access iCloud via the web...or iTunes on my Laptop or My AppleTV or my iPhone.  Exactly how do you connect your Apple TV to your computer and perform a restore?  Assuming I do a "factory reset" on My AppleTV that doesn't mitigate the problem of having my Apple ID disabled.  I simply asked Apple to remove the lock-out flag.  Their iforgot webpage doesn't work whatever reason...so I did a CHAT with tech support -- and then a PHONE CALL, and EMAILS  many many emails...that explain that due to some security software update currently underway that Apple is incapable of re-enabling my account.  It has been over two weeks...and they still report they can't do this. I can verify my identity. I know the credit card number etc attached to my account.  They could enable the account and REMOVE the credit card number if they like.  I can easily re-add it....once I have access to my account.  If you give me your iPhone...I can try to download an app or make an in-app purchase -- it will require your password which I do now know.  If I do this 4 times your account is locked out...it should be for 72 hours?  --- but apparently...right now....it could be indefinietly. As in "no end in sight". My only recourse is to create a NEW apple-id account....and everything I've bought under my old-id would probably be unavailable.  Go ahead... try it.... key n the wrong passcode until your account is locked...then I can watch your frustration if after two weeks you are no closer to getting it re-enabled when you know darn well what your corect passcode is.

    You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
