Apple ID disabled; what now for iTunes content?

A few days ago, iCloud stopped accepting my password. I went to change it and it asked for my recovery key, since I have two-step verification turned on.
I have two-step verification turned on because earlier this year I kept having to change my password—up to once or twice a week—when iCloud stopped accepting it, and I thought two-step verification might help. It has; I don't think it had stopped accepting my password until this past week. Again, it's not that my password was wrong or that I was entering it incorrectly; iCloud simply didn't accept it and made me change it.
The problem is, it didn't accept my recovery key either; it said it wasn't valid. I have no other recovery keys; this is the one I received. So my only hope was to keep entering possible passwords in the hope that I could stumble upon the right one. After many attempts, I was locked out of my Apple ID. With no password and no valid recovery key, there is apparently no way to unlock my account.
Apple Support says the only recourse is to create a new Apple ID, so I've done so. My question is, what happens to my iTunes content? I've purchased hundreds of dollars' worth of movies and music that I fear I won't be able to access, and I can't afford to buy it all again. This is especially upsetting because I think it's a problem on Apple's end, not mine (i.e. recurring problem with iCloud password, not accepting recovery key). Has anyone been in a similar situation and found a solution?

HEllo KDG19, i have got the same problem. I do not know what that is. My qccount just dissepared, i can not reset password or connect to appstore. Apple says that my old apple id is not registered, but I have used my account since 2012 year. And now a few days earlier i got some emails on my mail, that someone tried to connect to app store with my apple id. Then i got other messages lime this that someone tried to download some apps from my apple id on iphone 5 s. And now i see that my apple id is disepared. I didn't purchase many things on my apple id , but i registered with this on mnay usefull programs... So i need help to get my account back.

Clicking on the link takes me to the front page of apple support which is not very helpful.
I have an enrolled enterprise Dev account - or at least I think I do as the moneys gone out but apple isn't communicating on the process at all.
ITunes account is verified - twice.
Last Apple Dev took six weeks to get processed - this one is taking at least as long.
Any ideas what next.
NZ Support number asks for an extention and then says beep when you put it in - no go there.
Australian desk is theoretically open but keep getting - this support center is closed messages.
Singapore is a generic help desk - not Apple Dev support.
And now, despite clicking on Dev support it asks me what device I want support for - Well Duh !!! None. Apple Support - oxy moron.

Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect

This is making me very upset:( Yesterday, I enrolled as a solo apple developer. But trying to login into iTunes Connect simply isn't working. It says, Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect. What does this mean. I cant find anything on the topic except the same thing happening to others. I have apps ready to launch and I am getting very frustrated.

Got same problem.
I've changed my log in e-mail, activated it through the link sent to my new e-mail and that's it. I can't log in to iTunes Connect, shows me this error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect".
I can log in my Developer account, but not in iTunes Connect.
Also I contacted Apple Developer Program Support through e-mail. They gave me my case number - 665965180. But there were no response since, it's already 2 days of silence.
I'm little bit scared, just want to know what I need to do to activate log in to iTunes Connect.
Please help.

I have tried unchecking the "Automatically check for updates" in the Software Update control panel. Of course, then you have to remember to check manually periodically for security updates etc. So far, the annoying banners seem to have stopped, but maybe just because I have not waited long enough for them to come back.

This is weird. It wont pick the playlist I want, it always goes one up from the list. I deleted and created a new playlist, but still chooses the one before?
The list shows up in Lyrics>Search For Playlist, but when I select the one it wants it chooses the one before?
.....this is strange renamed some playlist, but it sill doesnt show them all up in the list, restarted iClip and now it sees some but still not all of them. I had one playlist named _music so wonder if it doesnt like the underscore?

Apple ID disabled following inquiry on iTunes bill.

About a week ago, a roughly $20 transaction on iTunes was charged to me, and I could not figure out what it was for. I sent a message to Apple to inquire about that transaction, telling them that I had no idea what it was.
A few days later, I finally figured out that the transaction was a summary total of a few apps that I bought, so everything was fine. I wrote another message to Apple about this.
My problem is that since my first inquiry, Apple has partially disabled my Apple ID. I cannot shop on iTunes or even apply free upgrades to my apps. I tried to reset the password as per Apple procedure on disabled Apple ID, which should restore the ID to full activation, but it is not working.
Apple is not responding to my messages within 24 hours as they claim they should do. They do not either provide any other way to contact them on this topic than my emails.
How can I fix this problem quickly, or contact an Apple rep to take care of it right away? I have a mobileme account and my $99 a year should give me a more direct customer support, and a way to talk to a rep.
Anyone can help me with understanding the procedure so I can talk to an Apple Rep?

The same thing happened to me...
I partially fixed it with the following: 1) called the apple online store and asked for "software sales" on automated line... 2) live person heard the issue and connected me to Apple Care... 3) Apple Care "live chatted" with tech person who enabled me to re-enter my account and reset the password and credit card info ...
Now all my account info is there, but like you, I cannot make purchases either via iTunes, App Store icon on Mac, iPhone or iPad... I am going to the Genius bar tomorrow with all my machines and will invoke my iPad's Apple Care plan with a genius in tow...

When will Apple support a sync feature for itunes and iphone?

Anyone know when Apple will support a sync feature for iTunes 11.1.1 and iOS 7.0.2? Its been a few weeks since iOS 7 was released and I still can't sync between my phone and computer.
I'm curious if the lack of communication means they aren't interested in bringing this function back.

Not sure what the sync problem is, but see Restore podcasts deleted by iTunes 11.1... for some advice on that issue.

Deleting Items on Apple TV and Ripping Videos for iTunes

I have two questions that if answered would take care of the only problems that I have had with my Apple TV and they are really not problems, just questions.
First, Apple suggests that if you have a slower wireless system it is better to sync and move copies of items to the Apple TV rather than stream. No problem. I moved my audio library to my Apple TV and it works great. It also said when syncing that it would removal those items that will fill up the Apple TV disk in an order of preference. My music library took up about 1/4 the space on the disk. I do not want any of my music removed if and when the disk starts to fill. I will watch movies that I have ripped from disks or other sources through my Apple TV but as I view those, I will either selectively manage them or want to delete them from the Apple TV disk.
My first question, is how do you selectively delete items from the Apple TV disk.
My second question is that as I convert video from what ever format they are in into Apple TV compatible format (H264 or MPEG4, I can get them on my desktop or actually onto the drive that holds all of my ITunes music. But how do I get them into the iTunes movie folder so I can sync them to my Apple TV since they were not downloaded through iTunes?

Like a DotMac account or the iPod, TV sychronizes files by "mirroring" your selections in the "host" iTunes application. When you modify your settings there, the changes will, with time, be reflected on the TV device drive.

By default, unmodified video conversions will be classified in the "Movies" category and you should find them in that category of the library once the file is either copied to the iTunes Library or the path is copied to the iTunes Library database. (I prefer keeping all my files physically in my iTunes Library which is located on a dedicated external hard drive and deleting the original files from all other locations.)

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
