Apple id has been disabled

Hi everyone,
   I am new to apple. I have an iphone 4s and a MacbookPro. One day I was checking my credit card statement. I noticed two unauthorized charges to my
credit card made to iTune stores for music puchases. as far as I remember, I personally never did any purchase from iTune stores except for a basic game
which was .99 cents. I contacted my credit card company and they gave me credit for those two unauthorized charges. I have not been able to do any update
or download any free software from Apple Appstore. I did the express lane. they sent me an email saying that they are working my issue and currently they
are unable to enable my account due to some glitches on apple server which doesn't make sense to me. Now, it's been almost a week that I can not do any upate or download anything due to this stupid apple id problem and nobody seems to be able to help me. If I had a choice or better yet if I could, I would take both of these piece craps back to them and get my money back. but I know it is not possible. So now I am here wasted almost $2000 dollars of my hard earned money on two pieces of junks and nobody seems to help me, not even apple's own support tech support. So if anybody out there who has an idea on how to
solve this issue, please step forward and tell me how I can get back to use my iphone or macbookpro. Thanks.

I do understand that I am not speaking to apple. I already tried to talk to them through email and nothing has been done for a week. That's why I came here hoping that someone among apple users can help. Yes I can use my iphone and macbookpro, but there are some software update that I can not do.  Later on today, I finally got hold of
some one at apple store in my area and finally after hours of talking back and forth, they were able to correct the
problem. The Iphone and Macbookpro belongs to my wife. To be honest with you,I personally would not buy any apple product which is so tightly controlled by bunch of control freaks at apple. I paid for my devices and I have to be able to do anythingt hat I want with them.

    If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
    If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    I feel like "Peggy" on the Visa commercial when I called help support at Apple.  I dont know if it happened during the "iCloud" movement...but I got an automated email stating that I have purchased something and it is awaiting to be downloaded...I checked my iTunes account and a new person with all their contact information was in my iTunes.  I honestly dont think anything fraudulent was happening...just something went wrong.
    I contacted via the email option...I recd an email back a day later and called me "Peggy"...since this is the new person in my account now...several emails later and many mentions that my name was not Peggy...I still was referred to as Peggy...I was getting no where fast.
    I called the Apple help and got nowhere...they stated since I was already being "helped"...they were not able to help...whatever....I emailed my person again...only to be told to I need to create a new apple ID....that my old ID someone already had.....dah!!!!  I still am the owner of the old ID????
    So, I created a new ID...new email address to get into itunes through my laptop....
    Here is the issue...when I log into iTunes through my iPhone...it states my Apple ID has been disabled....my iPad as well.
    Please someone help me.....I want my old ID back since it is mine....I want my old (current) email...back.

    Resolution
    Reset your account password
    If your account was disabled for security reasons, use iForgot (iforgot.apple.com) to reset your account and restore access to the disabled services. You can also click the Reset Password or Forgot Password button in the alert message.
    If you are an iCloud user, be sure to type your full email address when you're asked to enter your Apple ID. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

    If you did everything it says then you contacted them.

    I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years.  Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled."  Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes.  I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion.  I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all.  He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me.  I am really frustrated at this point.  I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out.  I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it!  Help please!!!

    You need to contact iTunes support and send an email by following the link I posted.
    Simply going there does nothing.
